I wish we could leave 0 starts. READY THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY, their Satisfaction Guarantee is totally BS. If you are not satisfied they will give you a refund of the last treatment only, guess what, we paid almost one thousand dollars and we are not satisfied, but not getting ANY money back.We hired them back in April, 2021 and as of September, 20 2021 they havent resolved our issues with bed bugs in one of our vacation properties. We received 7 (SEVEN) cleared reports saying no activity found, followed by negative reviews days later from guests that were bitten by bed bugs, causing a huge issue, not even mentioning the financial loss of having to block the houses calendar during summer because of it. Do not hire this company, they are cheaper than others because they do a horrible job. Incompetent managers and employees, we had to get rid of the bugs ourselves and they dont care AT ALL. They dont even respond to our emails, not wonder why they are not on BBB.We are a property management company in Orlando and this was our worst nightmare.

Top to bottom, my recent experience with Truly Nolen was exceptional! Scheduling an assessment was simple and quick and I can’t thank the technician (Dave) enough for his outstanding support. His communication before, during and after the visit was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy professional and personable. I can’t recommend highly enough!

STAY AWAY!!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My fiancé and I used this business for an inspection before buying a property in May. The inspector called us after the inspection to collect our payment info. We gave it to him and he said “okay payment processed you’re all set you’ll be receiving your report shortly” that was it no issue there. Then barely last month we start getting calls from an AZ number with no messages left. Finally last month they leave a message and say they’re Truly trying to get payment for services. We thought it was paid and so assumed it was a scam. I called the OC branch and they Told me that it was their corporate office and that the account is showing no payment. I called our bank, they told me that it was pending on Truly’s end and until they cancelled it they couldn’t do anything on their end. I called corporate and explained the confusion and asked why the inspector would collect payment and say processed if it wasn’t and to please inquire and fix it. She said she would investigate and get back to us. Never got back to us. Then we start getting calls again and I talk to a second lady and tell her the same thing. She said the same thing: she’d look into it and get back to us. Now we just received a letter from a CREDIT COLLECTION agency dated the day AFTER I spoke to the second lady. So we have to call and make sure it doesn’t effect our credit score. I NEVER leave reviews but I am because right now no one can afford their credit score to go down because of a mismanaged company. DO NOT USE THEM! I’ll be leaving a review on Yelp too so that others can avoid this company.

Ive been using Truly Nolen for about a year now, and I am very happy with the service they provide. They are always on time and diligent with their work. They inquire about any new issues we are facing and address them on the spot. Just a pleasant experience overall. The tech assigned to my property, Jonathan, has been amazing as well. We had Truly Nolen come to our home to inspect for possible rodents. They were quick and responsive in coming out to do a full inspection and point out any problem areas. They were clear in what they found and what they wanted to do. Their estimate and plan was laid out very professionally on a copy we got to keep. The tech Jayson was very friendly and professional in his job and duties, and was amazing at keeping in touch with us when he would be coming over. We did the Total Termite Treatment. I felt like our tech. took corners. He trenched the front part of my house, but on the side of our house, he didnt. When I asked him about that, he said that he rodded it. But after going thru my surveillance camera footage, he in fact did not. He just sprayed against the side of the walls. I am also concerned that this was done on a rainy day where the ground was already saturated. Yes, I know I can call anytime for treatment (treatments post initial treatment is just reactive), the point I choose Truly Nolan for Preventative, not reactive treatment.Update 7-23-2021:The branch manager got with me he was very nice and proactive in making it right, so the tech came back out and trenched and treated with chemicals. I feel more comfortable knowing that the company is willing to make it right.A little background, I normally interview 3 companies before I make up my mind. In this case, because I had so many different opinions from needing to Tent my whole house to just reactive treatments, I kept interview for a total of 6 companies. Honestly, Truly Nolan was the LAST company I wanted to choose because I have always felt that the franchised companies was the last to really care about the work, but more about the $$$. So Truly Nolen was the last on my list of companies I interviewed. The reason I ultimately picked Truly Nolan was their preventative treatment, and repair/retreat guarantee. All the other companies (from mom/pop companies) did not offer this (or offered limited guarantee).For this current reason, I am updating my review to reflect. Fingers crossed no more Termites!

