Collision appraiser Bobbi very professional. My car was hit by someone while parked in a parking garage. I chosen Nations auto Collision because my parents had used then in the past and received outstanding service from appraisal department. My one and only problem was dealing with the unprofessional receptionist. She was quite rude and I felt as if my presents there was bothering her. I didnt ask to be there. But at no time what so ever in dealing with her did I ever feel welcomed. But I was treated with professionalism from service writer appraiser Bobbi she was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I would if given a full 5 stars but your receptionist made doing business with you horrible.

Referred to this shop by my insurance company to get an estimate they needed. A week after my appointment my insurance company had no idea I had even visited Autonation from lack of communication. I called multiple times and left a message for the adjuster that looked at my truck and took pictures with no answer or call back. Serious lack of professionalism. Im using a different shop.

This location has the worst follow up and calling in for updates. I had my vehicle in for repairs (recommended by insurance company) for over 2 months. 1 suspension bolt took over 3 weeks to get! They keep blaming Kia for sending the incorrect parts, which could be possible, but 3 weeks!!!Totally not satisfied by this repair shop! If you dont mind leaving your car for an unspecified time with no follow ups, then use them, otherwise stay clear!

I brought my Audi A5 here that needed multiple repairs and the work was done beautifully. Rocco and his team are top notch and I wouldnt bring my car anywhere else. My car looks brand new again and the repairs were done fast!

Took just under a month to get my car fixed. Very poor communication and didn’t send information to insurance company correctly the first time. Now with that said insurance had issues as well but all and all it was horrible from both sides.

Fred Ellis was very friendly & took plenty of time explaining procedures & answering lots of questions. We also received follow-up exactly as promised, and on our return, Fred was again very helpful. Although, sadly, our car could not be repaired and had to be totaled, we found our experience with the AutoNation Collision Center to be a very positive one.

The shop handled everything well but must have either had poor quality paint or the person painting my car did a bad job. After having my car fixed in their shop paint on my trunk lid started chipping away just after about a year. I contacted the shop to let them know what happened and they told me there was nothing they can do. Wouldn’t recommend getting your car repaired here and I definitely will not be going back to any of their locations.

At first it was really hard to get information or any communication from this facility. Later, it improved a lot.

During the 7 weeks AutoNation had my car, the only updates I received were when I called them myself. It wasnt until the final week that my repair representative started initiating contact with me. Several times I felt like I was being given the run-around as to what was taking so long and why so many supplemental estimates were needed. I realize the damage was extensive but I feel that a more thorough inspection could have been conducted in the beginning, which may have also allowed me to negotiate a total loss with my insurance as the final repair bill was almost at their threshold. I also am not fully satisfied with the outcome of the repairs. While they did attempt to fix it, my front bumper is still misaligned and in their own words itll never be the same after all those repairs.

Auto nations collision company has estimated and repaired two of my vehicles over the last few years. They have been prompt, professional and courteous at all times. Three work has been very well done. Any painting, or other type of body work has always looked like a factory job or better. When there was an issue with one repair. They quickly fixed the related issue. They stand behind their work without question. I strongly recommend them.

My experience with AutoNation was satisfying and worthwhile from the beginning after my son referred me to get an estimate from them after 2 other estimates. Highly recommend this place! I was working with Fred and he is the best!He made this whole process so easy and they repaired my car in 3 days. My car came out perfect and I am 100% satisfy with their service. They send you updates everyday and there is status online for you to check. Plus the rental car are right next door so its good to have everything taking care of at the same stop.

Fantastic work. My car looks good as new. I was devastated when I was rear ended as my car was the first major purchase I made so it meant a lot more to me than just being a vehicle. Looking at it, I cant even tell that I was hit, shes beautiful. The service was very professional and very fast and I appreciated that they kept me up to date on the process. It was also very convenient that there is an Enterprise rental property right on site.

Rocco and Denise are the best. I was treated like family and they really do value their customers there as if it was their own. I wasnt able to pick up during normal business hours on Friday but they still accommodated my pickup. I highly recommend if you need any work done, you bring your vehicle HERE.

This was my first experience having a claim with insurance and decided to take my car to a place I thought would give me the best service. My car was in the shop for 3 months. I had several estimates done by autonation and my insurance. The day I pick up my car I was told everything was completed and I would be good to go home but my car battery had died since it was sitting there for so long. The mechanic who worked on my car kindly charged it for me to be able to drive away but informed me that I would have to purchase a new battery! They lack communication with their customers. I paid the receptionist and drove off to go home. About a mile down the street my car started overheating and I had to pull over to the nearest parking lot and get my car towed home, after I expressed my concern about the car only having a few cosmetic things repaired and nothing mechanical I was told they are only a body shop and don’t do anything other than cosmetic damage repair and that I would have to go elsewhere for further repair. I’m deeply disappointed in this whole process. I would not recommend taking your car here for any services. They will bill your insurance for services not rendered!

