Tom Gleeson State Farm Insurance is the second State Farm agency that I have been with, the first being back in my home town in Oregon. We started with Tom shortly after we moved here in the fall of 2017.We have found Team Gleeson to be very attentive to our insurance needs. They are excellent at finding the best products at the lowest prices. As a result they have our automobile insurance along with our house and our blanket liability insurance.Recently our car was hit hard, and totaled by State Farm claims. When the results came back from claims we had questions about the assessed value of our car, and some of the components of the report. Tom sat with us and went through the report, searching for comparable cars, and helping us understand the report. At the end of our time spent with Tom we were very comfortable with the results. When we were getting bumped up against the three day weekend he helped to expedite the paperwork through claims.Back in Oregon the agent had become an old, trusted, family friend. My mom was in an accident, hit by someone else. Its been 3or4 months and we keep getting the run around about getting her money. There is always some other paperwork we need to fill out. This is so sad. She has had State Farm for more than 50+years and this is how she is being treated. Just because she didnt use the people that they use to fix the car. Beware!

We have been a client of Tom for 10 years since moving to Palm Springs. He and Team Gleeson are the best--responsive, helpful, and always available. After years of having different insurance companies for the cars, house, umbrella coverage, etc., it was nice to have all of those things with one company--and one simple monthly statement for all the coverages. When cross-product discounts are applied for having multiple coverages, the State Farm prices are very competitive. Another nice perk is Tom has a State Farm work van that he allows clients to borrow for moving needs around town--very handy, and the price is right (free!). You will not be disappointed in using Tom and his Team!

An average place at most. So e staff helpful & friendly, others not as friendly. Emails & messages sometimes go ignored by Tom. Dont find him friendly it thankful out in public. Just an ok place. Been with them for 14 years. I dont like change unless totally necessary.

My first experience with Tom was over ten years ago when another State Farm insurance agent tried to undermine me and not pay my claim. Thanks to her brief honesty, admitting to Tom that I was telling the truth, and Toms integrity and honesty - he went to bat for me and I ended up getting my claim paid! I have had insurance agents, and then I have had a few like Tom, who really have your back and do what is right even when it means taking on their own company!
