Gave her a reference of what I wanted and they didn’t have the exact colors, but pretty close. One down side is that she didn’t get ride of all the old polish so you can see it under the clear. And my nails are pretty thin. But besides that I like them

UPDATE: Sept 3 I went back in and they had another girl fix my nails for me. They look amazing. Staff was professional and friendly in resolving the issue and explaining the extra charges. Even refunded me the extra since I was not informed why I was being charged it in the first place. Very happy with how they handled this and I now have a beautiful set of nails! Definitely will go here again!had Angie do a full acrylic set on August 21. I was blindsided halfway through my set hearing that they would be 20$ more than the advertised price. Partly for the gloss/matte top but I was never told why I got charged that much more. After leaving I noticed that the gloss tips are uneven, the nails are lumpy and she didn’t push my cuticles back at all or put the acrylic all the way down. After only a day I took these pictures and they look like they need a fill. I am very disappointed and it was not worth 60$

Always friendly. They can always fit you in. And they have a ton of colors to choose from! I love to come here to get refreshed.Their gel tends to chip a bit faster than I am used to, but it is well worth the price.

If i could give a 0 star i would. Didnt know how to do powder dip French nails, had to pick a solid color after he attempted to do it. Not detail oriented. Under side of nails are ragged. Spend more time on the cellphone texting. Didnt finish his job and left. Not even s goodbye. Someone else came and handed me the bill. There wont be a next time.

I went in and showed a picture for inspiration, I said I wanted the bottom coat clear/really light nude, clearly it’s pink! I was trying to trust the process and wait to see what she was doing, I nicely asked about it being pink and asked about them looking nothing like the picture. She just said that’s what she needed to do? Very disappointed. The guy taking my payment offered $10 off. He said “yeah it’s not like the picture but they good!” They are also very thick and not thinned out either

I generally leave here satisfied.However, as they have grown over the last few years it seem less customer service oriented.Some technicians are great and others leave you wishing youd not waisted your time.For a pedicure your technician sets themselves a timer for how long they should take. At my most recent visit the lady doing my nails finished 5 minutes early and just awkwardly massaged my legs. I would rather have been done or simply had a more attentive service in the first place.

My sister and I went on a sister date and were so happy with the nails that we got! Anna did my nails and was fantastic! I loved how my nails turned out and she was so fun to talk with as I got my nails done. My sister got cute designs done on her nails and was very impressed with how well it turned out. Definitely am going to plan on coming back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service and they still made me pay $60 for it. Filed so thin it made a hole in my nail. The nail on the thumb was cut badly almost in half.

This place was great! Jenny was fast and efficient in her work and did an amazing job with my nails. My sister and I both got a full set and I got a pedicure and we were in and out in an hour! Overall a great experience.

Firstly, my pedicure was scheduled for 11:45 and I was in my car leaving at 12:05. The bare minimum effort was put into my pedicure that I paid $45 for. The women doing my pedicure barley did any work on my feet and it was unfortunate because it was needed. She rubbed my feet and legs for 30 seconds each and barely tried to make it enjoyable. My toenails turned out okay but not great. I communicated I wanted my nails trimmed a little but left long. She did fine with my left foot but unfortunately my right big toenail was much shorter than the left side. Very disappointed with the amount I paid, and the service I received.

Not going to lie… I am pretty disappointed in this place. After coming here for a while and also referring people this last visit will indeed be my last. I went in wanting a simple acrylic full set with an oval shape. Nothing fancy just a gel color on top. I told the technician what I wanted and she proceeded to do almond instead of oval. I showed her pictures of what I waned exactly (it was most definitely oval. Being a cosmetologist I know the nail shapes). I told her that the shape wasnt right and she kept telling me it was my nail beds fault for the lack of consistency in shape between nails and also the shape I requested. I explained that I have never had this issue before with them shaping my nails and it was the technique of shaping not my nails. At that point they removed the acrylic nails (which took 45 min) and had another tech work on my nails. Once that new tech came into the picture I still left dissatisfied because they still were not what I wanted but by that point I had been there for almost 3 hours and I had other obligations. The overall experience was very disappointing and very expensive. Being charged full price for a far from satisfactory experience on top of having to go home and fix the shape I will no longer be recommending this salon. Taking the time to do a good job is important and this place can not offer that. Hopefully this review will help future experiences/ customers.

