They always reweight stuff and add a ridiculous amount of weight to it, trying to sneak extra money from you if you dont pay attention to your bill. Happened last two times we used them, and will never use them again!

Terrible place to charge very slow and force you to wait in the lobby where you do not get a bath, everything is slow here.

Terrible customer service!!! Terrible drivers very unreliable! Place an order to be delivered they gave me 9am-9pm window which was annoying but ok but the driver decided to get here 30 min earlier and then said we werent home. Never was called my front office was never contacted or stopped by I had Amazon contact their customer service and the supervisor there was a joke and said he cant verify why the driver didnt deliver package and today is Friday and they maybe will contact me Tuesday to try and schedule a new delivery. We asked for a corporate number and the supervisor said he couldnt find it so unprofessional please find a big box carrier thats more dependable! PLEASE FIND OTHER CARRIER!!!!

Horrible place to work. You will not work a set schedule most likely. There will be weeks where there is not enough work youll be sent home early. Management tends to be very oblivious to what needs to be done to maintain employees. Not a good long term job.

Worst carrier delivery, damage the products, they don’t update their tracking, you call and wait an hour for someone to call and then they just tell you all rude that they will talk to the driver and never hear from them to find out without knowing that you been transfer to the company you bought the product, Companies shouldn’t used this company period
