Went in to change a bad tire sensor and get an oil change. Set and appointment and was told it would be about 1 hour. Waited 4 hours, got a call oil change was done but that they couldnt change my tire sensor because of my tires were supposedly bald. While the tire wear was valid up front. I did have thin inner wall up front. The rear tires werent, and thats where the sensor I needed changed was.
Great service, they took us in on the emergency circumstances and fixed our tire right away and had us back on the road. The establishment was clean the service was professional and the employees were extremely courteous. The waiting area was very accommodating and comfortable. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Highly recommended!
Manager Richard Davis, Ken and Alan handled everyone of my calls perfectly. My tires were delayed by Fedex and they were patient, courteous and very professional. Today, I am here to get the tires change and they started working on my car exactly at the time of the appointment. I recommend this location very much. Great job from the entire staff.

Extremely displeased with this place. If you have a diesel truck DO NOT BRING IT HERE!!! I just watched my dash cam footage from this place. The man who drove my truck DID NOT WARM UP MY GLO PLUGS. Just turned the engine on and took off. Took corners way way way too fast in my truck. I had to clean up all the cups, and the glass sheets he threw all over the back seat. This place has absolutely zero respect for your car/truck. Ontop of that if you are a female they will only rip you off. I came in for a tire and alignment they refused to give me a new tire cause my current at the time had rods showing. Instead billed me $2,000 for a front end replacement. My father took it to another shop… got my tire and alignment and was recommended to fix the tie rods. Save you money and save you Vehicle by going to another shop.
When you get a flat on the way home from work and have it towed here and then you make an appointment for 8:30 in the morning. You walk a mile and a half make sure youre on site at your appointment time and get a call when youre walking in that there are two hours delayed because they had four cars in front of you even though you had an 8:30 appointment something doesnt seem right there. Check appointments dont matter so now Im walking a mile and a half home do two appointments that I have throughout the day but not very happy.
Over priced and will try and push unnecessary add ons. Save over 300 on the exact same installed tires going to BJs Warehouse, including buying a membership.Also, dont even bother with an appt. Im currently at a 10:30 appt for an oil change and they havent even started looking at my car 1 hour later.Last time I use this place.

Best place in Oviedo for repairs or tires!! I have taken multiple vehicles here for 20 yrs plus never been dissatisfied. friendly and courteous, front desk, prices are reasonable and doesn’t change!! Vehicle fixed as expected, and fast!! Good tire prices. Repairs are always fixed the first time. Honest mechanics. And as a woman I appreciate they don’t screw around with me, thinking I don’t know anything about cars. All around good people that work here.

I have only good things to say about this particular Tire Kingdom. This is a chain but this store has a hometown feel to it. I feel like the staff does their very best to do quality work in a timely manner and they take pride in it. I highly recommend this store.
Run! Don’t look back! After asking if they could lube my van. Ben goes n asked the mechanics to make certain they could. Great can do. So I ask for oil change n lube. 2 hrs later Ben informs me I need over 1800$ of work to my front end. I said no just oil n lube. I paid 32$ n left. Happy.......till I got home n looked. The grease fittings were not touched still covered n road dirt uncleaned so clearly what I had asked for was not done. To busy upselling. Go to pep boys. It’s only 2 miles down the road wish I had.
Went in for my routine oil change and I walk outside because the young man pulled my car in about 15 minutes later I inform him that I don’t want my car checked out I just want him to do the oil change and rotation and alignment. His response was “ I got you on the oil and alignment” then I said well are you also going to rotate my tires he walked away and stated “ no you are straight” very unprofessional and I have never had a visit this bad at my local tire kingdom. I was very disappointed in today’s visit and I’m not sure if I will ever be back

Made an appointment and was quoted 2 hours max for a wheel alignment, 2 hours later I call back to hear another 2 hour wait...and also to find out the appointment is useless when they take walk ins...not happy
I went to the Oviedo Tire Kingdom with what I thought was just a need for a front end alignment.Turned out I had bad wheel hub bearings on one side, bad tie rods and a blown shock as well.The guys got me in and out in 3 hours, and under their estimated labor time which saved me a few bucks.They also added a military discount after a brief conversation about some of the places I had been stationed and deployed to. (I was unaware they even offered a military discount.)I highly recommend this location!
Jeff and staff were amazing as always. We have been going to Tire Kingdom for over 6 years and have always been satisfied. We recently had three vehicles that needed repairs, and they did a great job and were very accommodating to our time and needs. We will continue to do business with them.

