Have been here 5 times and have had 4 different people trim and line up my beard. Today had Brayden for the first time and looks like I found the person to stick with. Took his time and made my beard look great. Asked for a fade and sometimes it gets choppy looking but he did it effortlessly. Would totally recommend to anyone. Seeing how I dont have much on top of my head, I can vouch for the beard.

Had an appointment with Selene for haircut and straight razor shave. Arrived at store about 10 min early was greeted by Nikki who is always friendly and helpful to all clients. Got me checked in and told me Selene would be with me shortly. Cant recommend Selene enough if you want to feel like you have visited a spa and gotten a facial just by getting a haircut and shave. Skin feels good and soft and shave left no stubble. Highly recommend both Selene and Diesel Barber. Have already booked my next visit.

My husband loves getting his hair cut here. Says everyone is friendly and always leaves with exactly what he wanted. The pricing seems about average for a barbershop, and add on great service. I definitely recommend!

I started going to Diesel about 2 months ago and have always had an amazing experience and a fresh cut! Ashley J has killed it every time and not a single complaint from me! Ever since I won’t go anywhere else or to anyone else for my haircut!

I had scheduled an appointment for a beard trim as there was no option to choose for beard and haircut. I was told they could not cut my hair as well since I did not reserve it. All I wanted was to buzz my head on a 1. It wouldve taken an additional 5 minutes at the most. The stylist would not see me as she had another appointment. Since I made an appointment and she chose not to see me I left. If an extra five minutes was too much I felt my beard trimmed wouldve been rushed and wouldnt have been good quality anyway so I left. Will not go back.

Selene was fantastic. She is always nice to talk to, and the haircut was fantastic. Her fades are always outstanding. Absolutely nothing negative about the experience.

I have been going to this shop for over a year now and it has always been a great environment. All staff have been friendly and I always get a good cut. From time to time the owners stop by and are always making sure you are taken care of. I specifically request Selene every time I get my hair cut and beard trim. I have used multiple “barbershops” around the Little elm/ Frisco area trying to find the one. I have finally found a shop that is my go to place. They are always welcoming and quick to offer a cold drink and greet you with a smile. My hair is not the easiest to deal with and my beard may be even more difficult, but Ms.Bella is always a true professional. I know I will get the same great haircut and bread shape every time. She also offers great input on ways to make my hair look even better. I will continue to use this shop every time, and highly recommend them to any guy looking for a professional service at a great price.

Something is going on with their online booking systems and I almost lost my appointment due to double booking. My entire haircut was done in about 10 minutes including a cut a shampoo and a back massage for $40. I guess she did an alright job it didnt really take into account my cowlicks. He didnt bother to fade my sideburns into my beard . I also was not offered a complimentary beverage and I wasnt aware existed until I was checking out. I dont know I guess I just feel like they want to get you in and out ASAP.

First time here and customer service was fantastic. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Jamie gave me the best haircut I’ve had since living in DFW. Amazing price as well for all the services and care they offer. Will definitely be back and will refer to anyone and everyone.

She was super helpful, patient and professional. She knew exactly what I wanted, and gave me an amazing haircut!. After that first experience I decided to return again today. Again I wasnt sure how to explain the haircut I usually get lol. She remembered me and knew exactly how we did the last hair cut!. This place does great work. I loved my experience with Bella C last week. She made sure to take the time to get my cut and beard right. I had a really important photoshoot this week and Bella made sure I left the shop looking and feeling like a model. Love the vibe, love the music, love the atmosphere. The price might be a bit steep but you get all the value and more out of it! 10/10 would recommend!

Went there a while ago for a haircut. Shaved sides, mohawk/faux hawk style. Came out so wopsided, had to fix it at home my self and Im not a barber by any means lol.Atmosphere is good, so is beer..... just quality sucked, especially for the price.

First, I called after receiving a flyer with a coupon for new customers @ 30% off and 15% off for existing customers, I called to see if I needed an appointment and was told if I came now I could get in. I explained, I was looking for a permanent stylist and salon and that I had a quick errand and would come by. I show up to a completely empty salon with two employees at the front desk. I explained I forgot the coupon and would be a new customer. I was told I could bring it next time. I was ok with that but then was told I would be an existing customer at that point and could only get the 15% off. I said are you saying I needed to leave and go get it? I was told Yes the owner said they had to have the physical coupon and that would be great if I could. Well, I feel there could have been a workaround instead of me leaving so I wont be back.

While the staffs work is very professional their demeanor is anything but...they will laugh with you, joke with you...very much people persons that make the time in the chair fly by. My stylist, Jessie, had me smiling from the moment I sat down.For the price, the atmosphere, and quality of service...I cant recommend Diesels enough.

I took my boys (9 and 12) to Diesel Barbershop today and we all loved it! We did not have an appointment and were see within 5 minutes! The team working there is great. We were greeted immediately, their services were explained and we were offered a beverage. The shop has a great vibe and music. The owner greeted me while I was waiting on my boys and we chatted for several minutes. He and his brother really care about their customers having a great experience and that you leave happy with the service. My boys received an awesome haircut, shampoo, hot towel wrap and massage! They walked up smiling and said that was an amazing experience. They want to come back for their next cut!

Shortly after speaking with Nichole, on the phone, I was already sold. She was perfect and didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my questions. We chatted it up like long time friends and I felt immediately comfortable in her care. Richard did his share of making me feel like my visit was truly appreciated with his warm welcome. This place is nothing short of a great experience and well worth the few extra bucks I spent. Throughout the cut, my hairdresser took her time and made sure the style is exactly what I wanted.
