Had a quick overnight work trip to Jackson, emailed the gym asking if I can drop in and they responded right away. As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed. Coach Jayson is a fantastic coach! Very thorough going through the progressions of each movement. Fun workout, warm community, nice spacious facility. Highly recommend this place!

Dropped in at CrossFit Jackson while I was in town for work. The gym has a great atmosphere with local high school teams training and different classes going on. The coaches and owners Jayson and Jennie are great people. They make you feel right at home as a member of the gym. Would definitely recommend this CrossFit gym.

I had an awesome experience at CrossFit Jackson. I was home for the holidays and wanted great workouts while I was away from the regular CrossFit gym I’m a member of. Jayson, Jennie and the entire staff exude professionalism and genuinely care about every member’s continuous progress. Love the high-energy atmosphere and I will definitely be visiting this gym again on my next trip back to Jackson!

If youre looking for a place to challenge yourself to do hard things in an environment that is energetic and encouraging, this is it! No matter what you fitness level, you CAN do CrossFit! The CrossFit Jackson community is amazing. More than just a place to work out, it feels like a place I belong.

Crossfit Jackson has made me a better, faster, and stronger! They have challenged me physically and mentally and helped give me the confidence to complete a number of events that I may not have otherwise ever completed (Ultra marathons, Ironman in 2016). The coaches are salt of the earth people and pour themselves into each person who walks through their doors. You wont find a better place to play, get fit, and be an overall better you!

Was a drop in while visiting mother in Henderson. Everyone there made me fell like a part of the group. If I ever get back, I will be going again.

Absolutely phenomenal gym! I was a drop in and I was welcomed like one of their own! Super friendly coaches with TONS of knowledge. I could also tell Crossfit Jackson had a wonderful culture for their community. I would recommend this gym to anyone! If I lived closer (im from Wisconsin) id make this my home gym in a heartbeat!

I have been working out at Crossfit Jackson for several years. This is a great place filled with people you want to be around and coaches lIke Jayson and Jennie Keel that know what they are doing and give you what you need to help you get stronger, fitter, and better to handle what life throws at you.
