First time customer and Im kicking myself for not using them before now. Ive lived in Oviedo too long not to have been a customer. I think I know a little more than the average person about cars but I still leave most shops feeling uneasy. But not here. They diagnosed my problems with the AC condenser and coolant system timely, explained the repair in terms I could understand, charged the right price, and treated me kindly. I own four cars and this shop will get my business exclusively from now on.

My car stopped starting so I had it towed to Oviedo car care. They were able to diagnose the issue over the course of a day and it ended up being a small fuse that needed to be replaced cause by an open circuit. They didnt run me around and try to get me to do extra work that I didnt need or waste my time. The mechanic even gave me a few extra fuses in case the same problem happened again. I highly recommend them

Everyone was super helpful and professional. I bought in my Lexus after another highly rated shop tried to tell me I probably needed to replace my ac system and it was going to take many hours. I went here and they fixed my issue so fast doing a recharge and evac after I had a friend replace the ac compressor. and cared about my car. It is now blowing cold and runs perfectly!

It was time to replace my brakes as they were pulsing. I brought it to Anthony for that. I also told him my steering was getting sloppy every now and then. We went for a test drive and he diagnosed it with 5 minutes. I needed rack and pinion replacement. He also said if I got in a panic situation the car would not respond the way I needed it to.He was right! I was able to pick it the following day and went to meet my customers in Kissimmee( I am a realtor ) and was driving on 192. Another car merged from my right and didnt see me and cut across three lanes. It was good there was a fourth lane to bale to as he wasnt stopping. My car responded perfectly and I was able to avoid him. I can assure you if he had not diagnosed and fixed my steering issue I would have been in a wreck. I do not hesitate to recommend Oviedo Car Care (OCC). OCC is without question the shop for vehicle maintenance/repair. My certified technician Eddie is a master of his craft. I appreciate that they explain the work required and provide a true cost breakdown. If there is a less costly alternative, they share that as well. As a military ID holder, I get a small discount which I happily deposit in my travel account (smile). They offer warranty (parts/labor) which is a definite requirement for me...and it is hassle free. To be clear, I did not have any work done at this shop. That being said the manner in which I have been treated by the owner and staff has been simply amazing! I had my car towed in and they evaluated the issues with my car and reported back to me. They quickly provide me with details and a quote. Due to the cost of the repairs and the value of the car I needed some time to consider whether I would repair the car or not. Ultimately I declined to get my car repaired. Throughout the whole process the shop was professional and polite with me. They put me under zero pressure even, though my car sat in the shop taking up valuable space I am sure.No one hopes to need a mechanic, but next time I do, Oviedo Car Care will be the first place I take it!

I generally do all my own maintenance and work but I found myself with a time restraint to have my truck repaired. After contact several local shops I choose Oviedo Car car based upon the friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism I received when I called them. When I took my vehicle in for repairs I was given their full attention, they called me back with a great estimate and were very prompt on making the repairs. Great work, quality, friendly and professional, as a new Reid t to the community they have earned my trust and business.

I took my car in for some brake problems. They found the problem, fixed it and it was done really quick and for a reasonable price.

Took my 2013 dodge avenger to a dodge dealership. They came back with a $4,000 quote and a lot of fear-based discussion. A friend recommended Oviedo Car Care for a second opinion. They took us in right away, looked over the car, and sent a quote within an hour. They were able to fix only those things that the car needed by the morning of the next day and saved us $3,000. The staff here are friendly and family-oriented. They only do what you need in order to get your car back to you in the safest condition possible. I will continue bringing my vehicle here.As a side note - I did not opt to use any of the distancing measures like key drop off and pick up, but I think its great that this business has those options. They did a great job of marking 6 foot distance inside the office and everything looked clean and orderly.

Was referred here by another shop because my A/C was blowing hot. When I initially called me they asked if I could come right in so I did. Oviedo Car Care talks about how they want to fix your car until they actually get it. I dropped off my car for an engine problem, an oil change, and a replacement bulb for my headlight; I didnt get a call for 4 days until I reached out to see what has been going on with my car. When I went to pick it up, my oil change wasnt done, my headlight wasnt replaced and they guessed on a part to fix my transmission which didnt even work! Overall extremely weak communication and effort displayed to want to even work on my car, will definitely be going to Marty Auto Works from now on.

