My vehicle sustained an estimate of $3,419.99-$4,110.29 worth of damage on Oct 28, 2020 while in the care of Jerrys MB Services Inc. Their task that day was to replace two back tires and completed general maintenance that had been started on Oct 21.When I arrived to pick up my car, there was New white paint (on my Black 2016 Mercedes Benz) 15 inches high and 3 ft. long on the rear back left fender and the metal back corner panel. Jerry’s comment at the times was “Wow, this is fresh paint” Also there was a minor scratch on the two left side door panels. I asked what he was going to do as it was not damage that morning and he had no reply. The next day the car was towed to Mercedes Benz of North Orlando who reported there was an extensive bulge in the front left tire on the side wall suggesting the car had possibly hit a curb. and damage to the left front undercarriage as well.In a response to a report I sent to the FL Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services, Jerry flat out lied and claimed I took a week to report the damage, but I talked to him that day and tried to see him the following day to nail down our path forward and was informed he was on vacation until the 3rd, so I continued to investigate and attained 2 estimates. I met him on the day of his return, Nov 4, where he falsely claimed he didn’t have insurance. It wasn’t until after I called the police that he admitted he did have insurance and gave the information to the police officer and me so that I could file the claim.Martin Collision Center called Winchester Insurance to approve the repairs and they stated, per Jerry, they would only pay for paint brush touch-ups as he was denying responsibility.I paid $3422.72 for repairs to Martin Collision & $468.07 to Tires Plus for new front left tire plus.Jerry is unwilling to take responsibility for the damages to my car while in his care. I am at a loss as to how to recoup my losses so all that is left to do is to tell my story to try help others. I have all documentation and am quite willing to send it to anyone as proof of the events in the hopes to save you time, money and great frustration! Please be weary of this vendor! He is not the stellar businessperson his few views lead you to believe!
After taking my GL550 to a mechanic who told me my entire transfer case would have to be replaced for a small leak, I found Jerry’s. The experience was top notch from start to finish! Not only was the cost almost $3000 less than the first mechanic, they went the extra step to save me even more money. This will be my mechanic as long as I own a Mercedes!!

Jerrys MB Service provides first class service at the best possible prices. I purchased a gently used 2017 MB GLA 250 a few months ago. Upon recommendation from a neighbor, I took the vehicle to Jerry for a post-purchase inspection while I was in my 5 day return grace period at the dealer. I did this to ensure the Orlando MB dealer didnt try to hide any mechanical or structural issues being a used car. Jerry, the owner, personally inspected my vehicle himself, which I found particularly impressive. Not too many shops have owners that believe in working hard alongside their employees. Jerry delivered the good news that my car was in good shape, but it might need a new battery soon. Fast forward two months....my battery died. This was right on point with Jerrys assessment. The Sanford MB dealer ultimately took care of this under warranty at no cost. However, if this was not covered, rest assured I would have given Jerry my business without hesitation. Even though this might seem like a little thing, details matter to me. I am grateful for Jerrys honesty and integrity as a businessman and look forward to giving him my business again in the future.I highly recommend Jerry for your MB or BMW service or repair needs. If you have a diesel Mercedes, this is the place you need to take it. After many issues taking our vehicle to MBSO and not getting our vehicle fixed, it became obvious the dealer had no idea what they were doing. They even told us they hardly ever work on the BlueTec vehicles. Well one trip to Jerry and he took care of all of our issues and it has been problem free ever since. I would highly recommend them for service of your MB and now that we are out of warranty he is the only guy we will take the vehicle to. It takes us an hour to drive to Jerry’s, and it’s well worth it to know that we are getting quality work done on our vehicle by a trustworthy team.

Amazing Experience. Brought my 335i BMW here for a new inner door handle and they told me exactly how much it would be and they ordered the part which arrived the very next day and they called told me it came in and they installed it in under 2 hours! The fact that you can get the exact same quality service/parts as the dealer for so much less is great. I called the dealer for a service B on an 09 GL 350 and it was $479. At Jerrys it was $350. And I was able to be seen at 6:30am and get on my way by 7:30am. I get an honest mechanic with all the same expertise of the dealer for less. Made my next appt before I left this one because it was such a great experience.
