I find the fact that you send me an email today to say sorry to see you go insulting. My policy was to expire at the end of June. I started contacting this office back then to reshop policies and im still waiting for a call back. I called back and spoke to another representative and agreed to.the terms of the current policy but still wanted a reshop options to proceed. Long story short I was without insurance for 2 months. My mortgage company had to contact me to make me aware of your neglect. I would stay away from this company. They do not communicate at all. Lake accountability. Very hard to reach someone.

I am going to be as polite as possible with this review . Frankly, the service was anything but professional and considerate. I was promised i would have home insurance quotes during the day on a Monday -- at 10:20pm after text and phone call messages from me I was emailed the quotes, Who does business like this ??

Brightway Insurance has been a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately I received less than service from agent Robert Leute. Initially he was quick with emails and delivered a quick quote when I was looking for a new home owners insurance policy. However, after receiving the quote as a first time buyer I had many questions. His tone changed on the phone and he became argumentative, intimidating, and unwilling to thoroughly answer simple questions I had. This review is NOT on the company as they may truly live up to their current 4.8 star rating. Sadly this individual isnt suited for first time buyers maybe better for seasoned homeowners who understand the policy and have less questions. Im disappointed in his lack of customer service now I am forced to look elsewhere.

Chris Cole and his team allowed my insurance to lapse. I received an email from Coles agency that my policy was renewing and the premiums were paid by the mortgage company. Cole never even sent an email letting me know the mortgage company did not pay the premiums and the insurance had been cancelled. When I called Cole to get proof of insurance to provide to the mortgage company because they were charging me for insurance, the representative from Cole tried to tell me they notified me that the policy had been cancelled. Then when he knew he was wrong and I asked him if we were to change seats with me how would he feel, he stated, I would be very disappointed in us.

I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Carlos Perry at the Cole Family Agency in Palm Springs, Fl. Carlos has been extremely knowledgeable about the product lines that I needed and was most gracious in his service.I am thankful for the experience.

For car insurance they do a ok job no problem there. But if you need homeowners insurance do yourself a favor look elsewhere. Im deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism on the part of my agent. My calls went unreturned for weeks.