This place is amazing!!!! I went there for a second quote on my wheel bearing after going to another place. They quoted me a cheaper price. The part was originally supposed to cost like $340. They then told me I didn’t need that part and only needed an $108 part. Anthony, the owner also fixed a bad connection in my reverse light and didn’t charge me for that. Even the Nissan dealer never figured out it was a bad connection and kept changing the bulbs. I am so happy I found this place. The staff is real friendly and you can tell they are really trying to do the best for you. I highly recommend this place.

I had a very good experience there. The owners were very nice and professional. They looked at my car and told me exactly what was wrong with it pretty quickly. I had a jacked up strut that was making some scary noises and a my tire was leaning inward from hitting a curb pretty hard. They gave me an estimate for it. After I agreed to it, they ordered the part and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time that same day. They were all very personable and there was a lot of small talk and laughing while I was waiting. There was no salesman games or tactics. I Felt appreciated as a customer. I’m not used to that kind of customer service when it comes to a mechanic shop. I was even watching netflix on there TV while I was waiting LOL it’s usually the news, Jerry Springer or Dr Phil in most of these other places. I will definitely be bringing my car back there the next time it has a problem. It’s riding nice and smooth now.

Thought I had a bad alternator since a new battery died and the local part store test indicated it was the alternator. Oviedo Car Care said it was the battery and replaced it. Had a problem with my A/C on my drive home from work. Every mechanic in town was booked up...including Oviedo Car Care. But a little while after calling, they called me back and managed to get me in before closing time. Turned out to be a simple overcharge of Freon...they fixed it, best rate in town for an evac/recharge, and now my A/C blows nice and frosty. The staff was very friendly and informative. They’ve earned my future business after this visit!

When I moved to Orlando, I was nervous about finding a mechanic because Ive heard that some mechanics tend to rip women off. Oviedo Car Care was recommended to me by my fiance and Im glad that I went here. They are always friendly and are always honest with me with what work needs to be done on my car. However, I recommend making an appointment if you need things done in a timely manner - even if they say you can just bring it in any time - because it will take them a while to get to it (thus the star deduction).

Recently my 2010 Honda CRV started making some noise under the hood whenever I first turned on the AC, and after about a month of that it got much worse. Unfortunately for me that noise was the compressor bearings failing and no one wants that news, ever. Next to engine and transmission repairs it’s probably one of the costliest you’ll be forced (because of Florida heat) to make to your vehicle. Thankfully for me the owners at OCC are honest and do amazing work for a very fair price. I mean, its an automotive repair shop so they have to make money to keep the lights on right? Well when they had their chance to put the thumbs screws to my wallet they didnt, they were honest and informative every step of the way and thats a rare find when it comes to repair shops! Recently, my wifes minivan would not start, so I thought the worst. I had it towed to Oviedo Car Care. Within a couple hours the van was ready and it cost me very little for the repair. I have been bringing my vehicles to them for years and they have been very honest with me about the repairs and service. They are friendly and knowledgeable and can explain to me a repair in a way I can understand.

I took my car in to get it aligned and five minutes after I left the TPMS light came on. After the light came on I noticed my steering wheel was crooked when driving straight. I had to take my car to the dealer And pay another $70 to get it aligned because Oviedo Car Care didn’t do anything to it.Matt, the service advisor is aware of the problem. Hes a good guy and even seemed amazed that the owner pictured on the about page didnt want to solve the problem.

Sport TracTook my Ford Sporttrac in for the AC and Oil Leaks in June 2018. Went there due to the good reviews and that they offered a two year warranty. I got a quote back for almost $1400, which included the AC repair, oil leak repair, repack wheel bearings, stabilizer bar control link, hood studs. AC is fixed and working great. When reassembling they put the gas line too close to a heat source resulting in a pin hole gas leak, fortunately we didn’t blow up and they fixed the leak. About 3 months later we moved into a new house and it wasn’t long before I noticed oil on the new concrete driveway. Now 45 minutes away, I was reluctant to return it under warranty, however recently did, which resulted in a new quote of $2161 which included additional oil leak repairs, control arm with ball joint, front wheel alignment, replace wheel bearings. So, the truck just started to leak oil in other places, and the control arms were good when they replaced the stabilizer control link, and the wheel bearings needed to be replaced when they were ok being repacked before. The only thing I know for sure is they fixed the AC. Did they do any of the other work; Do they pad the bill with additional unnecessary work, guess I will never know, but it sure looks suspicious to me. BTW they tightened and cleaned the value cover area under warranty as opposed to replacing the gaskets. Buyer beware.

