This was the first time I used this place to get a haircut.Wow was I blown away with how clean COVID compliant. The place is very clean with staff always paying attention to their surroundings. I got to meet an amazing hair stylist that will now be my new hairdresser when I need a cut. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to get a haircut 😀

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a barber. The barber I had could not, and I emphasize COULD NOT cut hair. It was my own fault for going to a super cut—I’ve never heard anything positive about them—but I decided to go anyways. I repeatedly asked the barber if she could even out both sides of my head; she kept nodding yes, and needless to say I walked out with neither side even to the other. Half my haircut was her “blending” my hair (I had asked for a bald fade—she could not even get that right) and when I used a mirror to look at the back of my head it was not blended; rather it looked like one block on top of another one. If I could give negative stars I would. When she was using the clippers, it was constantly pulling at my hair and she did little to change that. Do not go to the barber with the dark hair and glasses, please. You’ll walk out extremely unhappy. I could cut my own hair better upside down and blindfolded. In summary, the barber (1) did not listen to what I wanted, (2) and does not know what they are doing. She did not even cut the hair above my ears. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away.

I showed up early to my scheduled appointment yet 20 more minutes after my scheduled time their was still 4 people before me. I would not recommend these people seem to not know how to properly schedule appointments.

So, judging off the endless comments I am certainly not doing buisness with your company: If you cannot take responsibility and reclaim your buisness by listening to the customers concerns you will be going under in just a short time!Cont. Your response of I dont see you in our systems isnt a valid response thats a deferment of statement! Youre are not taking ownership I have submitted numerous reviews HONEST review I work in customer service in no way did you attempt to resolve the issue at hand and as a side note responding after two months shows how much you care! 3.5 star rating and quickly declining! P.S of course youre not going to see me in your system as NATE ANON think with your brain!

I made an appointment recently for a regular haircut, I arrived early and waited 20 minutes past my appointment time (20 minutes late). The atmosphere was somber and sad, it felt like a wake. There were several customers who just walked out because neither of the 2 employees would look at or speak to them. The customers felt like a bother to the staff. I heard one employee state the computer triple booked for the day even though I spoke to a live person when I made my appointment. After about 20 minutes of cutting my hair in complete silence (awkward) the woman who never introduced herself to me said she was done. I looked in the mirror and couldnt figure out if she had actually cut any of my hair. It looked exactly the same. I asked if she could just use a #1 clipper on the side and back and she seemed truly confused. After trying again the front came out ok. When I got home my wife laughed at the back of my head as my hair looked bizarre and not blended at all. It just arbitrarily stopped and started in one random line. In the hour I was in the abyss neither of the 2 females working said a word to each other making this experience even more odd. The phone rang several times and no one attempted to pick it up. I will never go back.

Just left an APPT I made and was lucky to get my hair cut by Mary! She was so nice and definitely has skills cutting hair. Made my experience at super cuts in Oxford very comfortable. I will definitely be going back to see Mary! If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend you ask for her. 5 star haircut

Someone read my boyfriends temperature wrong and told us to leave, Had to go back to his mom who is a doctor and his temp was normal. Get a better temp reader because yes the sun can effect your internal body temperature.

My husband and I have gone to supercuts many times for trims and cuts and they always do a fantastic job. Just like any salon, tell them exactly what you want. Cant beat the price!

I brought my 11-year-old son in for a summer haircut and the people were very professional, accommodating and fast. Great value, my son was very happy And it was a great experience for him. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be going back.

The haircut was good, but it was terribly awkward. The two women there mustve hated each other because neither of them said a word other than asking me how Id like my hair cut and when I paid. Wouldnt recommend of you dislike awkward situations. It wasnt very welcoming at all.

Went there yesterday. Staff were making fun of customers that have been there before. Right in front of me and other waiting customers. Totally unprofessional. I got up and left. Never to return

I got my hair colored and trimmed here and the price was great and the stylist was very good. She was able to match my length with my roots perfectly and my hair looks so much better.

Deanna/Deanne gave me the best haircut Ive ever had! At first, I didnt have as many layers as I wanted and she fixed it quickly. I love how my hair looks air-dryed and wavy or blow dryed and styled! Cant wait to go back for a trim!

I received the worst haircut in my life. I went to the place located in the new plaza of Oxford. The barber didnt know what is a fade. Halfway done she told me they dont have the number that I ask for. So now my hair looks all funny because of the terrible fade on the side and the wrong number on the top. Cant believe they are unable to take a simple request like this.

My hair was all one length and shoulder length. Asked hairdresser to cut 1 inch off the bottom and to trim the front so the hair wasnt going into my face. She did not ask any other questions. The hair still goes in my face and is oddly layered. I have strands that are 4 inches long with the next strands being 8 inches long. Nothing is consistent or uniform. I never wanted the back layered if that is what i can call it. There is one spot cut short now every time i lay my head on the back of the couch it mats up . Fail big time

The worst haircut I have ever had! Carmen is not god at her job. She was very rough on me and no one likes the feeling of finger nails digging into your skin. I had to ask her four times to fix my hair and it still came out horrible. I had to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed because she ruined it so badly. I am very upset with my haircut experience and will never be going back here. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Waste of money to get your hair cut by someone like Carmen.
