Found this company through Groupon, then was told my Groupon voucher wouldn’t work. Spent $255 to get rid of roaches. 1 week went by and still seeing roaches and ants.My wife called and was told after 14 days she would not see any.Well A month went by and still see roachesAnd now almost 3 months later seeing a lot more.We are not happy with the service provided especially just having a new born and finding them crawling on her things. NOT WORTH THE SERVICE.Just booked with Terminex and there fee is better$90 initial and then $90 every 3 months.Basically $360 for the year. Way better deal then What we paid with you.Will never recommend to anyone

Safely treated our home for fleas and ticks, for a fair price. Its great to know their chemicals are safe for our children and pets. they do all our services for termites and pests control, but Johnie was right they dont just control pests, they eliminate them

In just 1 visit he eliminated our german roaches infestation, and fleas. Just knowing that your company only uses child safe treatments inside our home really put us at ease. Thanks for the great service, and your office answered the phone on the first ring with the person with the knowledge, no waiting to be transferred to someone else.

Johnie Henderson provides amazing work, he is very knowledgeable, prompt & friendly. Even more he is by far the most affordable out there. You can’t go wrong hiring him. Not only am I beyond pleased but he made sure to take great care of my family, the Heards as well.

I live in an apartment complex and have a month service to treat/prevent for roaches etc. Recently had an issue with roaches company began coming once a weekly per request, spraying harmful sprays etc without success. The problem continued to worsen, so I contacted Henderson Pest Examination threw recommendation and after ONE animal & child safe treatment I am pest free!!! I could not be more pleased!

My family is definitely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that Johnie gave us during his visit to totally eliminate our pest problems which included Roaches and Rats and Fleas. As a grandmother of 8 and two daughters with 2 on the way, we are always concerned about what kinds of chemicals are used in our home. Mr Henderson took the time to explain everything and he did a great job.

My parents hired them when Johnie was in high school in Altamonte springs. His dad taught him well, he always addresses me as mam, even though we went to high school together. You deserve 1o stars, We have done several treatments of our guests rooms and are constantly on the lookout for them. The day after Henderson Pest treated on of our 200 Orlando area homes for bedbugs, the driver of our shuttle saw a bedbug on the guests luggage as they were leaving and he notified us asap. I called Henderson and the next day he came out and honored our 1 year retreatment warranty and zapped the new infestation before it became a problem. We first thought Henderson was a little expensive but their 1 year warranty is actually low cost for what you get

Johnie Henderson is one of the finest people I know. Hes actively involved in community service Organizations Like Rotary and during Christmas of 2018, even though he was stuggling with the financial burdens his widowed mother and her dementia Johnie still freely spent over $4,000 of his own money on the materials to repair the home of an elderly woman who was caring for her 2 granddaughters.Every year he makes generous donations to the Children at the Florida Sheriffs youth ranches and recently I heard he has started a new project including providing all the materials for the girls scouts for the entire Citrus district to create beautiful things for children in critical care throughout central florida

This guy and company are a fraud!!! They promise one thing, even get you to not use the Groupon (so he doesnt have to share profits w them), then do a minimal job which one could do for $20. After I told him how I felt the service fell short of what was promised znd expected, he started sending weird texts, in trying to make you look like an unreasonable customer. Fraud!!! Regret dealing with this co/guy.I have one word to describe this guy, Henderson: insane. After my review, he went on a personal, bizarre rant and keeps sending crazy texts saying all sorts of insults and lies. He has also fabricated this Taliban story that I just cant figure out where it comes from. This man is not only a conman, but a lying, lunatic who nobody should be doing business with. Stay away!!

My wife and I moved here from Michigan a few years ago and were surprised by the number of bugs there are in Florida. We tried doing it ourselves because we have a fixed income but it was too much for us to do. We had a referral for Henderson Pest Elimination from our community office so we called them. But instead of having to wait a few weeks for an appointment the man on the phone said he could move some things around to be here later that same day. We have never had such a quick reponse from a home service provider in any business, even in our home town where we have both lived for 30+ years.Mr Henderson came out and gave us a very nice price, a retirement community price he said. And then just yesterday in our community bulletin we saw a flyer from Henderson Pest Elimination that they have DONATED FREE termite treatment supplies, $4,000 worth to our community. This small family owned company we have learned, has donated $4,000 of termite treatments to each of several retirement communities here in Central Florida just because they care about seniors living on fixed incomes. This literally brings tears to our eyes that a stranger cares so much about the plight of the lower income retirement communities.Thank you so much Mr Henderson you are a great man.