It was really big and a good price but we felt super rushed. My niece was getting married the following day so we went for Manis and pedis. I got a Pedi but the lady didnt trim my toenails and barely spent any time on my rough heels. I didnt even realize she was done with the spa part until she started painting my nails. It was the shortest Pedi Ive ever had.

First time using this place. Was a last minute decision but they were so kind and on time. My friend even walked in with me and they let her sit next to me in a nice massage chair and then ended up getting hers done too even though she didnt have an appointment. They were very accommodating. Love how my toes and nails turned out and how through they were! Definitely recommend this place!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The price is reasonable, but the amount of attention to detail they have is worth so much more. I also love nail art, and theyve always been able to meet my vision, which is hard to find around here (they even let me bring my own supplies from home because I know some things I like arent commonly carried). Management is FANTASTIC and the owner is so friendly. The ambiance is nice (I love their live plants). Pandemic wise Im very satisfied with the measures they take to protect their clientele and employees.Update: I had a problem with my nails (not the ones pictured) and they went above and beyond to fix it, they even explained what went wrong. Get Jessica if you can, she is very detail oriented and friendly.

I usually love this place but my mom and me got gel pedicures a few days ago and mine are bubbling and falling off, paying $40 for it only to last 2 days sucks. Not to mention they cut my mom pretty bad. I understand scrapes and things happen but this is a bad cut.

Edit:They let me come back in and get my nails fixed which I really appreciated! They were very kind and made my nails look super amazing! Much better experience and I am grateful for it!

I took my sister and I out to get our nails done, for her birthday. She recommended this place and said she usually loves it. I think it was just this particular nail technician I got.I paid $45 (just me) for a nail job I, honestly, couldve done myself. I got a simple French manicure with a silver line. I paid extra to get a manicure rather than just my nails painted. Not only was the treatment very short, but he also made me bleed three times. Its the next day and Ive already had two nails start peeling.It was obvious I was overcharged at the lady ringing me up actually got mad at the man and they had a little tiff- though, they didnt fix the price.Im not sure whether or not Ill be coming back, but I would definitely go to other locations before returning to this one.

They did a great job! Other places I’ve been to, everyone seems kind of grouchy. I got a pedicure, and they took care to make sure that my feet were taken care of. It felt clean, and even though it was really busy, that made me trust their reputation more.

If you’re looking for dip powder nails this is not the place to go. I was visiting from out of state and chose this salon because of the reviews...bad decision.A good dip powder job takes time and attention to detail. My salon at home takes a little over an hour, plus the time to soak off my old powder nails.Instead of soaking the old powder off my nails, Paradise ground it off, damaging my nails in the process. They slapped a few quick layers of dip powder on, and two top coats all in about 20 minutes. They didn’t get all the old dip powder off my nails, so they weren’t starting the new job with a clean and properly prepped nail. Around the edges of my nail you could see the old powder left.After a few days the powder was chipping off my nails. Absolutely ridiculous. Normally I go 4 weeks between services and the nails are still intact. It only needs to be redone because of the new nail growth.If you want dip powder nails done properly look elsewhere!!!

My pedicure was easily the worst Ive received. My feet were still cracked and dry, any other pedicure Ive had... my feet are soft. Ive had pedicures that lasted weeks. The woman only scrubbed my feet for less than 10 seconds and it was very sloppy.The utensils the woman was using looked very used and like they hadnt been cleaned in awhile. Im currently watching for any infections that may arise. I wont be going here again.A few of my acrylics were also VERY crooked near the top, it had nothing to do with my nail bed. The gel polish is peeling on the edges. (I cant figure out how to upload photos here but i have several) $82 for something I could have gotten for half the price.