Everyone at AutoNation Collision Center in Oviedo is absolutely amazing! They were super friendly and provided fantastic customer service! Derick Pope was wonderful. He gave the estimate for repairs only a couple of hours after checking out my vehicle, kept me posted through the process, and called to let me know that my car had been finished two days earlier than expected. Working with State Farm to fix my Toyota after I was hit, they made the process completely painless. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have written a positive review on this shop before. However, I continued to have A/C issues that had been addressed and paid for on a collision repair. After that repair the A/C was never right (from semi-cool to HOT). I did take it back 3 Xs within the warranty period. Today, 3-10-2020, I decided something is really, really wrong ...HOT air. I knew I was out of my 1 yr. warranty but decided to go in and have a talk. I met Auston, Manager. I was more than satisfied with his help, professionalism and knowledge. He was amazing & instead of turning me away he took my vehicle immediately back to check it. He found an O-ring leaking AND had it repaired at no cost within an hour. As of this writing, I am freezing in my car, which is what it was before my accident. Auston also found another serious issue and fixed it immediately. He is awesome and I encourage Auto Nation to give him the recognition & applause he deserves. THANK YOU Auston. keep up the good work and best wishes for your success.

AutoNation and Fred were able to explain what needed to be done and kept us up to date on repairs. There were a few scratches left where part of the repair was and they took care it.

This place is really great!! From the time my car arrived until I had to pick it up, the constant communication about what was happening was awesome and better than I expected. Working with Fred was great as well. He explains everything in detail from the beginning to the end and makes a 100% effort in making sure you are completely satisfied. Should you need this type of service, I would highly recommend them for auto repair!

Have used this shop several times, unfortunately for me, but they do excellent work and very professional and friendly employees. Always completes the repairs in a timely manner. Top notch body shop. Would not take my vehicles to any other shop.

Well I came to Auto Nation Collision center in Oviedo after months of doing my due diligence. That is the way I am, I ask questions and do the research. Unfortunately for me I missed the mark by a mile on this one. I came in for a simple estimate to refurbish my 2004 Ford F-150 which still looks almost brand new. I drove into the place, parked exactly how it says on the door and walked into the reception office. Instead of being greeted with a hello, I was immediately told by the young lady in the office that I did not park correctly. And obviously not to her satisfaction. I was told that I did not park close enough to the wall. I got back in my vehicle and she directed me within a hair of the wall even though I told her that I needed the estimator to be able to go around the vehicle. Well it went down hill from there. She proceeded to interrogate me on whether I had an appointment (nobody was there getting an estimate), and that it would be quite a while for the estimator to put all of his findings into the computer and then produce a report. All this for a simple facelift. Not ONE thing that she said was positive. Obviously this young lady does not need to be in the customer service industry. I left, never to return and I will do my best to talk to anyone out of going there.Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Friendly and helpful staff, but when I got my vehicle back my rear bumper was off center and bolts missing to the owner I apologise for the bad review but when I send my vehicle for repairs I expect quality not a rush job hope we can get this issue fixed

August 30, 2017 @ 12:00 noon, we were able to pick our fixed vehicle.  We must share about the professional and excellent manner on which AutoNation Collision Center (Oviedo) treated us.  Specifically we must praise the help, guidance, expertise and follow-up of Fred Ellis, which was outstanding throughout the whole process.  The vehicle was delivered before the due date agreed and the job finished to meticulous standards.

Fantastic experience with Autonation Collision. Every employee I worked with was extremely kind and personal. I was in a tricky situation because I was traveling for work and they accommodated. The receptionist even remembered I was going to be traveling and asked how it was! Fred was great, he explained everything they would be doing to my car and gave a timeline of when it would be done. Hopefully I won’t need more collision work done, but if I do, I’ll be returning here!

10/10 customer service. I brought my car in because someone hit my car in a parking lot and didnt leave a note and both of the doors had to be replaced. I am not from here, only living here for college. They were very quick to estimate and get me in, my car was done in 8 business days and that was during Thanksgiving time. I got updated every step of the way and everyone was very nice! Will definitely go back for repairs if I need them in the future!

By far the best experience Ive had getting my vehicle repaired after an accident. They were super polite, explained everything clearly and were very accurate about their time estimates. If I ever have another accident, I will be using their services again.

It took 1 week and 2 days to get a quote on my car (if it was totaled or how long it would take to fix). They weren’t on top of communication as much as I would have liked, since anytime I heard anything about the cars status it was from me calling them to press for an update. I will give them the benefit of the doubt though on the length of time since they did seem busy at the time and you do have to account for the length of time insurance takes to respond. Every time I did talk to them they were very nice and told me everything they knew at the time. I just wish they gave me a call rather than me having to do all the calling. I still give them 5 stars.

