Insurance for liability is way too high. Tried to get different quotes to drop the down payment for insurance and the payment was still high. This is a new insurance company I feel like the upper management should take into consideration most people cant afford high insurance especially full coverage at that its ridiculous how insurance companies can charge so high when in reality they need our business we dont need theirs.

Brittany was great! She helped me find the lowest rate and is always looking for the newest one every time I go for my payment. She is also very quick and nice every time I go in. 2 thumbs up from me!

Well today is September 16,2021; the time is 12:30p and I was greeted by a wonderful and pleasant Brittany Ortiz, she was very confident, very professional, she deserves a promotion, she gives 100% and then some,Brittany is very instrumental, now I can not say the same for Monica( Monni) because Monica is cold, depressing and withdrawn and is an introvert she needs to find a new job, she needs to leave her personal problems at home because the last time I walked in there she was nonchalant and very uneducated, she was incompetent, Brittany is who I suggest everyone ask for, we need more happy souls such as Brittany Ortiz🌈

Save your money and most importantly, save your time.Starting with the manager; she is the most unprofessional, most rude and most careless person I’ve ever seen in there. It’s important for a costumer to feel respected and helped out, but she only made the place feel insecure, not safe and careless. She does not care.They may strive for great customer service, yet are quite terrible at it.I would request a new manager mainly from this place.
