Where to start? The agent was willing to work with my dad but as soon as he passed hes unwilling to help my mom out over a plant that granted given the large about of rain experienced its own super bloom but that were willing to trim or even remove. Ron emails her stating that Allstate is cancelling her policy to save money after 40 years of carrying her policy (they were with the agent Ron took over for). We switched Allstate agents, send them the same pictures of the now trimmed plant that Ron had and magically Allstate is not cutting the policy. Additionally, when I went with her to show them the pictures and to try to resolve the issue, I get there by 430 which is well before the closing time they have posted on the window. Office is dark. I go the next day at 330 as were leaving, I tell Chris that they might consider updating their hours only to be chastised by him. He says that I wouldnt just swing by my doctors office without an appointment and is nasty about it. I didnt say anything because hes clearly not open to feedback, but there are many reasons I might swing by a doctors office (to drop off paperwork for a signature, to make an appointment, or to leave a message) and hes not a doctor-hes an insurance agent, why do you have office hours posted at all? They could have them posted as by appointment only if thats their policy. When I was on the phone changing my Allstate insurance agent, I come to discover that as a teacher of 17 years, Allstate offers an educator discount. Not only did Chris not offer that, he downgraded my education level.If you want to feel like youre in good hands, pick another Allstate agent. Although I get the impression that if you drive a more expensive car or have a fancier house, youll probably get the shmoozy premium service, just show up before 4. Honestly, one star is too many for the grief they caused us over a plant that we were willing to trim and the sketchy and unprofessional service.

You may have noticed that this agency used to get good reviews and now get low marks. I understand the agency passed from father to son and, sadly, the Apple fell far from the tree. Run away. This place is a total disaster.

I highly recommend having Allstate for auto, renters etc. Ron Nayfack and Mary his wife and all the staff are excellent and so helpful on the phone . I have been with them since 1998 or 1999 and I can’t imagine changing to another insurance company. They are like family. The Best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On April 15th, 2014, I arrived ten minutes early to the office located at 1000 S. Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, California. Mr. Clark was ready for me as soon as I entered the office. Having someone welcome me with a smile and call me by my name made me feel very comfortable. Mr. Clark was well prepared, he had all my correct information regarding my automobile claim but still reviewed and ensured that no misstates were made by anyone prior to him receiving my claim.Mr. Clark made direct eye contact with me at all times and explained every step of the process of my claim, and ensured that I had a rental vehicle reserved for me. While he inspected my vehicle, he showed compassion and demonstrated true concern. I must note that most customer service representatives in general lack either the expertise and just go through the process without showing any emotion or concern for their clients. In this case, Mr. Clark demonstrated that he is a dedicated person and loves his job.