Johnnie does a thorough and Amazing job!! We had a major infestation and with him, he kept it very affordable and got rid of our bug issues. He also taught us alot to help us. We are grateful for him coming still every month!! Gives us all peace of mind!! Thanks Johnnie!!

I really wish there was a 50 stars option. We had been treating our home ourselves and with some less reputable pest control people before we met johnnie. Those other companies never could fix our roaches problem but kept charging us a lot of money every single time they came out. We called Henderson pest and Johnie was at our door 10 minutes before the appointment and as a now single working mom that was great because I have no free time to waste.But not only did Johnnie do everything he said he would do, but one day he dropped off 2 new bicycles for my kids (my husband and I were seperated and money was too tight to buy them each a bike and i guess he saw them taking turns sharing their one bike) and this was so unexpected.Not just an excellent exterminator but a great human.Thanks Johnnie

Very prompt with all service needs. Shows up on time for every appointment. Johnny has answered all my question and explains everything that needs to be done before and after treatment. Most importantly the bugs are dead 😁😁. Highly recommend!

My husband is a pilot and he brought back bedbugs to our home that already had some roaches from an old refrigerator the previous tenants left behind. But within an hour Mr Henderson replied with a very reasonable quote and set us up for total elimination just a few days later. Now its been 2 months and we havent seen a single roach or bed bug!!!!!

Bedbugs from hell were living in our home. Several different companies had come out and each charged us a lot of money claiming to be experts, but when we still had them they said we would have to pay again. We got a recommendation for Henderson Pest elimination and it was the best thing we did. Were so unhappy with all those other companies.Johnie Henderson came out and explained that his dad was in this business before he was born and that even though he has a lot of knowledge and skills hes always trying to learn more. We felt comfortable with hiring him and we began tio remove just the flammables from our home. those other companies forced us to waste over a thousand dollars having all our clothes drycleaned everytime we hired another one.Johnie did give us some instructions to allow him to achieve what he called convection but we actually didnt think that was important so we didnt do it. when he arrive at our door as scheduled at 6am he was disappointed that we didnt do everything we were supposed to do and he kept insisting that we should postpone until we were actually ready. But my husband and I were just so tired of being eaten alive and we insisted that he had to do it because we had a contract and he had to do it because we said so.Later when we returned at 3pm he told us that he didnt think it was going to be successful because we didnt do what we were supposed to do and sure enough a week later we found a few bedbugs (but still a huge reduction from what we started with and something that non of those other companies could achieve). I called Johnie in tears because we had already wasted a fortune with 3 other bad companies before we hired his company, and I was apologizing profusely because we had bullied him into doing the work when we didnt follow the directions.To our astonishment he just asked us to get our home ready again and he would return in 2 weeks and do the entire heat treatment again. he had offered us an option for either a 1 year or even a lifetime warranty but we just wanted his cheapest option which didnt include any warranty yet he was giving us warranty service. He said of course we didnt follow the instructions which we signed, but because he has a compassionate heart he would do us this one extra treatment for free but if we werent fully prepared we would be responsible for the results.And sure enough he did it and we havent seen a bedbug in over a year.

John is great. Took his time to not only get rid of the bugs but to educate me on how to prevent and identify bugs. Got rid of those ghost ants I couldn’t ever get rid of.

Mr Henderson thank you so much for arriving on time and thank you very very much for telling us about the Formosan Termites. We had Hometeam because they claimed to be the only ones who could service the taexx system in our walls but they also dont provide any protection from the most destructive termites. Those Formosan termites are scary and I wish all companies had to provide protection because we didnt understand the differences, Thank you for your honesty and we were very please when you gave us more protection for less than we have been paying and being so nice

Im so happy that you have the same equipment to service our TAEXX tubes in the walls pest system. Hometeam lied to us and said they were the only ones. Youve been doing a great job since we hired you several years ago and even happier that we are paying you much less money and receiving much more.We had no idea that Hometeam wasnt protecting our home from the Formosan termites, we are so fortunate to have your company protecting our home from all termites, roaches, ants, and everything else!!!

Hes too expensive. I purchased his 2k voucher and needed to pay him more because he said my yard was too big (even though a certified surveyor has measured my lot at 1547 sq feet). In total I spent nearly hundreds when I could have bought another groupon deal for 40 bucks. Too expensive and ineffective treatment. NOT recommended!!
