THEY WERE OVER PRICED AND UNACCEPTABLE! Shouldn’t anyone’s nails look like this. The lady knew the polish was running out and consistently kept adding nail polish remover.

After telling the lady the length I wanted my nails, she continued cutting them down. I finally asked her to stop, telling her they were too short. She did not listen to anything I asked her to do. Needless to say, I came out with NO nails at all. She cut them entirely too short. The male(owner) is good. I will go back ONLY if he does my nails. I paid $70.00 for a most unsatisfactory job. Very disappointed that I was not even offered a discount for this lady’s negligence. Listen to what your customers want!

Worst nail salon I ever been to in my life please do not waste your time or your money just got my nails done 1 hour ago and I can say this experience made me never want to go to another nail salon again charged me $60 for French tip acrylics when it clearly stated on there pricing menu it was $35 for French tip acrylic!!! Nails are uneven she left acrylic under my nails and I’m still peeling it off!! Cut my real nails to short to the point that I started bleeding wouldn’t doubt that I could possibly get an infection! They aren’t clean or sterile either ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER EVER EVER HAD!!! Please find another salon and get your money’s worth because you won’t here!!!!!!!

They charge what they want to charge the price is different every time I come even though I get the exact same thing.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. I was cut and it kept bleeding. The lady didnt acknowledged she cut me until I said it hurt. She also used the buffing tool around my toe nails touching my skin which really made them burn when polishing them. After all of that no discount, but she sure didnt get a tip. Such a relaxing experience!!!!!

Diva Nails is a pretty clean nail salon. They offer a wide variety of services. The lady that did my nails is very nice and very helpful. My nails came out beautifully. I had a manicure and pedicure. Although, at first I felt like they didnt understand that I have diabetic neuropathy, but did seem to take special care of my feet.

This was our first time, they do an amazing job! Very polite, very gentle, respectful and just all around awesome. We will definitely be returning customers 😍 Thank you guys and gals at Diva Nails!

Worst place in Panama City to get your nails done! They are extremely Unprofessional! they don’t understand nothing you say they don’t care about you they just want your money they up charge they don’t know how to do anything! They will cut you and leave you with uneven nails! There’s just so much more I can say!

From what I understand from the owner, this place is very busy most of the time. For me, the wait was worth it. I got a great perfect manicure and pedicure. They are very detailed and thorough. They were very nice to me, wanted to give them a hug! Thank Mr. Nguyen!

I Waited just like everyone else, I asked the lady to fix my nails more than once and the guy/ owner was speaking in their Language and she suddenly stopped doing my nails when they weren’t even nearly done and said go somewhere else I can’t do your nails.. I have work in less than two hours now I have to waste my time on trying to get them off.. I asked if they could take them off they said yeah for money... please don’t come here, they don’t care about the customers just your money.

I got my nails done here and first of all they were crooked. The corners of my nails were missing nail polish. For the price I paid they should have actually tried. I wouldn’t recommend going here

My Deluxe pedicure was top 2, if not the best pedicure, Ive ever gotten. I base this mostly off of Attention to detail and services included other than the paint. She was in depth and focused and nearly put me to sleep which is rare, actually, has never happened! The only complaint is although I got gel polish, she still charged me $5 to take off the old polish. Other than that it was great!

I absolutely love the atmosphere here. Lisa usually does my acrylic nails and she is wonderful. She does my nails just like I want and like them done. Horrible Customer service. Only one person there when I arrived. I was getting a manicure done. They had to remove the gel, which I understand takes a while, Ive gotten gel done before. They had me sit there for 40 minutes watching customers come and go. Finally i told them i was leaving. They removed the foil and charged me 10 dollars. WHO DOES THIS! How are they still in business with this kind of customer service?!

My daughter gotten her nails did here the very next day they were popping off then they charged to get them back on and popped off again never be back this place sucks rip off

Poor quality

Got my nails done there by one of the employees there named Michael and he did an awesome job! I usually have someone whom I trust do my nails, but I’m here on a vacation and all I gotta say is the people there are really nice and Michael did an amazing job. Price is reasonable for a full set ombré too. I can’t figure out how to post the pictures of his work, if anyone knows let me know.

Cut my toe really bad, which bleed a lot.😥 (I am a pain wimp) Totally took away from my relaxing pedi. Then mismatched my toe polish and gel fingernail polish. Then to top it off it cost $58 w/out the tip🙄

GREAT nail and pedi services, every time I go here my acrylic nails and french tip pedicures last me almost an entire month before they even need a touch-up!!! Other salons nails turn yellowish and the products start to wear down in about a week or 2 weeks if I am lucky however diva nails are the exact opposite! I highly recommend this nail shop!!

