I received fantastic service from Chip and from Danielle. They were responsive, helpful and understanding. My check that was sent from my house to their office, literally seven miles, took two and a half weeks to arrive. Danielle was going to stop by my house to get a duplicate, but it arrived shortly after we talked and she called me. Bad on Post Office, Great on Danielle and the company for personal service.

Well I cant say enough, but I will say while running my business insurance is never a worry. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I have had the pleasure of working with them all, my regular gal is Danielle and she is absolutely amazing. I have dealt with many companies over the years and never have received such service.
