This place is amazing and the cleanest salon Ive ever been in. Theyre fast, and are very good at what they doThays anything from nails, to waxing and they take pride in what they do. Very pleased with my experience here. Liners are used in the tubs, metal tools are sterilized and packaged, they have several autoclaves that they clearly use. The gentleman took his time with my pedicure and he did a great job. The chairs are newer and all the features worked, and overall it was a great pedicure at a fair price. I will be back.

Ive never had someone be do gentle and efficient with my hands doing my nails. Literally the most beautiful nails ever! Long was so amazing. He worked so hard and fast on my nails! He did gems and a marble effect.

Love how there was no wait time even with an appointment scheduled. He made sure price was ok before starting. I told him exactly what I wanted even with a picture and he did just that with his own little twist. I LOVE THEM!!! Not too thick...not too thin...just right!!! I definitely would recommend this nail salon!!

100% favorite nail salon. My mom and I have been going here for over a year. She usually sees Anne but loves Stephen too. I see Long for the dip manicure. He never fails to exceed my expectations. I went in there today and said I wanted a snowflake on one finger. He took his time and was very patient while doing my nails until they were perfected. Long never fails to give me boujee nails. I am always very happy with the end result and look forward to returning.

This nail spa does not deserve this one star. If you hate your self and do not care about your nails please go here. I would not recommend no one to go here. My sisters nails are messed up and they would not fix their mistake. Once I asked for mgr they started talking in different language. Service is horrible.

I’ve been looking for a place to get my nails done in Panama. I stopped in and they were busy (good sign) and they told me to come back in an hour. He was waiting on me when I walked in. I just love this place to pieces! So far, I have visited the Unique Nails and Spa three times, and Im telling you, for the first time in a long time my nails look perfect! Sense the time we moved here 1.5 years ago, I have tried lots of places thinking that my nails would never look good again. Thanks to God I found the Unique Nails. What I really appreciate, is the fact that if you schedule an appointment, they would dedicate this time solely to you. In many other places, salon owners concentrated on quantity, trying to serve several people at once, while at Unique Nails, they focus mainly on quality of the provided service. Long story short, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone simply because I am impressed. Keep up with the great work, guys!

Unique Nail is the best on the beach! My nails are consistently on point and the pedicures are always relaxing! The only place I go to now. They accept walk-ins, but I like to make an appointment.

The gentleman that did pedicure did a great job and was able to remove the couple of ingrown nails. The lady that did manicure was also very good. Prices were very reasonable.

Didn’t act like they even wanted me in there. Took a few mins to decide if there was even anyone that wanted to do the manicure and pedicure I wanted. I walked out. Color selection was awful also.

I recently relocated to the area from Atlanta. This is the 5th nail salon I’ve tried and I’m finally satisfied! The salon was clean, the tools he used were definitely new, and Long did an amazing job on my acrylic hombre nails.

I don’t know about any of the other nail techs but Long did a great job at my acrylic nails. They looked natural and he painted them very well. Will be coming back and making an appointment with him.

Poor communication. Too many extra charges for pedicure..$30.00+ for regular service, add $5.00 for any polish removal, +$20.00 for gel = $55 for basic pedicure. Had been very happy with manicures and such prior to this visit. Overall rate*2 due to recent experience.:/ Next....

I was a regular at Unique Nails. When one of my nails broke they would not take any time to fix it. I tried three time during the week, but they refused to fit me in to repair the nail. They acted as if they didnt care that I needed help, they couldnt be bothered.I will find another nail spa. One where my business is appreciated.

I was in town for the week and needed a good pedicure and wax..the lady gave a great pedicure and wax, I wound up getting a manicure as well. I vacation here every summer and will definitely be back. Great service and nice people 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Ive been going here for years. Its cha get hands several times. The current staff have been here a few years now. They are a great hard working team. All do good work. I wear acrylic overlay... Kyle always keeps them looking good.