TERRIBLE salon. I wish I could give it -5 stars but makes me give at least 1. My mother tripped on their UNMARKED step to the pedicure chairs. They didnt not say anything about the step nor was there any signage. My mom was also holding my 11 month old daughter at the time she fell. All they did was offer her a bandaid. Really!?! The owner didnt even apologize. Please do not go to this salon. There are plenty more nail salons that value their costumers loyalty as well as safety!!!

I’ve been living in Panama City for 1 year been going to this place for about 11months 8 months doing them gel, first was very nice, the owners wife started changing prices changing all the time, I go a Saturday to do a refill (5 nails broken) and pedi, they charge me $70 I said ok plus $15 dollar tip, one nail breaks so I go the following Friday her husband attends me (he’s the best there) so 1 nail which he just glue put acrylic on top cut down and as I’m walking to pay the wife which sit next to him tells him I guess charge her more, he charges me $45 for following week then waits for tip, now Mima is the best for pedicures just when the wife notice she’ll scream out how much they have to charge you, every time I did my nails with her they always break 1 week after. Always!!

Not even a week after having my nails done, my index nail cracked in half and the half fell off putting my shoe on! After that, today, my middle finger nail is trying to do the same thing. When I called to see if they would fix it, they said Id have to pay half the price of what I paid to begin with. Bull. The lady who did them was very sweet, but I will not be going back.

Pleasant atmosphere with friendly service.

Nails were crooked and acrylic was thicker on one side of nail. Glitter was even unevenly spread out to all sides of nail. To fast that it was sloppy. Sent daughter to dryer and forgot to finish her design n then wanted to add more after forgetting her fora simple design on a nail. N after forgetting her even tho we had appointments they finished who they started working on after her b4 finishing design. Won’t go there anymore ever. Wish I could give a negative rating as a -4

They took advantage of me, they over charged me they changed me for 2 full sets which I only got one full set and a fill in for my daughter they charged me 50 price on board says 20 for full and 13 for fill in so make sure you know total before they do any serviceWILL NOT GO BACK AND THEY DO A TERRIBLE JOB

I wish my my experience was better, but dont waste your money. I went today, first time in over 10 years. The male was absolutely great on my pedicure until one of the middle aged ladies in the shop took over because he had an appointment. She was absolutely awful. She smiled more at the workers than me. I guess because they began getting busy she decided I wasnt worth her time. She had the clippers on my REAL nails before she even asked how short I wanted them. It was a rush to cut my nails. Then she rushed to file them. Ill add i didnt even get the chance to go sit in her chair before she started. When we moved to her area the rushing didnt stop. She missed alot of stuff around my nails that needed to be cut off. After i dug at them she would go back, took 3 times. I was almost certain that my nail beds were going to start bleeding because she was very rough. I jerked and she asked if that hurt. She filed more of the skin under my nails than the nail itself. The tip of my fingers are burning along with a few edges of my nails. My nail edges werent smoothed on many parts. Lets not even start on the paint. ITS SLOPPY gel WORK. I feel like I wasted $48 on something I should/could of just did at home. At least Id save my fingers from being SORE. Not to mention she continuously would sove my hands in the dryer even though they were already in as far as they would go without hitting the back wall of it. Never once did she apologize or seem to give a damn. SAVE YOUR MONEY unless you use the man or one of the much older women. I wont be back nor advise anyone to go there.And to show you how rushed it was..... A woman that literally had been there before me was getting the same thing done to her real nails beside me was still being worked on when mine was done. And I started at least 15 minutes behind her.

This used to be a very nice salon until it was sold. The man that owns it now can only be described by adjectives not appropriate for a public site. We had been going for quite a while and really enjoyed it, but now they nickle and dime you to death for anything including removing polish. We have also always had a standing appointment which is never honored anymore. We stayed while our favorite nail techs were still working there. We came in for our appointment and they were not only gone (permanently...ALL of our favorites) but we were told we would have to come back in about 5 hours if we wanted our nails done. This was also done in a very rude manner. If you are looking for a new place to go, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

This place is horrible. They cannot shape nails at all. Very bad customer service and if its their mistake they want to charge you again. The guy running the place has a bad attitude. Listen when I say they are garbage!!!!!