On 4/1/19 Oviedo Car Care completed spark plug and boot changed out (included top end treatment), transmission fluid flush and change, and oil change which included an over all vehicle inspection on my 2003 Ford F150 4.6 Triton (154,500 mile interval). The inspection revealed additional repairs of front brake replacement, idle arm (front end alignment) replacement, and brake fluid change. The total cost came in at upper mid range as per on line comparison but value superseded the quality of work, accurate time line, and advisory environment. Richard and Angel are a team that provided clear understanding of work requirements, estimate accuracy, and reason for repair need. The pain of paying for top quality work and environment did not compare to the joy of driving the vehicle home that revealed the true value: New Vehicle performance for only .01 per mile since purchase. I fully offer this review for your awareness that there is a quality full service car care center for reasonable pricing.

Drove down to Orlando from NYC to visit family and friends. The following day my car wouldn’t start, and it had plenty of gas. No choice but to find a local mechanic. Thankfully, my uncle Javier recommended Oviedo Car Care, who sent a tow truck. Anthony identified the problem. My fuel pump has gone bad. He gave me a reasonable estimate, and I got my car back on the road. Drove it back to New York and had no issues. Excellent staff, and I definitely recommend Oviedo Car Care.

A few years ago I went to a local firestone and was quoted $1500 for a break and wheel issue. Took it to Oviedo Car Care and they informed me that the issue firestone informed me of didn’t exist and the issue I had with my wheel could be fixed for $125. I’ve been going to them ever sense. Trustworthy and no issues ever.

Finally a local place with great service and know you can trust. My mom even drives all the way from another town to have them work on her vehicle as well. Look no further.

Oviedo Car Care is excellent! I went to Pep Boys to get an estimate for a repair. The total came out to $605 which I knew was ridiculous. So I stumbled upon Oviedo Car Care and got an estimate from them. $275 out the door. They also found that my fan belt was very worn (which Pep Boys missed) and replaced that for 35 dollars. The staff was extremely nice and professional. They finished the job within the day and called whenever there was an update. I saved 50% compared to Pep Boys! Ill definitely be going here for any further repairs and highly recommend you give them your business.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a SCAM! My car wouldnt start so we had AAA recommend and tow us to this place (they are clearly working together to scam innocent people) Anyways, after waiting over 2 hours they came to the conclusion that the fuel pump was broken and quoted us $600!!!!! After calling around and getting quotes between $250- $300 I realized they were just trying to scam college students over. However, when I asked to have my car re-towed to a different shop, I saw one of the employees DRIVING my car to the lot.. wait, but I was just told it would be $600 to make my car start? So I drive it to the new shop who quoted me less than half Oviedo Car Cares price and after a quick look he says NOTHING IS WRONG WITH MY CAR and it just needed starter fluid to pop an air bubble. He is what you call and honest man unlike this company. He said I dont need to rip you off and I dont need your money.. take your car home and if you ever have any more problems come back to me... THANK YOU OVIEDO CAR CARE FOR TRYING TO KEEP MY CAR OVERNIGHT AND CHARGE ME $600 FOR NOTHING. You will be reported.

I brought my car there a couple years ago and had something fixed it didnt even last 20,000 miles when at the first time when I got my car it lasted 70,000 miles they redid it but I had to pay for the labor. After when I left there they told me that I needed a radiator and I needed all kinds of stuff since then Ive had a leak I had to put a radiator in my car was fine before I brought it to them I would never never go back there again

I overheated my car and brought it in to Oviedo Car Care. I thought it was a goner- smoking and knocking. I cant believe they were able to save it and without telling me I needed a new engine! I am so grateful.

Oviedo Car Care misaligned our driver side window when it needed to be repaired. and then they broke the electric door locks on the control panel when they attempted to repair the misalignment.they almost let us drive off with a broken mechanism BOTH TIMES! and this was after we were on a first name basis with the manager Anthony.truly the worst mechanic experience ive ever had and they dont deserve anyones money or time.