I m hesitant to return fir two reasons1- the male owner always seems angry which casts a shadow over the manicurist and clients2- I don’t appreciate the cross talk of Vietnamese language while I’m having my service. Very rude

My friend and I made an appt here for a gel manicure with tips and they asked me what shape I wanted my nails and I said square but she kept trying to upsell me to almond. I told her I do a lot of typing and so I need them short and I like the square with slightly rounded edges. Half my nails were uneven and some were completely oval and then she asked me if I liked them thick or thin and more natural and I told her I like them more natural. She left my nails thick, she painted them quick and the color isn’t even and she did a terrible job. They rushed me out of there and me and my friend are highly unsatisfied. I used to come here with my sister every other month but I moved away and came back to town and it seems things aren’t the same as they used to be. They’re rushed, not very friendly and the quality has severely declined. I will not be returning here ever again. I would advise you to find somewhere else. Not worth the disappointment or the money.

First of all, I called for making an appointment and they just answered “we don’t do that” and hung up on me. I don’t think this is how customers should be treated.Also my nails are super demanded after having a few appointments for manicure. I went to another nail salon. They literally told me my nails are so demanded that it’s not recommend to have more manicure for a few months. Also they asked me where did you do your nails? I wouldn’t recommend anyone to have their nails done here.

Half way trough my manicure she left to do somebody’s nail for 15 minutes !!!.I thought she went to the bathroom.. asked the front girl And she said … she will be back in 2 minutes that turned out to be 10. And that is not counting the 15 minutes I waited when I got there . They are always on a rush to do your nails ! Very disappointed. Go find someone that will take the time to do a good job !

I made an appointment for 2 gel pedicures and an acrylic set. The woman didn’t even paint my entire big toenail and when I made a comment about it she said it was “just my skin” and walked away. When I started taking pictures and saying I’d leave a review the manager came over and tried to sweet talk me. I was with my mother and he gave us both water bottles and said he’d give me a discount. I told him it was not necessary and that I no longer wanted my acrylic set. I just wanted to pay and leave. He insisted and told me he’d give me the pedicure for free. When I paid, it was only one bill so I assumed he’d done the discount. What he actually did was charge me double the price of one pedicure and just put it on one bill so it looked like I got one free. When I looked on their website and realized I’d been played I was incredibly angry because I never asked for the discount to begin with, all I wanted was to pay and leave.Don’t waste your money here. There are plenty of other good nail places to go to in this area and the way that they conduct their business at Paradise Nails is sub par.This place is crowded, very loud, and the quality of the nail polish itself as well as the quality of the application is bad. Why go pay someone to give you a bad pedicure? I honestly could’ve done a better job myself, I just wanted the experience of being pampered and I wanted to take my mother out because she was visiting.If you want to actually get what you pay for, I’d recommend you go somewhere else.Save yourself a headache and don’t waste your time at Paradise Nails.

I took my daughter and her 5 friends for her birthday to get pedicures and they were in paradise 😉😁 they got us in right on time and did such a great job with all of the girls!

I went here for my birthday on the 16th with my sister. Getting the mani and pedis were nice and the lady’s were nice. But my big toe got hurt during the pedi and I left thinking it’s was probably not used to getting that done. But now I have a green spot under my toenail and my toe is swollen. So everything else is amazing but definitely make sure they are careful with your nails.

Nothing to complain about in my nails, and toenails. They turned out perfect and I love them. I used to go to this nail salon frequently, but hadnt been back since/ after the expansion. It just honestly felt like way to much going on, everything is rushed. If it werent for that Id give 5 stats

Paradise nails is always my go to service. they are so professional, and i am always satisfied with the service. they are also clean and fast! i can always count on paradise nails.

