Grateful for their service, saves us from getting attacked from these nasty hornets and wasps and my ant hills … very efficient and the last guy here went above and beyond to make sure every nest was gone. Haven’t seen water bugs in a long time which was a big problem… thank you for your service and great job!!

Gentleman who came today was knowledgeable and talked about all work that was done. On time from the 1/2 hour notice.In general, good company. It may be a little pricier than other companies I went with, but you can get re-services for free between the quarterly sprays. I’ve never had a problem with this, and it is a great thing to take advantage of.

Henry was our technician he was very professional and took the time to explain the process and what results we should expect. He literally went around the whole house and covered all the areas inside our pool area included, all our windows, doors etc...and when he finished he gave us a review of what he did and asked for any input or requests from us. He was very thorough and helpful, look forward to the next service!

I want to know why this company is sending a representative to my community, where it clearly states on a gated community no soliciting but here they are knocking door to door. But that is not the worst part. This women is asking questions on if I have a dog, whats my work schedule, if I have kids and their ages. Like are you sending somebody to case my house. I have did not agree to use your service and you are asking me these questions. If you need a picture of this rep I have it but I will not post it publicly.

Techs are kind, knowledgeable, willing to take their time to answer your questions. Very pleased with their service. If I need them to come out they do at no extra charge.I do think it is a little pricey that’s my only thing for three months service, that’s what I wish they would be better at specially for loyal customers but otherwise very happy with them .

My first service and technician, Jeremy, was knowledgeable and friendly. He responded to all my questions professionally and with patience. He double checked where sprayed, ensuring that covered all areas requested. He was also very careful not to hit walls or the car (as sprayed in garage). Thank you Jeremy for such a great service.

I know it too soon to tell but so far the Initial experience has been wonderful. Our sales person was Colter who was very professional, super informative and knows his stuff. We just got our 1st treatment done today by Jeremy and he was great too. Professional, listened to us when we guided him throughout the house as to where we spot critters. Super informative as well. As Jeremy completed the inside portion of the pest control treatment he proceeded to do the outside treatment as well. Super thorough with the service. Looking forward to more treatments and seeing results soon.

They made the process easy and able to clearly explain what they were doing and why. I also love the fact that I can ask a question and not feel stupid for asking. 😋On that note, the whole process took less than an hour for them to do the inside and outside of my house! Will definitely use them again the near future!

We recently had some plumbing issues and after it was repaired, tiny flies were everywhere. So I had Aptive spray the house and also kill the sugar ants. This service was included in the quarterly contract and didnt cost extra. The spraying (they also spray external as well) took about 15 mins. The gentlemen was polite and wear shoes covers, which I appreciated.

Quinton was professional. He listened and answered questions. He thoroughly performed his job explaining to me the process. I truly hope that Quinton will continue to service my home.

Im a new customer to Aptive and they have been great. Theyve already come out twice to perform service at my house. The techs that have come out have been wonderful, personable. They really listen to your concerns and let you know how they are going to treat for them. Ive not had many issues with bugs since they started servicing my home.

The tech called ahead of time and showed up on schedule. He was professional and thorough. Based on the first service, I would recommend.

Dave came to apply the initial treatment for us. He was on-time (during the window we were provided). He was extremely courteous, professional and efficient. He arrived, checked in with me to see if there were any special needs and checked back in to let me know what was observed and what was done. This happened yesterday, so I will provide another review after a month or two of service about the product itself.

I had this company for about 6 weeks. During this 6 week period I was charged $149 the 1st time Aptive came to do the house they were only able to spray outside because nobody was home. When they came back to do the inside once we were home, I was then charged $159. I had to argue with the company to get my $159 back. While waiting for that refund, I was then charged again $149 with a credit of $20 so it came out as $129 which charged me an overdraft charge of $34. This company is terrible. I would never recommend them to anybody

Initial treatment visit. They were early, professional, and quick. Full warranty, and very well priced.

Our tech, Tanner, was on time, professional, and thorough during his visit while he serviced our home! I was skeptical when initially approached by the sales canvasser, however I feel confident after the first service day. The true test will be how the solution sprayed holds up and combats pests over the next few weeks and months.

