So I went in early to get my eyebrows done with my sister because tomorrow’s her birthday, I had seen good reviews of Lisa and was happy seeing she was in today. Unfortunately when she did my sisters eyebrows she took a chunk of the beginning of the right eyebrow, which if you know SHOULDNT be taken off and looks very bad. I have no experience in her doing my nails but I do know she isn’t well trained to do eyebrows. I hadn’t seen my sisters eyebrows til we got home and saw how bad of a job she did, I even tipped her $5 too. I also saw a sign saying eyebrows waxing was $12 and she charged me $30 for both of us.

Great work! Lisa did an amazing job, very polite, professional, and very affordable as well! Definitely would recommend.

Awful customer service prevented me from even going here. Walked in and saw the lady was busy, so I asked if she would have time for me. She replied with Cant you see Im busy. Completely unprofessional. If you dont wanna be disrespected, take your business elsewhere.

I had the best experience ever. Lisa did an excellent manicure/pedicure for me. She was thorough and very neat. I enjoyed my experience here and I enjoyed that she engaged in conversation with me.

So I roll up waited an hour because it was a little busy I understand so I wait I hop on the chair for my pedicure right she’s doing her thang and 10 min later she’s already getting ready to paint my nails..? Literally like what ? I asked her if she could scrub the dead skin from my feet she said my skin is just like that ? I excuse it I asked for a daisy on my big toe she said she don’t know how ... worst pedicure ever . How she going to charge me 35 for this whack ass pedicure

Lisa is the bomb! Never do I ever go 2 weeks without seeing her. Not only is it a professional and clean nail salon, but very caring and understanding as well. And not to mention CHEAPER THAN ALMOST ALL OTHER PLACES IN OXNARD. dont let the location fool you, this place is amazing.John and Lisa.....never disappoint!Xoxo