We rented a car. It had been used by a smoker. Also we were charged for an upgrade without agreeing to this. When I called to report the overcharge they did not answer the phone for over 15 minutes.

We just had our 2013 Highlander repair there, I was greeted in a friendly matter by Derick Pope who explained the process and kept me informed on the vehicle progress, within a couple of days my car was completed from an rear collision accident, when I picked up the vehicle it look like new, it was well taken care of it, is not my first time here and they always exceed my expectations. I have been a long time supporter of Auto Nation ever since it was Courtesy Auto. I have had work done by them on my car and my familys car which were always great experiences. My last visit a week ago was extremely stressful. First, they kept my Murano for 3 weeks for $3,000 worth of repairs. My car rental bill was outrageous. I was promised my car in 1 week on a Monday, but Wednesday came and no call or update. I had to call to get information since they do not call you any longer and I was told a part was on order. Terrible!!!. When I picked up my Murano, the tailgate did not work, my drivers side mirror was damaged and my rear window tint was destroyed. It has now been over a week and their so called tint person has yet to contact me to repair the damage. I dont know where it went wrong, but I am not satisfied. The repair job was great, but the customer service has degraded to terrible. How long should I wait for a phone call about the tint before I get really upset??

Brought my car in for some minor body work on the rear quarter panel and the rear wheel. The panel turned out alright, but the rear bumper does not fit correctly. The rear wheel looked nice on the side they repaired, but the front wheel had the finish all messed up. The leather on the driver side had some white paint/primer/whatever that was not there when I gave them my vehicle. Additionally, when I dropped my car off, the tire pressure monitors were functioning perfectly. When I got it back, the tire pressure monitor system was not working. I brought this up and the response I was given was thats something the BMW dealership will have to deal with, we wont do anything.BMW said the tire pressure monitor on the wheel they repaired was missing the antenna which caused the malfunction. $300 later BMW fixed the monitors they broke, my wheels finish is still mangled, and my passenger seat leather still has paint on it...AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! What work they managed to do correctly was only ok. They do not care, they caused more damage to my car than the repairs they made, and have made no effort to make any of it right.

Expecting a very unprofessional reply to this review as I can see the past reviews speaking anything but highly of this autonation location have been replied to in an extremely passive aggressive rude manor...MISERABLE customer service. I waited for half an hour without being so much as greeted. I sat in an empty office that one of the mechanics told me to go into to wait after I chased him down curious to why I haven’t had anyone to speak to. I believe when the receptionist finished with her last customer she went on lunch even though the mechanic told her I was in there waiting. She could’ve at least spoken to me briefly to say hello and let me know what was going on. My family has gone to this shop for years and recommended me and has now lost not only my business but everyone else’s in my family.

Absolutely overpriced. Wanted 5K+ for a repair to my front left fender, hood, and left side light. No internal damage or damage to tires. 2000 in parts? Yeah right. Taking advantage of uneducated people.

This place shouldnt be in business. For that matter, please dont give them yours.Our car was totaled and after talking to the insurance company, we received permission to remove an after market stereo and leave the original stock stereo. We were already upside down on our loan and owed $2700 to the bank (after settlement) so I wanted to recoup a few hundred bucks by keeping the stereo.However, the management wouldnt remove the stereo for us nor would they allow us to remove the stereo while the car was on their property. I had the insurance company call them... I offered to pay them to remove it and even offered to sign a release after they stated liability issues if they damaged it while removing it. Theyre supposed to be able to repair entire cars, yet they cant remove a stereo???Needless to say we did not get to keep our stereo. Our only alternative was to tow the vehicle off their property, hire someone to remove it, and then get it to the salvage yard... which would probably cost more than the unit is worth. Either way, its poor form on their part and only made our situation worse. I will never use them again.

They replaced a bumper and small internal damage to headlight for my Lexus IS 350. The whole process was painless, so I dont understand the negative reviews. Same with the car rental in the same building. All I can say is is matched perfectly and my car looks great.

Very professional. My car was estimated to be done in 2 weeks and was done right on schedule. Jonnie Street was my customer service rep and explained the process in detail with friendly customer service. Overall it was a great experience if I need anything else done with my car I would definitely recommend going there again.

Staff are completely unprofessional and work quality is really bad! Took my car there to replace the bumper. Picked it up a week later only to drop it off am hour later back to them due to the entire paint job having orange peel, color was faded and entire side bumper had dimples, also the roof liner had dried up blood which did not when initially dropped off. went to pick it up again 2 days later and car would not start. Got boosted and drove home.... went to start up the a few hours later and again, dead.... called them up to get an explanation and they were blaming everyone under the sun except themselves and extremely condescending! The car did not have ANY mechanical or power loss problems prior to dropping it off to them!!If you value your vehicle, do not take I to these people!!