Customer service was good here. They priced matched the tires I wanted and I didnt have to drive all the way across town to get a lower price. They also price matched the mounting and road hazard pricing. I was on time for my appointment and they had me out in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Good job guys.
Rude managers. Poor customer service!Brought a tire in and they told me it needed to be changed and can’t be repaired. I asked when can I have it put on and they said come back any time. The past 2 days they been giving the run around every time I come in and then finally they said I gotta set an appointment. Then I asked why didn’t they just tell me that the first day and the manager “Ben” decided to give me attitude and say well we been down one guy!They should have just told me that from the beginning instead of giving me false quotes and promises!
Not too many reviews on this place, so I figured I would add in my two cents. After being screwed over by another mechanic, I was in a hurry and decided to stop here. I came in for an alignment. The manager had pointed out that the alignment caused a lot of damage to my two front tires. The metal and threading were showing and it was dangerous to drive. I asked him if I could just do the alignment and skip out on the tires and he gave me my key back and this is what he said If I do your alignment and I send you on your way it will still be unsafe I got in my car and thought about it. It was not so much the money than it was making my car safe enough to drive. After realizing that the estimate was a good deal, I walked back in and gladly accepted and gave my key back. While waiting, I noticed happy locals come in for tire rotations at no charge and they provided excellent customer service. After all was said and done, they put on new wind shield wipers at no charge because I expressed that they were in bad shape, and the manager told me that I can come in at no charge to rotate the tires or for a pressure check. My car drove better than when I first got it at the used dealership. There should be a 5 star option here because they earned it! I would recommend these guys to anyone!
Always get great service. Walked in on a busy Saturday and the tech checked our tire and replaced the core of the valve stem without having to wait. Ben saved the day. Quickest trip to the tire store ever!

Great Experience at Tire Kingdom in Oviedo FL! When I needed new tires for my GMC Terrain, I was able to get an appointment right away. The entire staff was fantastic, but Jeff, the store manager was extremely helpful in explaining what was going to be done and he was very transparent regarding the cost. I felt very comfortable with the staff and the quality of the work which was done quickly and cleanly. What a difference my new tires make!!!! Thank you guys, I will definitely be back!
No more business with tire kingdom. I had to replace a tire because it got a nail on the shoulder of the tire and could not be fixed. So I called to make an appointment. The guy on the phone looked my info on their system because I have bought tires there before. So he ordered the tire and he made an appointment for 5:30 pm as they had done before. The next day when I got to the store I go to the guy on the counter and told him that I have an appointment and the guy very rude told me that he doubted it because they never did appointment that late without even looking at the computer. He said that maybe I did it on another store so I took my phone out and showed him the number and the time of the call. Then he finally looked in the computer and told me that there was no appointment or any tire ordered. That he could not do anything because they did not have the tire on stock and it was late. So what is the point of calling to make an appoontment and then when you get there the employees come with a lousy excuse. And for what I can see reading other reviews this is their MO. Advise: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

**Original Post on 10/07/2017I pulled up in my vehicle around 7:30 in the morning for a tire repair, just needed a plug & patch due to a nail, and I also wanted the tires rotated. I figured it could be done pretty fast, as the place was pretty dead at that time. Boy was I wrong! It took them 6 1/2 hours to call me and let me know that they could not repair the tire and suggested that I needed a new one, along with a bunch services that I didnt need nor asked for. I quickly declined the new tire, picked up my vehicle and repaired the tire myself.The customer service was a bit uninspiring, the guy behind the counter seemed very grumpy and almost dismissing when I spoke with him about the work I needed done. When I picked up my vehicle, many of the mechanics were hanging out near the front counter handing out food and joking around. It took awhile for them to notice that I was even there. The vehicle was not ready when I arrived, they had get it back together. All they did was rotate the tires...what is there to get back together?I was in the US Marine Corps as an automotive mechanic, I can tell you this, if a nail is 1 inch or more away from the side wall and no damage to the belt or the inside of the sidewall, you dont need a new tire. If they are not going to repair tires, then Tire Kingdom should be up-front about it, we do not repair tires, we only replace them. It would have saved me the 6 1/2 hours my vehicle was at their shop on my weekend off.Buyer beware these guys are all about selling you parts and services you dont need. They spent more time trying to find things wrong with my vehicle so they could sell me more of there parts and services, when they could have spent that time digging the nail out of my tire.They are definitely trying to take advantage of people that dont know any better. This is the last time I buy or have tires serviced with this Tire Kingdom.**Update 11/20/2018Im still driving on the tire that they said needed to be replaced that I patched myself. No air leaks and drives like a dream.
I came in to get my back 2 tires changed and tire pressure monitoring system replaced on my VW CC 2011. I already knew those where an issue because the dealership and a Discount Tire informed me. However, Tire Kingdom somehow found that my less than 2 year old battery was on its last leg and would die in the next 2 days on me. Me and my mother, did not take there bait to buy a more than $170 battery plus a $25 difficult battery replacement fee (they had not even been given the ok to take the battery out, how could they know it was difficult?) and went straight to Autozone to get the battery checked. The battery was so good, we had the guy check a second time and he said it was 100% practically brand new.I dont appreciate being lied to for money especially since some people can not afford the the things that they say you supposedly need.The only reason they got a very generous 2 stars was because Ken gave me very good customer service.