Technician was both professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He had no problem answering our questions. Also was easy to reschedule outdoor treatment at our request due to oncoming storm. Very very pleased with our service and decision 2 switch over to Adaptive Environmental from our previous company.

The guy to do the pest control in my house came with an attitude very rude. i asked to do some places in my house and he wasnt do it, very rudeand the job that he did in my house was very sloppy, put spray over the kitchen not carefully, Im not happy, I dont want this company in my house again

They are pretty good as long as you are supervising them. If you are not home and they are scheduled to go do the outside, they will say they completed the service but when you go check is like they never went or did anything. I’ve had a couple times when I’m not home and they say they did the service and when I get hone there’s still a bunch of spider webs and ant hills all around. But at least you get a free touch up so you can schedule them to come again at no extra cost so they can do what they should have in the first place. Other than that the products they use are pretty ok.

They chemically burned my grass. I have tried to reach out to them for OVER a month to get compensated for my grass and the replacement for it. No one has connected me or seems interested in helping. I AM NOT Reccommending them to ANYONE!! 4.4 SCORE IS TOO HIGH IN MY OPINION

All the technicians that have come to my home have been courteous, precessional, and knowledgeable of The Organization and their role as a field service technician. They have helped to keep our home pest free, and in Florida, that’s quite the task. Great Company - Great Service!

Environmental friendly pest control service that demonstrated professionalism and friendly service. The tech was thorough and showed up at the time he indicated. I have animals so he waited for me to bring them in and then take them back out when he came indoors. One thing I especially appreciated was the tech wore foot protection over his shoes to not track in any dirt into my home. Overall I am very pleased with my first treatment

I’ve been a customer since January and am pleased with the services, all issues I’ve had with insects has been fully addressed. The techs who come out are great guys that are polite, professional, and subject educated. With two cats, a butterfly garden, and a koi pond, I need all the extra help to keep the ants wasps and mosquitoes in check.

This company is very precise and attentive to problems concerning any area of your house inside and out. I would highly recommend them for all your pest control needs. They go above and beyond what any other pest company would do and they advise you up close and personal of what they did and why they did it; not just jot it on a bill and leave it on your door without saying have a nice day.

First visit. On time, great interaction. Will have to wait to see the improvement for the pest control. So far liked the areas cleaned out below the ceilings on the porch and around the house. Couldn’t get them 100% removed but let us know that at the beginning. Still an improvement from what was there before.

😡😡😡Terrible service, my husband hired the services for fumigation for the spiders but it did not help at all and as if that were not enough they charged an advance fumigation service when we made the claim they told us that a representative was in the area we were not in the house the fumigation that was hired was mainly for the garage and the first floor of the house and what they did was leave a tag on the door lying that the service had been done, they called to make the claim, cancel the service and request a return of the last service they did not lend and refused. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE GARBAGE. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. 😡😡😡

1st treatment- for my backyard and interior. Previous Tenant had dogs and upon move out, yard is full of flies and and grass were dying. I’ve tried to bug bomb inside but still have so many. Technician was courteous and keep me abreast of his schedule arrival. He covered all areas both outside and inside. Will review after 2nd and 3rd treatment, to break the pest cycle.

First, the technician, Justin B. arrived ahead of schedule, which was a plus in my book. He was very courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. Not only did he confirmed the nature of his visit, which was consistent with my expectations, but he took time to reconfirm my problem areas/issues. He then took time to walk my property and discuss the work he would be doing to treat the issues. He even e planned the products he’d be using and the effect they’d have. Overall, I am very happy with my initial experience, and if this indicative of the next several months of my contract, I look forward to the next year of service.

Most of the folk are friendly enough - however, either the product being used just isn’t enough to prevent/control pests, and/or, they aren’t spraying all areas. We’ve had nothing but horrible bug issues since we’ve started using them. When I called to get them to come out - they response was “please call again tomorrow - all our technicians are booked and we have no one to service you. Maybe when you call again, we’ll have a cancellation and can get you on the schedule.” NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

No one has showed up. It’s been 3 hours since the appointment, and aptive wants me to leave a review. Here it is, I’ve been charged with no service.