We had an appointment for 3 full sets. The first nails were done extremely quick about 30 minutes. They were very bumpy and uneven and the paint job was horrible. She even asked the lady to round them and even them out but she denied. The 2nd set of nails were also uneven and different lengths with tons of acrylic underneath the top of the nail. There is paint missing on the top of the nail. The 3rd set, she needed past acrylic nails removed and the guy took another fake fingernail to rip them off and ripped the original nail right in the middle so bad that it was bleeding! He was told it was hurting to do it this way and he kept going. The nails were also uneven. Now we all three spend money to get our nails done and will need to spend more now to get them fixed. We definitely won’t be going back here. Ever! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Went there today for the first time with my cousins! They were a little late getting us in but the guy who was at the front desk was very nice and offered us a complimentary soda. Then the nail techs were very nice and did a great job with our pedicures. When we were leaving, I put on my shoes a little to fast and smudged the polish on my big toe, the guy at the front seat came over, grabbed the nail polish and fixed it. They definitely pay attention to every little detail. Then when we were leaving the guy gave my cousin a free bottle of nail polish. He was so nice. I highly recommend going to this place

My nails were painted halfway, the design was cute but the whole nail wasn’t painted all the way down. It was overpriced too.The place was clean and staff was courteous.

I went to get my nails done yesterday and the lady they sat me down with did my nails in a hurry, left them super lumpy, uneven, she even managed to get acrylic all over my fingers. I told her several times the color she was doing was not the color I picked but told me not to be picky. I paid $65 I usually leave a tip but with how they turned out i decided not to. I left them a one star review the owner or manager reached out and told me to come back in to get them fixed, while I was waiting to get them fixed he asked me to change my review in front of everyone very loudly, I was embarrassed so I changed my review to a five star instead of one. The girl who they had fix my nails looked annoyed. The gel didn’t cure so by the next day my nails had bubbles in them 3 of the nails the color came completely off. After the girl was done with my nails the guy who was there asked me if I was happy with my nails now in a weird tone, again in front of everyone I said yes thank you (I was not but I didn’t want to say anything in front of all the customers, I was embarrassed enough) he then tells me to smile so I didn’t look angry. I have never felt that type of anxiety and embarrassment in my life. With that being said I will not be returning there.

I normally don’t write bad reviews but I felt like I was mistreated so poorly today by the nail tech Mia Tinh. I wanted a certain design with a CLEAR base and a swirl on top. She started putting PINK acrylic (not clear) and I asked her why she is not doing clear like how I wanted and she said because your nails will turn yellow. Not what I wanted even after I told her I wanted clear! she ignored my desires, and kept going. I hated the pink base and told her to just put an all over color of a different color. She was so irritated with me she slapped my hand with the nail filer, acted very cold with me, and didn’t ask how I liked them after, just asked how I was going to pay. Very dissatisfied. Do better! *I drove from Salt Lake City to try this place, so very upset*

Honestly it’s hard to find a nail salon that will do a full set of acrylics or even an acrylic fill in less than 2-3 hours and still have the nails + design looking perfect. i’ve gone to so many different salons in my life because i have to have my nails done and paradise usually can do a full set/fill in less than 2 hours and look exactly how you want. 100/10 recommend; all of their artists are very detailed . superb!!

I have been going here for two years and love the place. However one nail technician named Linda is aweful. I always am in pain for the whole appointment. She cuts me, she drilled my cuticles, and always seems to hate the job. I love this place but seriously hate and dread being assigned to her.

I had high hopes for this nail salon, but came out disappointed. I had a pedicure and manicure appointment for 1pm. Once I got there I checked in and was rudely greeted by the man up front, who I believed was the owner. I got my pedicure and it was the fastest pedicure I ever had. In about 10min the lady doing my pedicure was done! Didn’t even get my manicure because the man up front was yelling all the time and the workers were trying to rush. I believe if we go to a nail salon it is to relax and receive a luxury treatment not a 10 min pedicure. Not sure why this nail salon has good ratings. I’m giving this place a 1 star, not worth spending $30 on a 10 min pedicure.