I called and spoke with someone they assured me they could switch my cracked rim out with my new rim. When I arrived they again said they could then walked out to.my truck came back and said they couldnt do it. I would have to purchase a new tire for them.to switch to out. Complete waste of time. Why didnt they inform me they couldnt do it a.over the phone or b. In person. Hated it. They were the shop I went to originally when I brought new tires and rims.
I made an appointment for tires and alignment 3 days in advance. Upon arrival, I had to give them my name, address, vehicle information, and what service I was requesting again. Whats the point of having a customer enter all of that info online, if you are not going to capture it? Then I was informed that the store did not have ANY tires to fit the vehicle. Am I wrong in thinking that having had the information in advance, they would have checked to make sure that tires were available for the vehicle? Epic fail guys, I feel sorry for the hardworking guys in the shop, management is not so good.
Dave at tire kingdom was awesome. Took me car in cause I had a screw on the first tread of my tire so I thought it would need to be repaired. They took me in right away and in 10 minutes he told me the good news. The screw had not punctured the tire. They took it out and advised me it was perfectly safe and i didnt need to replace it. Glad to see that there are still good and honest mechanics out there.
These guys are always incredibly fast and do solid work. Never had any issues or trying to sell me more than I needed. They will recommend the regular maintenance, but are not pushy about it.

I bought 4 new Sumitomo tires which they installed on my car. After I left and was driving, when I got over 50 mph the steering wheel would shake really bad. So I called them and they said it sounds like I lost a balancing weight. So I had to go back the next day to have them re-balance all the tires again!! The one good thing I will say is, they took my car in right away and finished it pretty quickly (done in about 30 minutes) and it doesnt shake at all now. Just annoying that they didnt do it correctly the first time.
I would like to say a few words regarding the level of service and customer experience that I have received by this shop. The Customer Service Experience and the treatment from their staff was excellent and the work performed was right on with no delays and no issues what so ever.Every time I go there for maintenance, they service my vehicles and make sure that I go away happy and satisfied with the work perform. I would definitely recommend this shop to all of those who like me had many issues in the past with other shops and are in need of a shop that not only will take care of the issue without mounting additional moneys to something that does not need to be fixed but will treat you as you deserve to be treated.
I was disappointed at how they treat their loyal customers. To them I was just another number. I got different explanations of what the labor warranty was on a job that they did not do right. Even though, they acknowledged that they had to readjust the part that was installed just about 2 months ago, they were unwilling to extend the labor warranty. If they didnt do the job right the first time, they should extend the labor warranty from the last time they touched that particular area. They did not care if youve been a loyal customer for 12 years. I will not be going back to Tire Kingdom. I will find another shop that treats their customers right.

The new TPM sensors that were installed were not compatible with my 2006 Ford Expedition. I still got TPM fault alarms on the dash. I had to take the vehicle to the local Ford dealer to get the correct parts. So I am out $491.00 on a repair that did not work.
Took my vehicle in 3-4 times for AC work (returned for them to fix what was broken). May, June, July, as of August yet again HOT air blowing! I was a loyal customer at one time. Never again. After the money paid, I plan to complain until something is done positive for me! I feel ripped off and insulted. Not good customer service when you are told cant get a refund. They continue to do work so they dont have to provide a refund and their work failed again! For this, they dont deserve ONE star. But seems I have to click ONE to post. I am so mad!

