Elegance nail spa is the best! I see Jenny and she is very thorough and she can do a gel fill and pedicure in about an hour. Other places that I’ve been to take at least two hours. Time is of the essence. It is a clean environment, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Ask for Tina, she is wonderful! I went as a walk in and asked for a detailed gel design and it is perfect :)

This place is NOT sanitary.Nail files and buffers are reused after each client, sanding bands on their e-files are not changed after each client, clippers and cuticle clippers are not changed after each client, the same pot of monomer is used on client after client... Who knows how dirty this place actually is? Their service is good but a salon need to prioritize cleanliness

I had pedicure and manicure. This salon is a good size and very clean. I called ahead so had no wait. This was my first time getting a dip manicure. Im really pleased with how it turned out. I went all black for the Halloween season. I will definitely come back.

Went to get a Mani-Pedi with my mom for my birthday. It was busy for the memorial holiday yet did not sacrifice quality. I wanted to get an ombré acrylic nail, showed a picture and they perfected it! Lynn was my manicure technician and did an AWESOME job! Best nail salon in Olney area, very reliable. P.S- Dip or Gel is SO worth the extra money!

I highly recommend Ken. He is very detailed with his work. Ombre dip powder on my natural nails. Smooth, no air bubbles and he is great with pedicures too.

I am very upset about how my nails look I got a gel acrylic fill 2 days ago and payed 50$ and they are already chipping!! Also the acrylic is extra thick and not filed out at all it’s very lumpy I should not be paying for this much for this to happen. Also when I called the lady was not very nice about it!! Not happy

There isn’t a problem with getting in without an appointment. I have visited this salon quite a few times for the simple fact they are convenient and in the past the service was good but lately it’s very difficult to communicate. The last visit was the worst no matter what I said I wanted, the manicurist did what she wanted. I am paying right. Price I am paying for gel mani/regular pedi is inconsistent each visit 60, 65 and 72 probably due to communication. Doesn’t matter whatever I am paying is not worth what I am getting done.

The salon has good air circulating without the chemical smell. Staff is friendly and welcoming and provide free shoulder massages following manicures. My manicurist is extremely gentle and meticulous for gel manicure and pedicure and has great suggestions for colors and combinations. My 87yo mother is so delighted that she reconnected with her long-lost manicurist for fill-ins. In the absence of our manicurists, we have been assigned others who also demonstrate great skill and take pride in their work.

I took my child and her friend there for a birthday treat. The girls had a great time. Unfortunately, I did not. The lady I had was digging into my big toe and also cut the nail way too short. In result, I have ingrown nail and it hurts. It is infected and cant even walk straight. I wont be going there anymore!

My (adult) daughter and I have been coming here for about 2 years now. Ellen and Tina are great, very professional with the dip and gel manicures, and also pedicures. Highly recommend them!

This place used to be excellent but the service has really gone down in the past few years. I always feel rushed to pick a color and the service, some of the employees are very rude and blatantly talk bad about customers, rolling their eyes. Not the “treat for myself” I am looking for. I went to get my nails done for my best friends wedding WITH HER today and my nails look terrible. Luckily her technician took good care of her, but mine is a sloppy job.

This was my first experience at this nail salon. Even though there were mixed reviews, I decided to try this place out. I read from previous reviews some people mentioned Tina and gave positive remarks regarding her work. I decided to ask for Tina once I arrived. I have to say, previous reviews was right sbout her. She is friendly, she communicates, and she knows what she is doing. No cutting of the foot like some nail technicians. Thank you Tina for the good work.

I dropped in without an appointment late in the day and was fortunate to slip in for a Mani/pedicure. It was a luxurious experience to say the least beginning in the massage chair, to the end with a neck & shoulder massage. Tina, my manicurist, is a perfectionist and like an artist. Ive never been so pleased.

Have been going to Elegant Nails for 8 yearsTina is the one I always have get ingrown toenails quite often She is the only one that can get them out. I won’t have any one else. She does a great job with eyebrows too.

Kent is a nice and professional ! He took his time to do my legs massage and did not hurt! Also did my manicure and pedicure!!He really takes his time and do a great job! I will recommend him!

I started going to Elegance Nails back in January 2019 and have continue to use them ever since. If you have any problems at all come back with in the first week and they will fix it free of charge.

Average. The salon is clean and bright. Ive only been going about 6 months and 3x times Ive had to go back because a nail.fell off not due to my error. Recently had nails taken off because there was a fjngus growing jmder a nail.

I have never written a review for anything before but i thought it was necessary to write this one. I just recently started getting my nails done and tried this place because it is close to my work. At first I liked it, I thought the prices werent bad and the service was nice. But after a few months I realized it is not as nice as I thought. They definitely over price. I had one lady do my manicure and it was such a horrible experience. She was incredibly rude. It was obvious she did not want to be there. She was super rough, multiple nails started bleeding. I tried to sit still but it hurt really bad and I said something but she just got mad so I stayed quiet. On top of that she was sick. She kept coughing and sneezing and it was really gross. I didnt want her to continue to touch my hands when she was sick. She also overpriced me. I told her I always have been charged $30 but she charged me $35. I know its only $5 but I didnt understand why I was being charger more when Ive always gotten the same thing. I was really in shock. I asked to speak to the manager, keep in mind that I am extremely shy and have never ever complained before. The manager told me that next time just ask for a different nail technician. She didnt apologize or anything. It really made me uncomfortable and upset me. I really do not recommend this place.

My nail shape and polish was jacked from a previous place. I stopped by why out visiting my bf, received one of the best pedicures with gel polish and gel fill in with gel polish. They fixed my thick odd shape nails to a thin almond shape.

Today I went in for nail dip/mani. When I left 5 out of 10 cuticles were bleeding w/one significant cut to my thumb that continued to bleed. During manicure I alerted technician of bleeding w/no verbal response on her part. When finished I brought to her attention again it was only then that she apologized. She treated me disrepectfully and completely unprofessionally. I would not recommend this salon.

Have been to this nail salon several times because it was convenient to other retails stores I visit & They always take you without an appointment. However, I will not be returning. This past visit, the woman giving my pedicure cut me twice while trimming my nails. The second toe she cut took about 30 minutes to stop bleeding. Instead of apologizing, she blamed it on my toes.

This nail place is good. Katie does my nails, and she is AMAZING! I tried other girls there and they wernt as good as Katie. I get mani gel and it lasts three weeks (it grows out) and no chipping. The service is great!

😡😡😡😡😡THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER TIME...they NEVER say hi when u walk to the nail salon when they do ur nails they do what they want without asking. When I asked to talk to a manger the nail tech lied and said that the manger was not there and when I laughing at my sister and I as we were explaining about the poor service that we received and NEVER not once did the nail tech apologizing or offering to fix what she did wrong instead she said we dont know what we were talking about. The person I had a common currency to apologize and fix what was wrong with the manager, which I was stand to see manager there because the lady had told us that the the manager wasnt there. All the nail tech were staring and talking about is in their language which was very disrespectful. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS NAIL SALON AGAIN😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I paid $20 for my tips. Normally id be fine with it but the quality was horrible! The lines werent straight and extremely thick. When I asked to have them thinned I was ignored- needless to say never going back there.

Kt is great! However everything else about this salon is not. Calling to get an appt is a joke. I called all morning and if the person you are wanting an appt with is not there they rush you off phone. For being a nail salon I believe making an appt should not be so hard. I have called this business many times and there is no answer or the voicemail is full. I am a planner so I like to make appts to fit my schedule. This is not an option here. I am very disappointed and may go elsewhere. Very unorganized!!
