Im pretty disappointed. My gel manicure I got yesterday looks really terrible. So terrible that a friend of mine asked me last night oh no, what happened to your nails?! I had to tell her that I got them done that day. 2 of my nails are very dull with no shine at all (not even sure how that happens), they acted like they were in a huge rush to get them done, and the polish job looks absolutely awful. Its chunky, with hair fibers in them, and there are chunks of what looks like sand or something. Plus, the polish seems very watered down. It looks like I had a kid attempt to polish my nails & to top it off, I feel like I was overcharged. I will be getting them redone somewhere else as early as tomorrow. What a waste of money! 😭

Lan did an amazing job on my nails! She listened to my request for short nails and the nail art she did on them was fabulous! I will definitely be coming back ♥️ It is a husband and wife working there and the quality they put out is amazing. They really go out of their way to make the customer feel special.

These folks were awesome! I called ahead to see if they could handle myself and several ladies from my wedding party and not only did they cater to us but all of our pedicures and manicures came out great for the wedding. They were so friendly and I really appreciate their hospitality! I highly recommend them!

Hello my name is Santana due to the whole COVID-19 most salons were shut down but This salon was open Lana is the nail technician who did my nails she was the most professional And cleanest technician that has ever worked on my nails my nails had actually my nails fell off in a couple days but she told me to go right back in and she would redo the whole set free of charge I felt very valued as a customer I will always be now and forever a customer of this nail salon I can tell that they put the customer before money they are so humble and easy to work with ...

Always great service with Andy and Lana! Even if you just want a natural looking gell they do a great job. Luna does terrific nail design and Andy gives a great massage ! But book an appointment there’s only two of them.

I decided to come here and Ive felt so welcomed! They treated me like family! I loved it. Im coming here from now on !

Ive personally not felt as comfortable and welcomed in a salon as I have here. Lana and Andy are very friendly and good at what they do! I like nail art and Lana is excellent at anything I request. She is also good at making nails look natural, not thick like other salons Ive been to, which is important to me. As an added bonus, they have Netflix for your little ones to help them pass the time. My granddaughter had her nails painted and then watched a movie while waiting for my nails to be done. I reccomend you give Mandalay Nails a try. You wont be disappointed..

So unhappy with my gel manicure from here. Got my nails done with my sister for her wedding by the owner and he did the worst job I have ever had! It was so sloppy and uneven and the top coat was not applied all the way over the paint so when I left they were sticky and so bad looking because they got dirty. He also did not clean them up afterward like the 50 other nail salons I have been to have done. He also cut my sisters cuticle 2 times and made her bleed. When I told him I thought they looked sloppy he did noting about it! I would highly suggest never getting held here. I never wrote reveiws but I was so unhappy with this place I had to.

Friendly and great at doing nail designs

Buyer Beware!!! On 5/17/16 I went in to get a full set. There was no other customers there. The owners (Hanh Nguyen) wife sat down to do my nails. I asked if they could be done in clear or if that was just for natural nails with gel. She said that she can do this. She did all of my nails and as shes doing them another customer came in, I was then shuffled between the husband and the wife to have them completed. When Hanh looked at me nails and saw that she had done clear he shook his in a no manner and started speaking with a harsh tone in their native tongue, so I didnt understand them. (You can see where the tips start so no you cant do this, or at least she cant.)My nails were miss-shaped (she made them so that they where higher at the tip than at the base or at the center instead of going with the natural arch, some of them where flat on the sides, thicker on one side than the other, had ledges, etc I think you get the picture), had sharp areas, lumps, and clumps under the nail. Hanh kept filing them to try to get them shaped correctly. Finally he stopped and asked if I was happy. I told him no and that if this is what they do then I guessed that I would have to live with it. (this is after being there 2 hours) I left unhappy.That night 1-chiped really bad and 2-lifted I went back in the next morning. 5/18/16 The wife sat down with me and said she would fix them. Two more customers came in getting pedi and manicures, and wife started rushing with my nails to the point that she actually started filing my actual nail bed not the artificial nail and burnt the base, she kept stopping and asking if I was happy, I kept showing her what was wrong with them. She would start working on them again for just a couple of seconds then stop and repeat are you happy. It was very apparent that she was trying to rush and get me out. The last time she asked. I again showed that nothing has changed and that I was leaving. I walked out the door looking at my nails shaking my head, honestly my nails looked like a beginner did them.The next evening again, 2 broke, and 3 started lifting. On 5/20/16 I called Hanh answered the phone. I explained what happened, I told him that I want them removed and that I want my money back. He told me NO that they fixed them and I was happy with them. I repeated that these new issues happened the night before and then told him that I was filing a complaint and calling my credit card.