The absolute worst nail salon I’ve been to in Utah. First off the appointment was supposed to be at 3:15 and I didn’t get to sit down until 3:35. My nails are so chunky and the guy didn’t file underneath the nail so acrylic if sticking out. He took forever to do my nails a super simple design, it was like it was his first day or something. I paid 60$ for the worst nail experience of my life. I will never return here and won’t even walk back in to get them fixed because they have absolutely zero idea what they are doing. A five year old could’ve done a better job doing my nails(:

Always so friendly and easy to work with for any nail design I want. Nails are sturdy, I’ve never had one break or fall off. Happy to fix small flaws if they occur. They give coupons for returning customers. Clean space, covid conscious. Staffed well and get to you quickly by appointment or walk in. Well priced, about $50 for a full set acrylics and even cheaper for fills. I won’t go to any other nail place now!

Went in for simple designed nails white with red lining the out side of my nail. And a sparkle in one finger ended up going home and repainting my nails immediately because how disappointed I was. I won’t ever go back to this nail shop again, lady who did my nails was absolutely terrible and rude, not patient, nor did she take her time on the design I asked for.

Im glad that I can just walk in for service but Im sure they would like reservations. Its very clean & very safe. They all wear masks, we wear a mask, We wash our hands as we walk in. They do a great job with pedicures. That is what I do when I go there.

Im visiting my son in Utah and while I was sleeping my thumb nail broke, not sure how but I searched a few places and they seemed like the best so I called and scheduled a same day appointment and got my all my nails fixed, I love this place I will be returning everytime Im in town.

I went in and spent $45 for acrylic French tip nails. I did not want gel. It was one of the worst French tip nail job I have ever had. I asked for pink acrylic and got some kind of mauve sparkly Ive never seen used before. she kept telling me I would like them well it never happened. Im so disappointed I drove 2 hours to get my nails done by this company.

The nail color choices on the cards do not match up with what you actually get; the end result is much lighter in color. Also, I get dip nails and they have pulled away from my nail after about a week and a half. I get dip nails because of the strength and since coming here my nails break after about 2-2 and 1/2 weeks. Ive been to them six times because they are convenient but I wont go back; theyve had enough chances to get it right. I used to go to studio 21 nails in Salt Lake for 4 years and got perfect color match and a perfect result every single time.

By far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. My daughter and I made an appointment for mani/pedis and when we got there we were immediately split up, my daughter at the front of the salon and me at the back, for manicures. After a paltry 7 minute manicure, (no arm and hand massage were given—I received only a quick nail filing, cuticle removal, and nail polish) we were finally seated next to each other for our pedis. The pedicure was very lackluster. There was absolutely no leg or foot massage and my technician didn’t scrub the rough, dry skin off my heels. My daughter and I were both very disappointed and we will definitely not return to this salon.

They always rush into providing their services, specially the pedicure. And they dont speak english between them so it feels like they are kind of complaining about anyone who is there at the place which its not very professional since we are in united states not in their country

I had a gel pedicure and powder dip nails. The technician did not use a toe separator so some of my toes were only half polished. My daughter and I asked for powder dip nails which we both had on. My daughter’s nails were filled with acrylic before she even noticed. As for my nails, the technician tried to convince me that my nails were acrylic. I don’t think the girl knew how to do powder dip nails. I was supposed to have a French manicure but I ended up with light pink nails. And the dips are so thin that two have already chipped in two days.

