Great customer service! And ask for Kim when go to get your nails done! She takes her time & her mind is so creative... I love her art work on my nails.... I ask for something really flashy for my birthday & she did an amazing job! Im so pleased!

I came to the area because my beautician recommended this nail salon. Upon coming in I was greeted and when I asked for a simple fill in, I was told that this location was not accepting new clients. One thing i am understanding to is not accepting new clients because of Covid restrictions, I’m okay with that, it was just the way it was said and how short and dismissive the message was. Needless to say, i won’t return. I’ve seen their work and it looks amazing but the customer service was not welcoming.

I went to this nail salon due to the great ratings here on google. Upon entry, I was informed that the salon is only taking appointments and is currently not taking on any new clients. This information would have been nice to have prior to my drive over. I made a fruitless trip. I do not plan on returning to this location for services. Just a note to anyone interested. If you are not a current client, don’t bother going here. Hope this helps anyone new to the area looking for a salon.

Kim is the best nail tech Ive been to in 30 years of having my nails done. The perfectionist in me is always thrilled with the job Kim does on my nails. My nails hold up fantastic with her quality of work.

I am from out of State and wanted to do something special with my girls and called to see how much a full set, manicures, and pedicures for the 4 of would be and before I could finish asking I was cut off and told (kinda rudely) that you are not taking any new clients right now. Why??? Did you have to be short on the phone and cut me off??? NO!!! I chose your place because of the outstanding and positive reviews, and the pictures of the work you all do. This is not good customer service

Who wouldnt like going there? They give great customer service amazing pedicuresalso get egg rolls while I have my pedicure done and they are so delicious. Anyway Ive been going there a long time now and always loved my time there
