Fifty dollars for labor on a battery change seems high. To be fair, I wasn’t the customer but the cost being too high is just my opinion.Edit: I will insert foot in mouth, it’s not at the fault of Knights Automotive, Dodge just made accessing the battery a pain in the rear. We were looking for a new mechanic. We gave Knights Automotive a try after reading excellent reviews. They performed the repairs on our truck and had it ready earlier than expected. When we picked it up I had a few questions for the mechanic. He explained some things that we didnt know about since this was our first truck. I thought he would tell me I had to make another appointment or that he was busy. But no, he took his time with us.Really glad we made the switch, especially with the communication with the shop. They contacted us a few days after the work was completed to check on the truck. Then 2 months later they reached out again to check on us. Thats what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called them when I could not figure out and fix what was wrong with my Jeep. They said they were pretty busy about 1.5 weeks out. I asked if I could just drop off my Jeep a little early due to having the time off, they said yes. I had it towed there and dropped off. Much to my surprise they were calling me two days later saying my Jeep was ready to pick up and told me what was wrong with it. When i picked up my Jeep they told me they wanted to get it done early due to the Holiday weekend coming up. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to my friends and family for sure!!!!!!!!

I went to a few places that were unable to change the battery but when I called Knights automotive they said bring it on in. Diesel truck had started overheating after being repaired by another shop. Took it to Knights for a diagnosis. Radiator was partly clogged, had the radiator replaced, and had them get the A/C working again. Very happy with the service and the cost. Great people to work with.

This shop fixed my trucks fuel pump wiring mess from a previous owner. The job took less time than the original estimate and that was reflected in the total cost. Knights diagnosed an AC issue and performed the repair quickly & efficiently. Knights was (slightly) less expansive than another auto shop I’d gotten a quote from and had good reviews. It’s been 5 months and I haven’t had any AC issues since.

Great mechanics, honest, and reasonable rates. Had issues with 12v outlet and asked them to put new tail lights on my jeep. The had to fixed the bad wire done when the hitch was installed. The place to take your auto to get it fixed.

Were looking for a new shop to take our cars into for basic maintenance and for any eventual repairs, as our old place started to take us for granted. Knights came highly recommended, so I took my daughters car in for an oil change and tire rotation. You cant really rate the quality of an oil change, but I do have to say they were very professional and very fast. I was a little surprised that the cost was a little higher that I had expected, but I dont mind paying a little bit more than those quickie-oil places or chain-store shops, in order to support a small, local business. Im bringing my car in, next week, for its oil change, as well. Well continue to evaluate how we are treated and serviced, to see if we stick with them for the long term.

There was always something needed to be done so I just submitted. I called them to give me a quote for a corroded hose and I sense it was a bit overpriced. I called 2 more shops and it was no different. He looked up the part right then and was able to give me a price on the parts and labor, which was $300 less than the local chain. I dropped my car off that day (Saturday) around lunch not expecting to get it back until Monday. Within a few hours I received a call that it was ready to be picked up. I wanted to check the AC refrigerant levels to see why my car wasnt blowing cold air. I took my car to Knights Automotive after calling around. Not only did they check the refrigerant levels, but they tested for leaks, refilled it up, checked the voltage going in the AC compressor, and supplied power to check if the compressor would kick on. They gave me a diagnosis all within 30 minutes. I couldnt ask for anything more. Definitely a good shop in the area.

A few months ago I took my GMC in because I could hear a noise coming from the motor on cold starts. I took my truck and left it with them on a Saturday. Six hours later I received a call that they couldnt find anything wrong with the truck and asked if they could keep it until Monday, but that didnt work for me due to needing the vehicle for work. Once I arrived they didnt charge me! As weeks went on the truck noise become more frequent. Again, I took it back to Knights because I felt comfortable and they deserved my business for not charging me for looking over the truck the first time. Kyle, had my truck for a few days and found the problem and also noticed a few more things that needed attention. The professionalism, caring, and attention to detail is why I will be back again! I called Kyle in a panic on a Saturday morning as my 2014 Mustang was apparently leaking transmission fluid for a while. I knew it needed to be repaired quickly before I had serious issues. He told me to bring it in and he would check it out. I quickly got it to him and In less than two hours he called back, confirmed the issue and gave me a quote which wasnt near as much as I expected. He ordered the parts and had it done as quick as he could (parts took a little time). I was so happy that he was able to get me in so quickly, he is very knowledgeable about my car, he was friendly and easy to talk to and most important was reasonably priced.
