My first and last at this place. Beautiful on the outside, dirty,unkempt inside. They dont have a proper drying station, the girl did my nails ok but she filed them uneven- I had to file them myself at home. One girl was playing music and although it was good- it was way to loud. A basic pedicure/full set was $60. I didnt like how the girl had to call someone to find out the pricing.

LOVE this place. The best hands down from tn to Florida. We come several times a year from Tennessee and come here EVERY time. Ive never had a bad experience here . This week I sent 4 of my friends here and they all loved it! My lashes lasts almost 2 months! 100 percent perfect!!!

I receive a Brazilian Wax for the first time an it was amazing. She handled me with care. The results were amazing.

I looved my nails when I first got them done . Their prices are responsible and the staff is friendly . However, Ive had my nails for almost two weeks now, and my nails are already lifting from the cuticle area. That should not be happening and i haven’t had them on for more than two weeks yet .

Love this place so much! She can do anything you want with your nails! Jewels and diamonds ! I’m always happy when I leave! I literally have been to 10 places here since I’ve moved to find the perfect place and this is it!!! So happy and satisfied! And people stop me and ask me where I got my nails done! She does AMAZING nails .. but customer service is not the best .. went in one day to fet my eyebrows tinted and had to wait cause she wasn’t there. Then I had to wait another hour. A lady walked in and claimed she had an appointment and she took her back .. joi lied and said the lady was from out of town .I’ll try her again

I went in for lashes (individuals) on a Thursday and eyebrow waxing. I spent 40 for the services. Mind you before the weekend was over they were coming out. Ive been wearing lashes for years never had this problem. I was told she did a good job by her ex bf. I decided to try her out. Anyways, I had to work and wasnt off till Tuesday. I went in, told her about my lashes, also let her dye my eyebrows. She doesnt like to be told what she did wrong at all. So when she was done, she told me 20 when it was 15 for the tint. She charged me 5 bucks extra to replace the few from the effed up job on my lashes, smh. Very unprofessional and the tinting of my brows, was not done right. NEVER AGAIN!!! She should just stick to nails. If you render service make sure its done right. If you eff up, make it right but dont charge for your eff ups. WONT GO BACK NOR REFER ANYONE

I went with my mom for my birthday to get my nails done and the service was just absolutely terrible the nail polish didn’t even cover my whole nail my acrylics were crooked two came off after like two days I recommend not going here andThe lady was rude didn’t understand what my mom was saying my mom asked if she could apply another coat of nail polish of the color I got in the lady put on clear

I love them, yesterday was my first time going there! The take their time doing my nails to make sure no mistakes happen and they make you feel comfortable. Hold conversations with you, they do it all. They are most definitely my new spot!

Pleasant employees saved me from giving this one star. Unsanitary tools, old nail polish, and just a run-down building overall. I witnessed the employee who gave me a mani-pedi using a nail file as well as a buffer that had previously been used, presumably for someone else, on me. Not thrilled about this visit.

I kept hearing about this place so today I went and checked it out. they were busy, there was 3 people ahead of me, but I chose to wait. about a hour and a half passed and another lady walks in and when I think Im the next person up she sets the lady that just walked in in a pedicure chair. Needless to say i left and went to another salon and was tooken right back. ill be going to California nails from now on.
