I got powder dip on my short nails lesson learned...I didn’t ask how much before they started. NOT worth $45 very unhappy. The guy kept pushing my cuticle back even after clipping the dead part off, he didn’t stop until I said that’s not cuticle anymore! There’s a few cuts. There’s nail polish & powder dried under my nails & in person they look so thick & bubbly which defeats the purpose of the natural look i wanted.

So my stepmom took me to get my nails done and it was the worst experience ever. i just went today and the lady doing my nails was very rough and didn’t care. she was distracted the whole time and my cuticles started bleeding! i was disgusted with how she treated me. she was not gentle at all. my left ring finger is sore and i can’t put any kind of pressure on it. while filing i almost started crying from the pain!! there’s these bumps under my nails she didn’t even try to get rid off. my nails are uneven!! never coming again.

I loved the way kelly did my nails idk what the shape is called its like a sharp almond but she did a great job! And the pedicure was so nice and relaxing and shes so sweet too. The flower she drew on my nails was adorable totally worth waiting a year from covid.

I went about 2 weeks ago finally got a pedicure, my left toe the nail had grown in.. 😵 yes it was painful, unfortunately because of the language barrier my manicured person didnt understand.. It was so painful I had to tell her nicely over and over to stop! I was hurting.. She was doing her job, unfortunately showing no mercy. Yes my toe did bleed. I was a trooper and I held my cool. Then I had a minicure because I had taken off my acrilic nails, well again because of the language barrier and not been familiar with the difference of regular polish & gel polish the manicurist put on gel polish.. Today I asked if it was gel or regular polish? The same manicurist did my work, well she took of my gel polish and of course charged me for taking it off, The same manicurist did the work and again made my toe bleed.. 😣😞😵 No I did not leave a tip, only because I was charge to take off something I did not asked for! Also because repeated times I asked her to stop! She continue. 😢😣😞 I had to be nice in this times, cant give any one a reason to call security or even worse the Police. Will I come back? Most likely NOT.

It took a long time for them to help me. And then they werent very Cherry friendly like. I almost didnt make my purchase because I thought they were kind of rude. Next time I go in I hope theyre friendly I did spend money at my local nail salon.

Extremely upset with my experience today! Before I sat down I asked the lady doing my nails if she was able to do what I wanted, she insisted that she would and it would be what I wanted! It took two hours for her to do my powder dip nails!!!! TWO hours and she still wasn’t able to finish them I told to just leave them the way they were. Luckily the place that I normally go to was able to squeeze me in to fix this!

Shouldnt even get a star. I paid for callus removal and the girl was extremely rough. Today I can barely walk. So many cuts. They grinded down in too many places on both feet. I really hope I dont get an infection from this! I teach Tai Chi and I could barely do my class today! I found out also that these cheese type graters are illegal. If I end up in the hospital, someone is going to pay. Definite language barrier as well. I wouldnt care, as long as I was safe, but that was not the case!

I asked the man in number 8 seating booth if he was able to do a specific style showed him the picture and everything. He sat me down and said he do it. During the full set I stopped him and specifically asked if he had “ loose glitter powder “ or “ glitter acrylic” he said no. When he was done it was horrible. My nails are in SOOOO uneven &I left with a totally different design than what I wanted. Also after, when telling themI wasn’t satisfied they insisted they would fix when I was able to come back but so nonchalant about how disappointed I was. I just started coming here a few months back after todays experience I doubt I will come back. THEY DO NOT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR CRAFT !!!!!!

Usually a great place. Tina is great and the rest of the staff I had. The owner who sits at the front desk.. HORRIBLE. I expressed I was not satisfied throughout the whole time she was doing my refill for my nails and she didn’t care. She was distracted and didn’t pay attention. Extremely sloppy. Nails are croked, still a huge gap like they were never filled, polish is sloppy. Its a shame that of all people the owner (sits at the very front desk by register) ruined it. I will not be giving her my money again.

I always go with Tina, she does such an awesome job,but there is this girl that works there her name is Kelly, she is so rude, no customer service at all, the first time I went there she helped me and she cut my finger and my toes, not only that she gave me attitude and she didnt even help me put my sandals on, so when I paid I gave her no tip and she got upset, oh well next time treat people better.... But i liked it after Tina started doing my nails. you could have a great experience if you get someone that treats you well.

Friendly and attentive staff, good quality manicures. I wasnt a fan of the pedicure polish job, or the high price... I may return if I cant make it to my usual place. I would become a regular if theyd drop their full set by $10

Ive never had a bad experience. Jenny is awesome and the only person i trust to do my nails. She always makes sure im getting what i want, no cuts or harsh treatment. Mid process she never fails to ask how im liking them. Cant forget to mention that i LOVE when she puts in her opinion when im being indecisive! The best thing for last she gives you a hand massage with oil after :) !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER

Horrible service today... They were busy and did my nails so quick and the lady did them so ugly and she got mad because i told her i didnt like them so she had to do them again all mad.... Bad service today not happy 😡

Tina did my nails---acrylic with gel color and a pedicure. She is a perfectionist, very caring, and gentle. I havent had my nails professionally done in years, but Im so pleased, I will be going back to Tina.

