Had a Brazilian done. If you are able, be sure to check this or any service is done to your satisfaction. I’ve been twice. My first experience was acceptable, and I unfortunately don’t remember her name. My second experience definitely not acceptable. Alison made a comment about not wanting to leave any hair. Well, half of my lady bits are hairy enough it’s like no service was performed, and my skin was left so irritated that it’s taking me two days to post this because only now can I clearly see since the swelling and redness went down. Unacceptable.

I went to this location for my first ever Brazilian wax, they used soft wax on me and it was top 3 most painful experiences of my life to the point where I was silently crying on the table. I was a wax newbie obviously so I didn’t know how completely wrong this was, which could be poor preparation on my part. However I was expecting to be kind of walked through the service & I wasn’t at all, she really just started slapping on wax and ripping with no warning or prep which I thought was weird since she knew it was my first waxing experience ever. Even after going through this low key traumatizing experience There wasn’t a single spot in any of the Brazilian included bits that was hairless & I got horrible ingrowns from the hair breaking off under my skin (and yes, my hair was the appropriate length for waxing). I called after I waited 48 hours (I was STILL in pain)& they said I just have hair due to differing growth patterns which I understand, however I was completely still covered in hair, it wasn’t at all sparse. I followed up at a different waxing center & they used hard wax, walked me through the service and explained why using hard wax in sensitive areas (like for a Brazilian) is essential. Definitely opt for a different waxing center if you’re looking for any intimate waxing, it was not a good experience at all.

Everything was really clean and the employees were nice but I got a Brazilian and there are a lot of hairs left in important spots like my bikini line. There is a patch on each side of my panty line that wasn’t even touched by wax so that’s upsetting. Thanks but no thanks

Best place to get any type of wax. They use the best products for your skin. Always very clean. Service is great. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable.

UPDATE: The manager called and apologized and handled this situation extremely well. She used it as an education point for me and them as well. Very impressed and thankful for the good response.I have been to many Waxxpot locations in Columbus and was always happy... but I recently went to this location and they gave me 2nd degree burns under both of my eyebrows. I called in to ask what to do about the pain, and they said it’s very normal.Do not go here. I promise scabbing and burns are not a normal experience.

Best eyebrows I have had since I started waxing. I also got waxed for my wedding in 2 weeks I thought it was going to hurt so bad but it was less painful than anyone had told me...the wax you guys use is amazing and I adore the atmosphere and look.

The place is very clean and the staff was super nice. The woman who did my brows was very, very detailed and took her time to get it right. Also my brows don’t hurt. I don’t know what they use, but 5 mins after leaving - my skin is not irritated at all. Also highly recommend the student pack!

My first time getting a Brazilian as usual I am nervous to get the process done but excited for the after math dealing with no hair...... myleasha was so engaging during the process she was really good at making you feel comfortable and she just made it feel so normal. Myleasha suggested soothe cream to be honest I thought it was just selling strategy but I bought it anyways it made it so easy to deal with the bumps and irritation that might be caused after waxing. Today was my second time going to Waxxpot and they did not disappoint. Their attention to detail, aftercare and cleanliness is remarkable. Their prices are also very fair. The last place I went for my waxes always left me feeling sticky but Mylesha make sure I am clean and leave feeling fresh. I would highly recommend her and the Waxxpot.

This was my second time at the waxx pot in Dublin and, let me say, it was a lot better than my first. My first experience I got a brow wax and tint as well as a lash tint. Neither felt like they lasted more than a week or so and I left with clumps of black tint still on my lashes and lots of stray hairs still around my eyebrows. This time though, I had Mylesha and she was incredible. I just went in for a brow wax and tint this time and I told her about my last experience and she definitely made sure that this time was much better. Im SO happy with my brows this time around and Im even going back for a lash lift with Mylesha next week! I would highly recommend her for all your waxing needs!

Ive been twice now and its a hit or miss. The first time I went my eyebrows were done PERFECTLY. I forget the technicians name, but she really listend to me and understood what I wanted. The second time I went, I had a different technician (who was very very sweet) but took off so much of my brows (opposite of what I asked for) and really messed up the natural shape of my brow. I felt immediatly sad and refretful, but considering how sweet the staff was, didnt feel comfortable complaining. (It was too late anyways?)Ill probably give it a go one more time.

I had one of the worst brow experiences here. I specifically asked for thick arched brows and I left with extremely thin McDonalds arches and globs of wax still on my brow and a bunch of hairs that made them look so choppy. I am so upset that my brows I worked so hard to grow out look so horrible now. The waxer who did my brows was camryn she was very sweet but and I hate leaving this review but I would hate for anyone else’s brows to be ruined like mine were.

I went in to get my lip waxed, which I typically get done every month. I usually go to EWC to get this service done. However, there were no appointments that day.. so I decided to go with Waxxpot. I previously had went to this location a while ago and Mylesha was awesome... so I was expecting the same this time. However, my waxer, Shelby rushed through the service. She didn’t give me a mirror to look at my lip after she was done. When I got to my car, I still saw hairs. I went back in and she tweezed them. She apologized, but I could tell it wasnt a real apology. Went back to my car, and there were still hairs! I gave up at that point. 2 weeks later, it looks as if my lip was shaved with a razor. I won’t be returning.. I will be sticking with European Wax Center.

I saw Mylesha today - my first wax experience ever!!!Right away, I felt at ease and like I was with a great friend. Im plus sized and slightly concious of my body - I didnt feel anything negative at all in that building!!!She did EVERYTHING - brazilian, full legs, stomach > you name it, we did it.I am definitely coming back for her professional touch. My mind was expecting so much worse in terms of pain and I was pleasantly surprised with my results.The best part was the education! She outlined the steps, what to expect, and I learned about how my hair grows. It was so enlightening!I LOVED IT!
