Ive been going to this place since it opened. Each time they act like they have never seen me before. Except for Henry he remembers me sometimes. This last visit I got a fill and pedi (also for my daughter) I had a gift certificate that I used along with cash. Well they act like your wasting their time if you use a gift certificate. They rushed us out so fast they didnt even give me 1 min of dry time on my toes. I paid extra for deluxe pedi and ended up with a messed up big toe. I was suppose to wear open toed shoes for my daughters wedding. Not happening now.

My stylist Wendy, Silver Strand Salon, recommended Danny, after I complemented her beautiful nails. He has been doing my shells for several months now and I am so happy with the results. Im not a nail person, but I wanted a finished, professional look. One of the things I want are thin not thick nails. He is the only one I have found that can do that. Also its a pleasure to have a conversation with such a interesting man. Nice shop and good prices.

More walk-ins less staffing Im not surprised have 3 stars..Ive waited for 1 hr to get me started. I only need pedicure I was here 2:43p and now its 3:46pm still seating in the chair patiently.They wont even talk to you if youll ok or not ..

I took my daughter in for her birthday today and she’d gone here before and really liked it but the customer service is horrible when my daughter was done I asked why did it take her so long and she said the lady was playing a gambling game on her phone!!! I was upset that she had no courtesy for my daughter and all the people waiting!!! I will never take her back there!! They deserve 0 stars plus her nails look horrible but I didn’t tel omg daughter that

I really like this salon it is so nice and I was really pampered here. With the exterior just as beautiful as it is in the inside. I find that they have decent prices for all of their services they do. I find that the salon itself is very neat and really clean through out. I was so happy I was able to be able to express such a great service at Nail Envy. My coworkers will surely envy my new set of nails!

Excellent & Very Clean and ORGANIZED! Very welcoming and they really put their elbow into their work, not rushing you away. Pedicure is awesome, there are different kinds too. :)

I would recommend to ask for Henry he did my nails and Im sooo obsessed with them the place was nice and the employees were nice.

Worst pedicure ever! They dont even deserve a star but I need to check a star to write a comment here.The guy technician who did my nails was constantly watching the news while doing my nails. SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! He didnt even trim my cuticle right, didnt clean around and under my nails like I usually have with other nail salon. What a sloppy job!I think its due to the fact that I asked for the classic pedicure which is the cheapest one but nevertheless, he should have done a decent job. I paid $21 because they charge an extra dollar when you use your credit card.I tried to tell the technician about my dissatisfaction and pointed out what he didnt do well. Instead of apologizing and making things right, he reasoned out up to the last minute until I left.IM NOT COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!

I was reading reviews on pedicures and ran across a lady who had her ingrown toenail dug out and got infected, I’ve always told my sister to get ingrowns out by a certified doctor duh!!! They do a great job! I went to another one last week and got a crappy job done! Going back to nail envy ASAP!!!

I come here for my fills. Great gel fill price. They do charge $1 to use ur debit card. And my only complaint is sometimes there debit card machine goes down. Its happened to me 3xs and i am not a person to carry cash. Other than that they do a good job.

The customer service was horrible! I was asked to wait..so I waited 30 mins. And when I spoke up everyone ignored me!! After repeating myself at least 5x so I ended up without nails because I walked out. I will never give these people my money.

Its a hit and miss in regards to appointments, Ive had to leave on two occasions due to lack of service out of 5 appointments Ive made there. Today was another walk out day, just leave in silence.

My daughter goes here and she decided to take me, I knew it was a little pricey compared to the place I’m use to going but she was going to pay for them so I had no say so, I like my nails but not satisfied at all at the way about six of my nails turned out.

Ive been there about 3 times and im in the love with the quality of my nails when i leave. The prices are great and the people are amazing thats my go- to nail place.

Great place but idk if the person who did my nails (GEL)but they didnt even last a week i woke up the very next day one off i was typing on my mac pro and another one chipped off not even a week!!! So pissed rather go to rainbow nails!

Bad service my nail fell off the 2 day bad vibe in this place never returning not recommend she did my nail to rough.

I loved it...my first time here and the message chairs are amazing! The service was great and my mani and Pedi were just what I wanted! Deff recommend this salon to anyone that want nails to truly make someone envy! Will deff be back!

Horrible!!! I dont ever write bad reviews but I had to just to keep people aware!!!!. I will never get a pedicure again for the rest of my life due to this incident. I was getting a pedicure and the technician decided to dig out what she thought was an in grown toe nail (which was so painful) and somehow caused it to become infected. I was in pain for weeks. I had to have half my toenail cut off. Very bad experience.

I so far loved this place it was the first time I got my nails done and I wanted a certain shape and got them exactly how I wanted them I wasn’t sure about the color that I wanted and the lady helped me pick out a color I was obsessed with my nails as soon as I walked out of the shop really happy with this place