Horrible service! I had a nail break after 4 days then go to have it repaired and wait 45 mins before someone could work on my nail. The lady then glued my new nail and then asked me to move over to another chair so she can’t start a fill on another customer. She went back and forth between the two of us. Sorry but would have made more sense to finish my one nail and then put your focus on the other customer. My one nail came out horrible, she didn’t even file completely and it was not coffin shape as the rest of mine nails were. I was there almost an hour and a half for one broken nail??!!!!!. I Will Never Go Back!

My cousin got fungus n 3 nails fell off the next day... i just got them a week ago and 1 just fell off for no reason.. verry pushy to get design so i just said yes.. when i put my hand o. The UV light it fellt hotter than usual.. the lady was drilling on my nail too ruff it hurt my nail... i heard a girl next to me say that the lady told her to dip her nails in this really strong solution and she asked if it was going to damage her nails complined about the time she had to keep them in it..

I am completely unsatisfied I got a French tip pedicure. First of all the water was really cold second she messed up my gel when she tried to put my shoe on and said its fine Im very irritated a couple years ago this place used to be the bomb but now they really just care about the money

Tina is the best! probably the one I can only trust and Tina does the best job and very nice..I dont remember her name I think it was Rosie but she cut me twice..it was so painful..she had no sympathy. I give 4 stars to Tina only!

I experienced some of the worst customer service in my entire life. These manicurists by saying that Im being generous are some of the most unprofessional rude people in life. I waited for 30 minutes for a repair while watching other people skip in front of me. I would never patron this business. They need to be investigated for cleanliness and shut down. Do not waste your time.

Usual person gone and they said she moved. New person spoke English but made very little effort to ask me what I wanted. Services were subpar and I felt like I overpaid for very basic pedicure. Sad, on quest for a better place with better service.

I took my mother in law a couple montgs ago and I loved it!!We both got out nails done and came out fine. Going in today will see how it goes

If you’re looking for a super quick overpriced less than 10 min below average pedi then look no further this is the place for you. I first put my feet in apartment pool temperature water (which isn’t cold but far from even warm) and then my nails weren’t cut fully, the massage was a quick weak rub to put it nicely, and finally she finished me off with a dual wipe off of both feet at the same time. I asked multiple times to warm up the water but there was a language barrier she would warm it up a little and then I asked 5 more times again and again and she would warm it up just a little every time but it never got hot and I got tired and frustrated of asking. The nails as well some of them were not cut fully, after I showed her they were messed up she never followed up and I wasn’t going to keep asking. Idk maybe she couldn’t hear what I was saying through her Apple Earpods. As a man I get pedis only and often I try new places here and there and by far this is my worst experience, I did not leave a tip.

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt....but they literally do not understand english. Its hard to communicate with them. 3rd time leaving unsatisfied! I told them a few times exactly what i wanted, and questioned them when i thought it wasnt going right, they just stop you and say, yes, yes, yes, dont worry, i do how you like. Then when you tell them thats not what you wanted, they start yapping in their language (very rude) and looking at you like its your fault. Then they try to correct the problem, and do something different again!! Not even because you show them a picture what you want, can they get it right! Theres only like 2 girls who can understand english there, and do exactly what you ask for, yes theyre always too busy for walkins.. After they stress you out trying to communicate with them, and they make your cuticles bleed because they cut you, they still think they deserve at tip and get hissy fit if you dont tip!🤷 Not going back, lesson learned.

My wife loves this location for their foot/leg massages (and the good job they do on her nails).Parking can be a challenge, but you can almost always find a place on the nearby cul-de-sac.

This place is the worst. I wanted a fill for my gel nails and this lady with DG glasses and long brown hair did a terrible job. She looked like she was doing it all in a rush and just wanted to be done with me and she just kept looking around and talking to other people she even cut my nails all uneven. My nails from my right hand were longer then my left. Im not going back and I would not recommend this place to no one.

Just had a gel mani and pedi done. I didnt not get the manicurist name, but he did a HORRIBLE job. My nails look like my 5 yrs. old twin boys just did them. NEVER going back.

Worst experience wish I would have read the reviews before going in I was treated wrong and the guy that did my nails ripped layers of my real nails off just because he didnt want to use the acid tone to remove the gel he used a fake nail so I just walked out never again will I go there and I dont recommend anyone else
