First of all I dont think all LaBelle are the same quality, services but definitely Standfor one is not the best I booked for full high lights caramel tone or light brown but instead got yellow high lights and called, gmail for correction but they said if it was my mistake I needed to pay for it but I told them I show a picture to the lady after that they said we can book you to see what we can do then the lady told me the idea was on your head not on mine so I asked her to go more darker it was like Rapunzel color so she change it to dark brown and guess what I got brunette I was so mad but happy to not call everyone attention lol but I was so disappointed to pay 220 fpr something I was sad about it so I decide to look at YouTube and found a box for highlights and did it and Ohh Happy I did it I LOVE IT !! first pic with the box and the rest the brunette !

Worst service and rude staff. I took appointment for nail paint went there when they were about to start my nail paint they said we don’t have time to paint nails and sent me back. They should not have taken an appointment.

Came here for a 90-minute hot stone massage as a birthday gift from my wife. It was a great experience (especially compared to the Spas I’ve tried out in the past). Very thorough with massages... I was so relaxed that I fell asleep randomly throughout the session. I’ll be coming here monthly and requesting Joanna. Told my wife that she should try it out for herself and request Joanna. The receptionists were respectful too.

If you want the best hair color see Kathy at La Belle Stanford. She is the best colorist I have ever seen. She is so friendly and polite and takes time to listen and in the end you appear to be transformed to a new you! She makes you look and feel beautiful. She is fast too and finishes your hair using a special blow dry technique with brush roll curlers that is so retro and so cool. You will not be disappointed. I never have and its my pleasure to share her name.

I was visiting San Francisco and my sister and niece, who live in San Jose, were willing to meet halfway in Palo Alto because of the American Girl Doll Store.I emailed on Thursday to get manicure appointments for 3 adults and one child that Saturday, and they responded the same day with appointments, taking into consideration that we needed to be somewhere at 2pm (not their problem!).On a busy Saturday, they got us in, they did an amazing job and doted on my niece (she was in heaven!). My manicure is STILL holding strong three days later. I will definitely return!

I have been getting manicures and pedicures at LaBelle for more than 10 years. The service is excellent. I always ask for one person, Amy, but there are occasions when she isnt available and Ive never had a bad experience. The reception people, Amy, and the other staff create an atmosphere where clients should relax and take time away from busy schedules. The quality of the work is the best. My feet always leave the spa happier and healthier than when I walked in.

I have been coming to LaBelle Day Spa for a while now. It is such a relaxing place to be. Its like youre in another world. I normally come for a massage but Ive had facials and other services too. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My long-term hairstylist, Kathy, is the best colorist ever! She is very talented, and has a wonderful personality. She approaches hair color as an artist. I feel lucky to have found her at The Stanford Shopping Center.

Small, but nice waiting area. They offer water, nuts and fruit. Small changing room with lockers. After you change into a robe (for a massage), they have hot water for you to soak your feet in in the waiting room which I thought was nice. Had a massage by Margarite. She did a good job.

I have been a La Belle client for many years. Ive had great massages and some okay. Last night by Lily had one of the best massages ever. She has a great manner, quiet, skill set and knows her science very well. I will ask for her next time!

I received the best deep tissue massage of my life just a few short hours ago. I didnt even wait for the soreness to subside before writing this. I honestly was about to give up on massages altogether because nobody had the strength to dig deep enough...until Chuck.

It’s a very pretty salon. All the staff are extremely friendly and polite, they always greet me with enthusiasm and a smile. The head supervisor Mila is a wonderful lady, always ready to help. Jeff at the front desk is amazing as well, he’s always happy to help with finding products and changing or making appointments. The garden outside is beautiful and the ambiance inside is very pleasant and sophisticated. I am thankful for my talented stylist Raoul and so happy to know all the brilliant staff members. Thanks to Bella for creating and providing such an amazing place!

Ive been a loyal customer for the last 20 years. I went a few months ago and didnt experience a very a good service. I was told that things would change and that I should try again. I did. I was so disappointed. I went in for a 75 min massage scheduled at least 1 week in advance. When I got in, I was checked in and I was told to go to the back by the fireplace and wait. I was sitting there waiting and the attendant asks, are you here waiting for a service?. Not in a helpful tone, but more of why are you here? The attendant should have known based on my check-in and the schedules. The reception of the back attendant was so rude and unwelcoming, Ive now written off Labelle after 20 years. I hope others get a better experience. I used to.

Love getting my hair cut here. Ramona is amazing. She is German and was trained there and you can tell. Really excellent, friendly service. Nice garden in the back as well.

