8/13/2021. I made an appointment with any available Sugar Mama.Service: BrazilianThis was my first time @ this location & company.My original sugar service moved out of state.I arrived 5 mins early. I was greeted soon as I opened the door🤗. Well mannered employees.My Sugar Mama was Tahli. Very impressive fast work! My previous sugar lady wasnt as fast as Tahli!My appointment was at 6:30. I was in my vehicle leaving at 6:50.Being well mannered, respectful, and also putting yourself in your customers place...you gain loyalty & respect!Tahli sugared me to the bare minimum literally! No stickiness after; she held a conversation to keep me from tensing up and she was done fast af!Tahli fast service will have me back!If anyone reading this review been to Elis sugaring Sugar Cove is legit and Tahli is fast af! I could literally go to her on my lunch break.Remember reviewers I get sugared every month, so I didnt have a bush down there but I had enough to tense up.Thank you so much LADIES! I forgot the other two ladies names (two heart tatts on ear, so cute) Thanks for the hospitality on a Friday evening.Ill be back for sure!

5-star experience from start to finish with this Sugar Cove location! My first time trying out the sugaring method and Victoria (receptionist) was kind and attentive over the phone and assisted throughly setting my appointment up for the date I needed! It’s rare that people are kind and caring over the phone and my experience with her validated me wanting to spend my money there with their company! My esthetician was Natalia D and I cannot say anything good enough to express how awesome she was! She was so nice, informative, down-to-earth and easy to talk to which calmed me down and eased my nervousness! I was so anxious and she did a wonderful job at creating a comfortable environment. Her work was amazing! She really took her time on my Brazilian and underarms and it’s the best “wax” job I’ve ever gotten. I will never go back to European Wax Center LOL. Thank you to the staff at Sugar Cove-The circle. The two girls at the receptionist desk were also very kind and welcoming when I walked in. 1000/10 recommend and will be returning regularly!

The staff is very nice and the place was very clean. I only give 3 stars because I went to get sugared and I still left with a lot of hair. Im still going to have to shave which is something I didnt want to do.

Either sugaring is very painful and not very effective, or its just painful and bronzed sugar isnt very good at what they do.