Everytime I’ve had an appointment set up, service hasn’t been the best and usually an extra hour from the estimated time they give you. Employees don’t seem too caring or happy either. WORST PART ABOUT IT- manager has given me free oil change twice because of the long wait. But next time will take my car to a 15 min quick oil change and rather pay
I have been a customer of this store for years. Bought 2 sets of tires, an extra tire later on, and regularly took my cars for oil changes and simple things. Decently good customer service until the last couple of days.heres whybottom line1) Tire Kingdom was not interested in keeping a long time customer2) Our car spent the night in this shop without us getting any heads up3) Tire Kingdom was not clear that there was going to be a $119 diagnostic fee - I feel cheateddetails:June 1 2018 -On my last visit, my wife took our car with the intention to do an oil change and to check out the engine light. According to the sales rep he explained twice that he would do a diagnosis and asked her to sign the regular paperwork.We left the car and waited for a call with next steps. We didnt receive a call that day, we had to call before closing only to find out the car was going to spend the night there -- they were too busy (if they had told us that the car was not going to be seen that day, we wouldve gone somewhere else !!!)June 2 2018 -Again, no call. We had to call them. This time the diagnosis was ready and the repair will costs us $960 !! I told them that for that cost I needed to shop around so I would go pick up the car. Is was only then that we found out that there was a $119 fee for the diagnosis and they had not done the oil change. I asked for a reimbursement as my wife wouldv never agree to pay $100 just for a diagnosis (shes not into cars) but they only offered $25 offI decided to pay the fee and to never again be their customerI ask myself/and the manager: Is it really worth it to lose a loyal customer and a potential $960 fix for a diagnosis fee that initiated out of confusion??
Was lied to and told I needed 4 brand new tires by Jorge. Went and got a second opinion from Pep Boys and was told there was nothing wrong with my tires. Have used Pep Boys many times, but Tire Kingdom was closer at the time...WILL NEVER BE BACK!!
Was not impressed at all. I will never go there again. I had an appointment and waited over an hour for them to change one tire. And I am almost positive if I went somewhere else I could of got it done much cheaper. I will never go there again.
Horrible service. Rick is rough around the edges but will try to make things right. The assistant manager D. Is amazing. Everyone else is disgraceful. Made an appointment and arrived early. No one in the front for 30 min. Asked in the back and got nothing but a guy on his cell phone. Not the first problem here. Do Not waste your time.

The employees are friendly, but literally it seems like they are the busiest tire kingdom in the southern states. Every time you call we can try to MAYBE! Get it done by tomorrow, if you drop it off in the mornings... Its for an oil change, not a engine swap.