Horrible service.....came through the door for a 3pm appointment they did not even speak......waited for 5 mins he still did not speak immediately after a lady walked in and he took her. Afterward I said I have a 3 o clock appointment at which time he said the other person will take me when he was finished......I waited 30 mins for him to finish the client he took before he started my service..The sad part about this is that I have been coming here to get my nails done 2 owners before this 1

Went here because the other nail salon that I normally go to was closed on Sunday . The service that I received was more reason why I dont like coming to this place. My manicure was great but my pediacure was rushed and I noticed that I was even bleeding in the corner of one toe . The guy was so rough that I did not enjoy it the least bit . Don’t waste your money here .

I went to Unique Nails with my daughter, daughter-in-law and infant grandson. We called ahead. The shop was very busy, but we did not have to wait. My nail tech was a guy and he didnt speak much English. He was very good. Im diabetic with neuropathy. He seemed to understand what to do for my severely sensitive feet. He used a nice firm grip, he was careful to not nip too deep, as I dont have much feeling in my toes. I was quite impressed. A funny note, my daughter-in-law had on a maxi dress, which she demurely folded between her legs. The guy that did her pedicure seemed to be a bit put off, offering her a towel to cover up several times. This was not a nuisance, just funny that someone who rubs womens feet all day is nervous to see a little thigh. I highly suggest you make an appointment. Im still very happy with my pedicure. I spoke with several women having various fingernail work done. Most were return customers, and all raved about the detail and service. If you find this review helpful, please mark it as so. This place has recently been remodeled. They got new chairs and the flow is better. I had an Express mani-pedi and was pleased with the results. I was not offered any water during my stay, which I had been before. 3 days later my polish has started to crack on one nail.

That they had did a really good job the lady was really nice and really through and she had did a awesome job on my mani-pedi and it was one of the nicest places that I have been to in a long time and I was impressed with the service that I had gotten and I plan to come her again on my next trip down. I have been twice both times my nails never broke, paint never chipped (and I hand wash my dishes and clean every day) stayed like freshly done for three weeks!! And the Pino Grigio was a nice touch!! Never go anywhere else!

I went to go get my nails done with a family friend for a reword and we went in on a friday around 3 pm the girls did not speak much English and i did not really understand what thay said most of the time and it was also very over priced for for 2 petacers and one manicure. It was also wierd that the girl did nothing to my nail before gel polish so it only stayed on for about a week but my nails were fun when i had them

Stay away from this place!! Customer Service is not what they offer. Came in today to have a pedicare and they did terrible on my heels and I asked they fix, they said you would have to upgrade in price, so I said ok. Still my heel had callouses and I was very unhappy. One of the young female pedicurists was rude and stated if you dont like the way we do it then go somewhere else. I know if the owner were there he would not let his employees speak to customers like that. I just asked question and was not loud nor rude so I am not sure why they speak to their clients like this. I have been to other pedicure salons before around panama city beach before and they were always friendly and did great job. I went to Unique today because I happened to be in area. I will never go back there again and hope this doesnt happen to anyone else there. What a bad experience. So I paid more for a pedicure that was terrible.

Dont know the guys name, but i got my nails done along with a pedicure... and he did an amazing job. I was very happy with my results. And was very affordable, this will definitely be my to-go place from now on.And im not a very talkative person, so the fact tht he didnt try to make conversation during the procedure really didnt bother me. Been here several times, theres way to many nail salons out there to want to come back to this one. Firstly I paid for a deluxe pedi, and was vary much rushed through it, than I got artificial nails and paid $15 extra for the coefin shape that i just got some jacked up crooked nail shape that looks horrible after waiting 4 hours here. I would not go back, too many nail salons to even need to come to this place.

Says on the door walkins welcome and get in tell them what I want tell me they cant do it bc they have an appointment fixing to come in. Had one man walking around doing nothin and one girl just got done n made me so embarrassed everyone was starring at me. Will not EVER be back at that location again