I went there yesterday and they didn’t put the gel nail polish all the way up to my cuticle, so they already kind of look grown out especially on my ring finger... and it’s only day two! Also I forgot to fill out the tip portion of my receipt and the front desk lady over charged me 20 DOLLARS... the manicure itself is only $30. So I paid $50 for a $30 manicure that’s worth about $20. Never going back here to say the least and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Can’t go wrong here at paradise!! I’ve been coming for years since they were just 2 people running it now they’re about to take over the entire shopping plaza with how big their salon has grown!! They can fit you in whenever and have many talented people working who can do some crazy fun designs-if that’s what you’re into like me! Pedicures are also wonderful! I’ve found no matter where I move or go I always end up coming back to Paradise. If I’m not mistaken I believe one time I wasn’t charged for the one time I was cut and my finger bled while filing my nails. Thank you for your kindness over the years Jimmy:)

This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. She made my toe bleed by clipping my cuticles too short and now I’m fighting an infection on my toe. It’s red and puffy and super painful! On top of that the actual gel polish on my toe was so poorly done it looks like a child did it. As soon as this infection clears I’m going somewhere else to get this off.Not sanitary. Not professional. Will not return.

After they said yes, we went in and they were extremely rushed and busy. I’m not sure if he was the owner, but a man took me back and did my manicure in five minutes. I asked for a mani and I didn’t get my cuticles done. After I was done, I went to ask the receptionist if I could come back when they’re not busy so they could fix my cuticles. The same man started yelling at me across the salon about the situation and everyone was staring at us and listening. It was a little embarrassing. I got another lady and she took off the gel and fixed it the same night. Sadly, three nails chipped by the next morning. They “guarantee” ten days before the gel starts chipping but it’s definitely less than that before they fall off. The experience was more stressful than enjoyable.

I had scheduled an appointment with Jessica at 3:15, when I came in they seemed busy. Asked for my information . I had told them I had an appointment they said it would be an hour wait. I told them again that I had scheduled an appointment then they had me sit down and wait. They put me with someone else who wasnt Jessica (Ive had this person before and he didnt listen at all to what I wanted the time before so I didnt expect great things). He kept hitting my skin with the Dremel piece, I had also asked for coffin shaped nails, he gave me long square shaped nails. They still charged the extra money for the coffin shaped nails and maybe even full price cause I was just getting a fill with no broken nails and it cost me $60 when on the website the fills say they cost $30 .the nails are extremely thick, uneven and chunky. I hope if I schedule with someone specific again I wont get someone random. Im pretty disappointed that I spent so much money for a fill that looks like this .

My last nail tech absolutely destroyed my nails, but Jenny SAVED THEM. She was so gentle, careful, and THOROUGH! None of the repair work hurt (Even though it normally would have hurt SO bad). LADIES, come here and request Jenny!

This salon is the very best. Seriously the best. My nails always turn out exactly how I want them. They shape them so well and I never have any lifting or chipping. I usually get an almond shape acrylic set. Also the employees are so friendly.

This was always my go-to nail salon when I lived closer to Orem, mostly because they do good work and the owner and his wife are always so nice and speak great English. However, I made an appointment on the phone of what we were getting, told the technicians when we got there that we were JUST doing toe polish (no pedi, no gel, just polish), probably 3 times. And they still gave my friend gel, which I ended up still having to pay for. I shouldn’t have to pay for something that I didn’t make an appointment for and we said we didn’t want, even if they ended up doing it anyway.

They are super sweet! And the young man did my nails so fast and was super kind!

I took my kids to this place. They did such a wonderful job on them. They all had a nice happy relaxing pedicure and manicure.

This place is amazing! We had 4 people in our group and they were super efficient and friendly and thorough. It was very clean. And although it was pretty busy, no one in our group felt like they were rushed through or that any part of the service was skimpy. Definitely recommend Paradise Nails.

I went in and the lady was doing my nails she was super nice but when it came to the actual nail art I did not like how to turned out it very messy the lines aren’t even I can’t even tell what they look like this I not what I wanted only 1 out of my 5 nails look good

Good quality place to get nails done! They got us in very quickly on a SATURDAY! They were great, I went with a friend and they separated us for some reason? But other than that, great experience!
