I called RoMac because I was told that I would have to replace a window that I could not close after a visitor to my home did something while opening or closing the window. A young man named Jimmy came to my home and REPAIRED the window for a lot less money that a new window would cost. It works beautifully. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and his work was done perfectly as shown by the ease that the window works now! Thank You Jimmy!!!