I have used this company for 5 years. I pay quartley however they dont show up each quarter. It is the end of June and no service schedule d yet. They use to leave a receipt if not home however that never happens. I pay for a years service but only get 3/4 service

Service inconsistent. We asked that the tech come weekly until problem fixed, maybe due to the pandemic they didnt but once the contract year came to an end we were charged for additional services. We were never notified the contract was ending. My grass doesnt look any better and the pest issue has not been resolved. Will never use this company again.Tip: make sure your service is canceled. Spoke to a customer service rep 3 weeks ago and it was never done. I also was told one service was eceived after the contract ended. That was a lie. And no one ever followed up to correct the unsatisfactory service. I had to call again.

I called 2 weeks ago to cancel my account due to financial hardships from this pandemic. They told me someone would call me back within 12-24 hours to confirm cancellation. No one called back. I called 2 days later and they told me they are waiting on the manager to sign off. I emailed the manager and NO response. I called a week later and they said they are still waiting and that a manager had called me and left 2 messages, which WASNT true! I never received a call or message. Now, it’s almost time for them to deduct another payment from my account. I’m going to have to dispute charges and file a complaint, all because they won’t go through with the cancellation. I do not recommend signing up with them, unless you decide to stay for life. They have no follow through on what they say they are going to do. Completely unprofessional. I’ve emailed the manager again. And the mosquito treatment we had didn’t even work. My husband was still getting bit every time he walked outside. Unsatisfied.Update : Went and checked my call log on the 14th (they said they called and left a message on that date, too). No call AND no message! Lies! Stay away!!Update, update : Called at 10:15 this morning and was told “manager had just stepped out and he would be back in 1-1/2 hours and he would call me. It’s now been 3 hours AND my husband has called and still NO return call!!Update, update, update : They still never called, so I called and talked with Alex, the district manager. Finally someone with some common decency! He made everything right. He’s the only good thing about that place. He deserves 5 stars, but the place deserves 0! He’s literally the only reason for 2 stars. THE ONLY REASON!

WARNING - DO NOT USE THEM. I paid for 1 year of service and the weeds never disappeared. Its been one year now and theyve consistently came out and kept making up excuses and reasons. I have more insects, moth flies, bugs and all sorts of weeds on my lawn. Its in worse shape than when I started paying them. Look elsewhere because youre stupid if you give them your money. This Company doesnt deseve 1 star, they deserve a class-action lawsuit for misrepresentation and fake claims. Theyll be receiving a demand letter soon. We hired truly Nolen to seal off our house to rodents and also handle the monthly pest control in Orlando. It’s been like pulling teeth to get them to actually show up to our house. We text and call our representative and he says he will be out the next day then never shows up or picks up our calls. They overcharged us for a bare minimum application of new insulation in our attic, when I spoke to my AC company they said that 10 inches of insulation is the industry minimum and Truly Nolen only sprayed 5!! The rats are still unresolved and we were promised that they would come on Friday between 4-6. They called around 1 to see if they could come early and when we said that time wouldn’t work for us they said they would come after a few other stops— NO SHOW NO ANSWER! Save your money

Truly Nolan has been the best lawn treatment company we have used. They are there when they say they will be there.We thought we were going to have to replace 1/2 of our yard. In 4months it is almost completely back. This was after other companies said there was no point to treating it.Our treatment guy, Jonathan is the best. He takes all of time necessary to ensure we understand what he is doing and why.

Driver on John Young 9:10am this morning cant drive. Tailgating vehicles, no turn signals to change lanes. Doesnt use mirrors to see that he cut off a car and forced it into another lane.Drivers need re-training on how to drive company vehicles.Will not remove 1 star rating. Dont ask me to.

I really did not like the service by Truly Nolen. After processing them, my house is full of roaches and ants (their employee said that it is normal if there are insects in the house, I think this is not normal, I pay money for the service) with which I have to fight myself, I do not understand why I pay money for their services. And the last time the worker processed only inside the house, and in outside he did not do anything, he said that he had other clients (and I’m not a client) and he would return another day to finish his work, but no one came back ... And I sell my own fight against roaches. Save your money.Update: I called the foreman to finish my work, he arrived at my house for a maximum of 10 minutes or did not process anything outside and left, and in the report he wrote that he was in my house for 25 minutes, but this is a lie.

Truly Nolen is the best!!!! When we bought the Florida property lots of bugs, since engaging Truly Nolen no issues as hardly see a bug indoors (not like when we first moved in). Friends have other companies who seem to spray in the house while Truly Nolen is treating the outside before the bugs get in the house. Way better!!! They have quite an effective system and approach to bug control, highly recommend. You get what you pay for!!!!!!! Also very good as I have them spray my ornamentals and grass for bugs and no problems unlike my neighbors.