The epitome of customer service! I had a couple tires blowout on my trailer and thought my day on the water was going to be a day in the garage. Not the case at all. The managerJeff, not only got my bad tires fixed, but we also went ahead and changed all 5. I won’t ever need to look any place else!
Unless you are willing to buy their extended warranty or anything to help puff the bill up expect to be there to 2.5 to 3 hours. You will literally watch as people who came in without an appointment or even after you, leave hours before you do as your car sits suspended in the air while everyone is on “break”. I DO NOT recommended coming to this establishment unless you want to wait an entire day on getting two tires relaced.
This place is okay for oil changes and tire alignment and balancing. I would not get any major work done on your car here. I had them replace my power steering pump and it failed in the first year and they would not guaranteed the labor.
Ive been taking my vehicles to the Oviedo Tire Kingdom for many years. I continue to be a customer here because it is managed by a highly reputable team of people. Dave is one of the great service managers here. He will give you an honest assessment of work that needs to be done on your vehicle and the work done will be done right.
This place is usually nice, but today I called ahead letting them know about my issue. They said to come over. When I arrived, they informed me that they couldnt help me today and that I would have to come back. I just dont understand.
I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment, and I waited an hour before they took my car in back. 15 minutes later, out comes my car. When I got the car home, I noticed they never rotated the tires, which leads me to believe they never actually changed the oil and filter either. No way they did an oil change and tire rotation in 15 minutes. I confronted the store manager, who was not present at the time, and he said he would not refund my money. Now I need to take even more time off work to go somewhere else that hopefully wont lie.
Taken all four of my cars to this location and Greg and his entire team has been A+ with all items done on all my vehicles. Example, I own a 1996 Toyota Corolla and they changed out the front Struts in record time. Other vehicles have been 2003 Toyota Camry LE for Oil Changes, Check Engine Lights etc.. and my high mileage 1002 Toyota Camry XLE (Japan Made) with 443,800 + Miles and still running thanks to them!Highly recommend this business.
Took my truck on Sunday to get a oil change and fluids changed out. Also went to get a over all break checks went to pick it up in a couple of hours after I dropped it off it seemed to be working great. This morning it started to make sounds when I was going down the road. Around 3:00 pm it was worse and than half hour later it got bad enough that I pulled over to the gas station and my back rear tire was heating up and steam was coming off of it. Pricing was high. I went to take it back to Tire Kingdom and told them what was going on. They said that they would call me in a couple of hours but they never did and I called them asking what was happening to the truck and told me that the brakes fell off. They said they couldnt talk about pricing which there shouldnt be any pricing at all because it was there fault. The truck was working perfectly fine before I brought it over to them and they broke it. I dont recommend this place.
Dishonest manager (Jeff), dishonest shopi had 4 tires changed on my Sonata in the store 2 years ago. Right after that Tire Pressure Monitor System Light (TPMS) came on. I drove back and one mechanic scanned the tires and told me one of the pressure sensors is out. I asked why it happened now. The manager told me the battery of the sensor is out (how could he be so confident?). I asked dealer and was told a sensor replacement would cost ~$200. I thought it might just be an accident and i can live with the TPMS light on my dashboard as long as i know my tire pressure are good.2 weeks ago, i went back to this store to get tire change on my Nissan, only because the store is in my neighborhood within walking distance. And guess what, the TPMS light came on again, on my Nissan, right after tire replacement. I went back to the store, obviously Jeff couldnt recognize all his customers and once again, without a blink of eye, battery is out! can you be more shocked by encountering such a liar? Now I can imagine how many times he had cheated with the same words and dont Know how many customers had been dismissed like that. I said can you replace the bad sensor for me and if it’s bad battery I will pay for it. Jeff said it’s fair and grabbed a waste paper and wrote something down on it, without asking my name or number. I asked would you call me when the part is in on Monday? He said oh what’s your number……. You can now imagine what happened afterwards. They never called me.I am not even complaining about the puffed up bills (they charge “shop fees” after tax), I just can not stand such a cheater in the business in my neighborhood. This guy doesn’t care about reputation, as long as the customers pay whatever they ask for. I understand it is not as easy to stay honest in a business like auto shop, but this shop’s dishonesty has gone beyond my imagination and tolerance.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. The manager of this location, Jeff Lunsford, treated me unprofessionally and was simply rude. I purchased two tires on Monday. On Tuesday, one of them went flat. When I brought it back, I was told that it was a puncture from a nail. They showed me the hole, it was a small cut on the inside of the tire near the rim. There is absolutely no way a nail could have done this damage. I believe the tire was damaged when they installed it. I dont believe they did this on purpose but they told me the tires had been laying around the shop for awhile. The manager, Jeff, never introduced himself, he never reached out to shake my hand, never apologized or expressed any sympathy for the situation, he simply told me in a very condescending manner, if you had bought the road hazard for the tires, this wouldnt be a problem. He then told me that I would have to buy another tire. I expressed my dissatisfaction and I asked to speak with the regional or district manager. He then told me that he was in a meeting and couldnt speak with me. I began to call the corporate office of TBC, and he came back and told me that if I bought the road hazard for the two previously purchased tires and bought it on the new one (an additional $78) they would install a new tire. He also told me that his manager made this offer to me. Then when I had no other option, I agreed but then I was told they didnt have the tire and it wouldnt be available until the next day. They could have been heros on this but instead told me over and over about the errors I made. I would never go to this store again.

