Buyer Beware!Dean is a crook. I had him set up insurance on a car while I was in the process of buying, the deal fell through, so I cancelled an hour later. Dean told me to come by his office and he would get me a FULL refund. Kemper told me they would refund me all except $50. I went to Dean, but my first refund check was for less than half of what I paid. I called Dean and asked why. His response was that THEY probably have a cost of doing business like I do. So I went back to Kemper with proof I didnt buy the vehicle, and they sent a second refund check...for $96.02 less than it should have been. I called and asked what had happened and they told me that they refunded me everything I paid them, minus $50, and that the agent must have kept the remainder. I mailed Dean a demand letter for the $96.02 to which I got a threat letter of counter litigation. Keep the money, Dean. You obviously need it more than I do.
