Not helpful at all. We have a residential fridge in our RV that was not keeping cold. They would not come and service it. They said we would have to bring it to them. Really? How was I going to do that. We were only visiting the area. They referred us to a refrigeration place that wasnt doing residential appliances. Nothing else in Grand Forks. Someone needs to start another appliance repair business in Grand Forks that actually comes to the customer.

I bought a dryer here for $230 & it doesn’t dry clothes! It has a 2 month “warranty” BUT they expect me to bring it in for them to repair it. That’s ridiculous! They sold me a broken dryer they should COME TO MY HOUSE & fix it! I’m not lugging it up my basement stairs and transporting it 30 miles! I will NEVER buy from this place again.

Repair person was pleasant, professional, and very informative. He took care of our issue quickly. Very happy with the experience.

Over priced and lying. I brought a dryer into get cleaned and looked over. I was charged 75 bucks. Told me they found a bad wire and replaced it, other than that it was good to go. Got it home within the week it started Squeaking .brought the dryer back to have it fixed, they called me and said it would cost $300 to replace the Bearings or they could Grease them for me but they would start Squeaking again. I ASKED them to Grease the bad bearing and I would pick up. When I picked up the dryer they had charged me for cleaning it again. They did refund me the charge for the second cleaning, but when I got it home it started Squeaking Immediately. I took the dryer part myself to find the bad bearing and there wasnt one, or a replaced wire. I greased all the bearings put it back together its been running for a month with no problems, and let me reiterate there were no bad bearings Or bad wire.

Great technician. Was up front and honest about the issue. Got us going again. Very friendly and professional! Will definitely use them in the future for repairs!

My washer agitator went out and the tube was not spinning. I called and explained the problem after researching what the problem was. They called me back confirming the part I needed was in stock. I was able to buy the part and fix my washer that same day for less than $20. I have never had a problem explaining a problem, getting advice, and getting the parts needed to fix it myself.

After calling all around Grand Forks trying to find a part for my dishwasher I was finally referred to Bud & Ralphs. They were able to find the part I needed when the other places werent able to. Great service and highly recommended!

Jane, owner, possesses the most wonderful customer service skills I have encountered in a long time. She is helpful, gives fair pricing and is so personable. Ante is quite the explorer, looking through hundreds of scrap appliances to locate what you need. Everyone is treated like a valued and precious customer. If you need used appliance replacement parts stop at Bud & Ralphs first. If nothing else you will enjoy the experience. Hats off to you all!

Id rather buy rebuilt by these guys then buy new. EVERYONE is polite, courteous, helpful and welcoming. It is where I go if I need an appliance or repairs to an appliance.

Update: I really believe perhaps my first experience was a fluke compared to the others. Updating today as Bud & Ralphs went out of their way to help with a last minute ask and really helped me out of a jam. I believe it was Dante (hope I got his name right) that went digging through parts bins to find out of stock items for me after I searched elsewhere across town. Everyone was professional and friendly and I cant thank them enough for this emergency service!

Charged me $70 to come to my house and tell me they couldnt help me after telling me they could on the phone.