I’m tired of the rude customer service, horrible wait times, and general lack of professionalism. Too bad the location is so convenient. I’ve tried many times to give them my business, but they always disappoint with a bad customer experience. This review does not include a rating of their prices, which are exorbitant.
Brought my 87 year old mothers car here to patch her tire. They got me right in even though they were swamped! Found an additional nail and they were able to patch both holes. Thanks, Rick, and the rest of the Tire Kingdom team, for your prompt attention and courtesy!
My 71 year old mother was driving home tonight in Oviedo when she noticed she had a flat tire. She pulled into Tire Kingdom @ 5:30pm and asked if they could help her. They preceded to put air in her tire but it kept leaking out. She was told the tire needed to be plugged but they were closing soon and couldn’t do it until tomorrow. When she asked how she was supposed to get home she was told to call Uber.Really? I don’t care how busy the store is they are open for another 1.5hours. they have an elderly woman needing assistance if they could not plug it at that moment. They could have at least offered to put on her spare, stay late and fix the tire, something, anything but, for someone to be treated like this is pathetic. Would you want this done to your daughter, mother, grandmother, friend? I wish people had a stronger moral compass.
Excellent place to go. Custumer people are great, service really good and mechanics wonderful worker know what they doing. Always go to them when I need service for my car.

Every time we make an appointment, it is not honored. You go there to find out the one mechanic called in sick. Sorry, you will need to reschedule. No thought to call customers before making the trip. Just an inconvenience.Update...Work was performed the next day, done properly and priced fairly.

Beware of this location:Went into the Oviedo location on Saturday the 10th of November to enquirie about the nail in my tire. I met 2 technicians in the parking lot showed them my tire and they said it could be patched . I later went inside the showroom and the lady told me I will have to leave my car until the following day which I didn’t want to do .Went back on Sunday 11/11/18 dropped off my car and on getting back there the guy tells me I need 3 tires but I insisted I only came for one tire that had a nail in it . He then said it can’t be patched I paid over $300 for a brand new tire for my GL 450. After driving for about 20 minutes I realized the tire pressure was low so I went back there they put air in it and I demanded to take back the tire that was removed from my car that was told can’t be replaced. I took it to sears today and the tire was patched . The tire was purchased brand new in September 2017 from Costco and sears looked at it and patched it

Only been going there for the last couple of months I have multiple vehicles and I have a small business its nice to be able to talk to the people and feel that you can trust them when they talk to you thank you Dustin for all your hard work
None too happy, after waiting because they thought they had my oil filter in stock, which they didnt. The manager during the check out explains to me that there would be no tire rotation today because of how the rear tires look. Why not come to me first while Im sitting outside instead of waiting until its time for me to leave? They still charged me full price for just the oil change, which I could have purchased for less at the competition. Needless to say, I wont be coming back here anytime soon.

My family and I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom for several years, in which we take all of our vehicles (4 of them) until today. 3 weeks ago I took my car to replace all 4 tires (an expensive service). We were under the impression that an alignment was done when the tires were purchased and put on. Several days after leaving the shop, my car was veering to the right and my steering wheel started shaking when I hit 50MPH. (something that wasnt happening prior to purchasing the tires). So I took my vehicle back, with the receipt that I was given, that stated that I had an alignment done. I was quickly informed that what I had in my hand was not a receipt, it was the estimate and we did not purchase an alignment. What upsets me the most is the fact that we were informed, and we left that day under the impression that an alignment was done, when in all actuality it was not and when the situation was brought to their attention, they did nothing about it. The man at the counter had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to pay for one today.... Honestly, I rather pay more for an alignment any were else than give those crooks anymore of my money. Tire Kingdom, Oviedo- lost 4 vehicles today and loyal consumers. Upon further investigation, it is my understanding TK has gone through several shop managers within the last year, that alone says a lot. I warn you... GO SOME WERE ELSE!!!! ANY WERE ELSE!!
Ive had many good experiences at this location, I maintenance my truck myself but I bring it here for all my tire and alignment needs. The managers are friendly, knowledgeable, and take care of the customer.
I brought in my Suv for a simple tire flat fix and an oil change around 3pm. Its now 8pm and the car still not done. Wow. I am never going back to Mitchell hammock tire kindom.
Complete rip off. They will bill you for unnecessary items just to make a buck. When I decided I didnt want them to do the work because I found a more reasonable mechanic that wouldnt bill me for unnecessary items, they refused to release my car back to me even though they did not start any work to it. After some arguing and a call to the manager they suddenly figured out they could release it back to me. Horrible place with incompetent employees. Id stay away!

These guys are just rude. Theyll smile and welcome you until you decide to take your business elsewhere, then they give you the finger behind your back. They draw you in with an online deal but require you purchase all kinds of other things you may not even need in order to take advantage of the deal. Bunch of crooks!
