Contracted vendor to install Turbo, manifold, BOV, ceramic coating, catch can, etc. Originally provided vendor 60 days, this became 140+ days, allegedly this was due to manifold and turbo vendor delays. Workmanship and professionalism were sub-par, I would caution any S2K owner contracting this company to manage vendor every step of your project. Their communication was Substandard during build (many items on project list not completed, vendor informed me of such on day I picked up car) Missing from completion were air/fuel cabin indicator, four way balancing, not tuned as agreed and cruise control module removed without notice/consent, did not protect with turbo guard (I installed it a week later) when I asked about each of these, vendor cited personal issues and blamed his vendors as justification for lack of completion. Two months later I contacted vendor asking for SN of turbo in order to speak with Precision about unit (noise at idle), vendor attempted to troubleshoot for me, I explained I rather speak with OEM, not him. Vendor denied information citing it would have to be him contacting them given purchase was made under JET Performance. When I pressed for information, vendor made accusations of my character as a client.. I am still attempting to fix my issue thru other avenues, vendor has not responded to my continued appeals for the SN, it has been 30+ days since original request.Pictures of work as delivered.... hoses non secured away from manifold, misaligned/cracked hood vent.