I have been here twice for facials and once for a massage. All three experiences were excellent. The massage was perfect. So relaxing and really helped me unwind. The facials were excellent. I have already made my return appointment. Now that I love locally, I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!

Eh. Storefront is nice but back cut rooms show wear. Staff were only as nice as necessary. Cut and color suggested were not novel, but a decent job.

This place was recommended by the hotel we are staying at. It was expensive, but ok-we gave it a try. It by far was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had!No messaging chairs, no tubs for your feet. And the leg message was not even a message it was a rub with hot wax in a bag!I am not happy at all!

I got Dee, a junior, by chance and was pleasantly pleased. She was very good and I love the color she gave me. (For some reason, the stars wont go beyond 4.5. Dees a 5-star!)

La bell spa is great because of Ruth. She is very talented lady and takes care of face and is very gentle. Only wish is that the front ladies get more training in customer service. They almost ruin the experience.

First time visit - disappointed. Overpriced. Pay the prices of a spa but without the luxury. Wasnt offered a beverage or anything at all. Nail polish was sloppily applied that required fixing. Was given the wrong prices over the phone and was charged a great deal more upon checkout. Staff was friendly but the level of skill doesnt align with the price point. Wont be back.

I went to LaBelle yesterday for the first time even though Ive lived in Palo Alto for more than a decade. It exceeded my expectation and my skin has never felt better after a facial. If you go, you should ask for Fay...! Shes an amazing Persian woman and her esthetician skills are incredible. She was gentle, polite, knowledgeable and just an overall joy to be around...! I am updating my review of LaBelle as of 2019. I have been going there for 15 years and i adore the people and the services. I have massages by Donald at Stanford and he is truly the best in the U.S. I also have pedicures at LaBelle and all of their people are excellent. I go nowhere else.

I had 2 weeks ago a facial with Brenda. About 3 months ago Brenda did a great facial for me, so I asked again for a facial with Brenda.I asked about the oxygen treatment and I was told there are no risks and it is a great treatment.After the facial was done, I went outside and my husband was schocked to see me. Last time after the facial with Brenda my husband said I was looking wonderful, now he was just shocked.I looked and look burned.I have a huge red spot on the right side of my face.I am doing facials since more than 15 years, just to spoil myself and get old nicely. This is the first time I experience something like this.Two days later I called La Belle in Stanford and Shwan was super nice and he said I should come in the same day and the leader of the department, Minako, will see me.Minako said that she thinks that the oxygen treatment with peeling must have been to much for my face, but only on the right side. My hole face felt super dry, I told her so, still she treated a bit just the spot and gave me a bit from a product to apply home.Two weeks later my face still looks the same and it burns. So I asked to see again Minako. As I was with her in the room she started to tell me that she talked with Brenda, and actually she did something else, than what she thought last time and she was blaming me that I am not using enough sun scream, and that I don’t moisturize enough and also my face is too sensitive she said. That is all not true. I went to get help, For something they did to me, and she was super unfriendly to me. She offered that I could talk with a manager she went out for a while and she came back and she didn’t talk about the manager anymore, she said she will take care of my spot now.I don’t understand the hole situation.On the way out, I asked for the email Adress of her manager, the manager was directly there and I was able to speak with her. Minako said I had understood all wrong, and that she was just trying to help. I am shocked again.The manager listen to me and she offered to take the costs for the dermatologist and she also gave me an appointment with the owner. Unfortunately the owner is out of town and I have to wait 2 weeks for the appointment. I am happy to take any advice now.I am super scared and disappointed. I have pains in my face since two weeks now and a huge stain, that I am afraid I will have for ever.Tomorrow is my appointment with the dermatologist.Fingers crossed.

Got a facial and the Rain-Drop Therapy massage done here last weekend. Amazing experience. I had actually signed up for the Royal Rose facial but the masseuse checked my skin and suggested to alter the facial. Infact she gave me a customised facial for my skin type and gave me lots of tips on simple, daily skin care regime. I did notice some skin peeling off initially but that was due to the nature of the facial done for my skin. The massage was absolutely amazing with tiny rain drop like oils being massaged into the skin. I would definitely go to La Belle again!

Worst hair service ever! I wanted to get my hairline recolored. It turned out to be yellow...and the rest is still ash blond. Awful! And I wanted to know how much their great length extensions are. I have them for years and now since I moved here I wanted to know the price for their service. I could tell them the amount and everything they needed to know. For this information, which took them 2 minutes they charged me $35, calling it a consultation.

