These are fabulous people. I always leave happy. They may not be blood related but I feel like family. Cynthia has done my hair for over 20 years and I cannot imagine anyone else doing it. I get so many compliments. The pedicures are awesome!

Had a very long day cutting hair. Needed some pampering. It was a Friday night, they got me right in and 30.00 for a pedicure not to shabby. Great customer service, not to mention the shop is beautiful inside. Was able to just relax and use the massage chair after the pedicure. It was just what I needed and this may be my new pedicure place. Even though I only go a few times a year.

Staff was very pleasant & personable. My wifes first time there, and she said the manicure & pedicure were good.

I went in with no appointment a few hours before they closed on a Sunday. They were welcoming and able to take care of my needs. Manicure, pedicure and waxed my brows. I am extremely satisfied with the services provided and will be back. Thank you ladies!

I love this place! The owner is awesome she always takes such good care of me and my unruly eyebrows. Her sister does a great job at eyelash extensions as well. They always make you feel at home and always make sure you are happy before you leave. Awesome place and staff definitely recommend this place!

Great experience reasonably priced. I felt comfortable there and they treat you very kindly. Sodas and water available. They play popular movies so you dont have to watch commercials. Will definitely return.

Ive been going to US Nails for over 10 years and absolutely LOVE them! They do an amazing job! I drive all the way from the west end of the beach just to come to their salon to get my nails done by Kristi! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

I came here while on vacation with my sister and my experience was great! I got a spa pedicure and I definitely enjoyed it! They are very nice and it is clean. Ive had better nail art but it was decent enough.

Got my lashes done Thursday NOT EVEN 24 hours later they were hanging off and when I walked in to get them put back on the lady looked me up and Down and said they busy they can’t do them after I just paid 35 dollars an it was literally no one there !

Always great service... one stop shop for pedi mani eyebrows eyelashes hair acrylics ... prices very reasonable! Never had any problems... when I wore acrylics never had issues with lifting or breaking. Been coming here for years... its great when the staff knows you by name!

Left very disappointed today. Aside from an average pedicure, once my gel nails were finished I noticed she left a decent amount of paint on my skin. I asked if she could fix it and her response was, your nails are too short it will come off in the shower as she walked away, not even attempting to care. Probably would have taken 30 seconds to fix. I had them cut down upon arrival because I work in the service industry and cant have long nails. My regular salon (which is absolutely wonderful but closed on Sundays) has never given me such a response or bad paint job. The only reason I came here was because they are open on Sundays and had great reviews online (all older than 6 months or so). I wont make this mistake again. If you want a FLAWLESS manicure no matter what length of nail, go to Cest La Vie on Hwy 231, you will leave speechless every time. Sorry US, you had a chance, and with one sentence, ruined a potential Sunday client. I wont be back.

Every time we go to Panama City Beach we stop here for a pedicure at the beginning of our trip. Yesterday was the biggest disappointment ever. Stopped to get a Spa Pedicure and was herded like cattle. They did everything fast. Was not personal like usual. Very disappointed. Not sure if I will use them again.

Ive been going to the owners of US Nails for almost 15 PLUS yrs. and Ive NEVER experienced ANYTHING but GREAT SERVICE!! I wouldnt go to ANYONE ELSE and refer EVERYONE that ask me who does my nails or compliments me on my nails... which is QUITE OFTEN!!! LOVE THOSE GIRLS!!!

I just go in to purchase gift certificates for my loved ones so I have no personal experience with their services, but my recipients seem to love the services and thats all that matters to me!

Went in and asked for gel nails. Told it would be $16 more, I agreed. Come to find out, they slapped on acrylic nails and still charged me extra. I thought it looked like acrylic while there (powder stuff), but wasnt sure, so I did research when I got home. Gel nail are not in powder form and have to be cured under UV light. I am so mad that I paid extra for acrylic nails that I did not want. Shady business.

Got acrylics done for the first time here.. absolutely loved the staff and the service.. staff was very professional and salon was clean... took thier time on the nails .. will be going back

Staff is friendly and I loved how thin theyd make the acrylic.... however, upon my second visit they clipped off a section of nail that had lifted and that revealed a green fungal looking spot. They told me thats just from moisture getting in there, but completely normal so they continued with my fill in. Third visit, same thing with a different finger. One week later, 6 of my nails were peeling up so when they came off...an entirely different nail was fully dark green. Ive never experienced this with any other salon, with acrylic or gel, so I researched and asked other nail techs who advised me that this is NOT a usual occurrence and typically comes from improper cleaning of tools (not merely moisture) and to treat the fungus then wait until its completely grown out before Im able to get a full set again. Hate that they pass it off as nothing, placing the blame on me for having water under my nails... while three of my nails are now essentially rotting :-(

The BEST mani/ pedi I have had since coming to Panama City and PC Beach 2 years ago! Attention to detail ( excellent cuticle clean up), luxurious massages of hands and feet AND artisic application of polishes, all in a homey, friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere. Its not glamorous. It is GREAT! MY boyfriend got a great hair cut while he was waiting. They do womens hair, too. (I was patronizing a glitzy, nearby salon, and while they were friendly and the salon is glittering and gorgeously decorated, the manicures and pedicures were sloppy. All that glitters is not gold or bliss.) Try U.S. Nails for the BEST service and artistry.

First time getting fake nails and they made them AMAZING! On one hand my middle finger is cricked a lil but that the only thing wrong amazing disign work and great prices! Loved there dog and them they where super nices.

I visited this location when I came from Orlando. The staff was friendly and nice love my nails and the person I brought with me was so happy with their pedicure if I ever visit Panama City again theres no question that I will come back.

Very thin dip powder. The day after my visit the top coat was peeling off and made my nails appear dull. The powder was cracking off and my real nails were breaking along with it.

I got married in Panama City Beach and went here to get my nails done. They rushed and put to large of nail tips on my fingers. They were lifting in 2 days. Horrible quality.

Went to get a fill in and it was very fast but the nails look very bad they arent filled down enough and not pushed all the way back to the cuticle and the paint was horrible, lots of bubbles and uneven
