Went during April 2021 when COVID is still present. Felt very safe, all appropriate precautions taken including a plastic divider between the client and stylist. Nails done well, especially hand. Certainly pricey (regular pedicure, gel manicure) but figured this is the first time getting nails done since COVID started (!!) greater than a year ago. Also it’s Palo Alto. Stylist (Katie) very pleasant and lovely. It’s her business so I’m all about supporting her!

She Just tell me that she didnt have the powder to make my nails after started the work. My nails arent same size.

I truly enjoy going to Classy Salon Spa. I have received the best Manicure Pedicures here ever. They do Great work. So relaxing. Thank you so much!

Great salon! Never a wait, prices are very reasonable, and they take their time. I’ve been coming here for a year, and always recommend it to girl friends. Pedicures are nice and come with scrubs, lotion, massage, hot stone, and paraffin.

I have been coming fairly regularly but feel a bit ripped off on my last visit and wont return. I was given a service I didnt want instead of the one I did, was pressured to tip 3 people when my service was by two and finally, the lack of nail dryers meant my mani was ruined soon after I left. Toes look good though.

Came in for a gel manicure for the first time. Olivia asked for $40 even though gel manicure is $35 her explanation: since I’m a new customer they charge $5 extra for gel removal!Will NEVER come back. The worse customer service. Had better looking manicures too. Overall bad experience

Just came under new management 2 weeks ago and now is called Classy Nail Salon. Very nice people. Massage chairs have electronic massage feature.

I just left this spa and had a perfect mani pedi with massage (hands, feet and shoulders!) and paraffin wax treatment to boot. Service was great, especially Katie who manages the place. I took my mom for an afternoon treat and will certainly be back.

This place is fantastic! I learned about Classy Salon Spa from a Groupon deal and have continuted to go because of the fantastic service.Eyelash Extensions - Katie gave me some of the best eyelashes Ive ever had. Beautiful, thin, long, amazing lashes. Ive had them for over 2 1/2 weeks and barely any have fallen out. You could tell she spent time before my appointment making sure everything was set up just for me. I felt like she took great care in making sure the type of lashes really looked amazing and fit my face well. The application was done intentionally but did not take too much time, I was comfortable laying in the private room. I would recommend eyelash extensions from Classy Salon Spa to anyone. Im still getting compliments on them and it has been nearly 3 weeks without a fill!Mani & Pedi - Ive had the pleasure of having a few of the amazing ladies help me with my manicure and pedicure. Ive gotten a gel manicure and it has lasted for weeks. My manicure was lovely and relaxing - I went with the popular option that included a massageThe prices are transparent and they women working are lovely and amazing at their jobs. They always offer water or tea when I come in. Also if you dont remember to bring cash they have a surcharge free atm on sight.

Oh Jennifer, please dont ever leave! You do the best job on my nails and make sure i leave with tye best Shellac manicure in the Bay Area.

Came here twice since it is super close to my work. However, I dont think this place is worth goin when you can go to better nail salons in the area. The lady who helped me had her chewing gum in her mouth and made annoying loud noises the entire time. So unprofessional. I paid for $35 signature pedicure. It says it is all includes + massgaes. you would think it also includes moisturizing paraffin dip, but the lady told me I got to pay extra. I clearly saw the lady next to me got EVERYTHING for the same price!!! What a friendly customer service and expereicne. After massage, she used an old DRY towel to wipe. I felt so uncomfortable and itchy. NEVER NEVER come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Gel manicure was 5$ more than at other salons, and took an hour and twenty minutes. Wont be going back.