My sister-in-law treated me to a spa day today, where I was given a mani/pedi. My experience was fabulous. The ambience was beautiful and serene, the spa chairs were relaxing, and the technicians were fabulous. Amy gave me a sports manicure which felt fantastic and my hands have not looked better. Nancy gave me the deluxe pedicure and her hands were magic. I left the spa floating on a cloud. Thank you LaBelle Day Spa, Amy, and Nancy for such a royal treatment.

Just had a bad experience. I have been going here for years.Had a bad experience with Jessie the eyelash specialist. I believe that she is good at what she does but did my eyelashes the way she thought was pretty instead of listening to what her customer wants. I ended up with fake looking eyelashes instead of natural ones that I was looking for.Very disappointed.

LaBelle is perhaps the best spa in Silicon Valley. I had to move out of state but, anytime I return, I make sure to go to LaBelle for some mental health hours. Respectful, professional, knowledgable staff.

This review is for La Belle Stanford and T&C. I received an email to complete this survey from La Belle Stanford although I was at La Belle T&C yesterday (staff forget which site they are at as they go back and forth). Ive been going to LB for facials, nails and hair for over a decade. Brandy is fabulous with hair; she does my balayage and has an eye for knowing exactly where to paint them in, and shes thorough, but fast (a big plus!). The one complaint I have is that La Belle stopped accepting SpaFinder gift cards as of May 1! I was told they sent out an email to clients about this, but I never received (nor did others I know who go there). I especially like using SpaFinder for nail service at Stanford, as they are fairly expensive compared to everywhere else, but I like the ambiance (I always go to the back room). Going forward, Ill probably go elsewhere for nails, but definitely continue going there for face and hair services; they are the best!

I would probably love this place if i was 30 to 50 years older. Dont get me wrong - the staff is very nice and the services are great. Its just filled with old rich grandmas, and as a 20-something I feel very out of place.

Ive been a loyal customer of Labelle for many years. I get my hair cut and colored by Raul who is terrific! I also get facials there by Minoko and Christine, all the facialists are excellent. I also use many of the Labelle custom beauty products, the BB cream with 30 SPF is the best foundation, it looks so natural and has the SPF as well, I highly recommend it.It is very convenient for me to do get a majority of my beauty regime in one place...cut, color, facial, waxing and products...one stop shopping!

I come here for eyebrow threading. I am extremely picky about my brows, which are light blonde and many people mess up. Zahra does a perfect job every time! She uses a lamp an magnifying glass so that every hair is perfect! Ive been going to her for about 3 years now :)

Pricey but the best facials and pedicures youll find anyway. You will outgrow your pedicure before it wears off.

Had a lash tint last night, and it needs to be redone. I told the person how long the dye needed to be left on for, but she said that was too long. Now, it has to be redone. This is the third time this has happened at LaBelle Day Spa. Very expensive but not consistent in product delivery or knowledge of staff.

Its a really nice big spa. Everyone that works there really is the best at what the do.

I have gotten two haircuts here and neither have been very good. I recommend going here for Mani petties but finding somewhere else to get a haircut

Hands down the best Brazilian wax ever! Mira was fast, communicative, so I knew what was going on and no redness or bumps afterwards. My skin is very sensitive, and Mira is my go-to person. Perhaps they use different product than I had applied elsewhere, but I have yet to have any kind of negative reaction. As long as Im reviewing, lets talk mani/pedi. There are tow places I go, both outstanding. Vivian and Jenny have become like friends. The mani/pedi has gone from drudgery to a luxury! Im completely spoiled.

So, Ive done a lot of different services both at this La Belle and the one in San Francisco (waxing, manicure, pedicure, lash tint, facial). My experience is with La Belle that it is all about who your aesthetician is. And, La Belle Stanford has two fabulous ones - Stella and Alisa. They both work a few days in the city too.Like that line from Legally Blonde - the best aestheticians are eastern European. Stella and Alisa are both eastern European and they are fantastic. Fast, meticulous - Ive had waxing and facials from both for the past 3 years. For waxing - they are super fast -- which in my view is the most important attribute in a waxer. Make it fast and painless. They usually have me done in half the alloted appointment time. For facials, they both have good judgment and select really good products that my skin responds well too, and they do a very good deep set of extractions.Id recommend them for waxing and facials to anyone. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I dont want more competition for their appointment times!For manicures and pedicures, La Belle is a solid but expensive choice. Manicures last 7-9 days. Pedicures about 3 weeks. They do a quality job, are very sanitary, and use a good long lasting polish for two coats (plus a base and top coat). If you arent fussy about mans/pedis, La Belle isnt worth the money. But, if you are picky or its a special occasion, they are worth it.

Got the deluxe pedicure. Over priced for the experience. My pedicurist talked a lot and then left in the middle to tend to someone else ...
