They don’t know how to cut corse hair, I asked for a medium high fade with a line up. And I tell them my hair is difficult so I advise them to go slow and ask me if want my opinion.She started by cutting my top with scissors and I was like I didn’t want any of the top but she said it was too late, then start on the fade and next thing I know I just get a line of zero down and no fading at all and don’t get me started on the line up they pushed it back and only lined up on side and the other is a semi circle. If you got thick hair or any hair at all don’t go there

Waited for 30 mins after they told us only need to wait for 15 mins. Two stylists were taking their sweet time to clean up after the last two customers because they are following the exact time showing on the screen. My sons and I felt mistreated because of our skin color. I asked the stylist for a wet towel to clean up the hair around my son’s neck she handed me a dry towel with spraying cold water to make it damp. Horrible horrible experience and will not go back!

Had my haircut last Saturday by Cassie. She did a great job, took her time, friendly and professional...a vast improvement over my last appointment here. Previously bad haircut by a former stylist was made up for with a generous offer from Megan of a free MVP haircut. Everything was great, we got in right away and service was good but I think I was overcharged. My older son said the stylist told him he would get the first MVP treatment complimentary, after I asked why his cut was more expensive than his brothers. I think they should ask before upgrading a service especially, when the client isn’t paying the parent is.

To start this was my first time coming to Sports Clips in Simi Valley. They had a sign in the window that said No Wait and I definitely didnt have to. Destiny had me put my info into the computer checkin kiosk which I though was convenient. After getting me all signed in she immediately had me sit down for a haircut. Destiny was very patient with my request and professional in her demeanor. Destiny was detailed and made sure every angle of my hair was cut and trimmed precisely. After my hair was cut, the first thing I though of was going home to shower the hair clippings off. Right as I stood up to pay she says, You get the MVP treatment for your first time visit! Follow me please. Destiny treated me to a tea tree shampoo and conditioner wash which includes a very relaxing neck and hair massage. Your face gets wrapped in a hot rag. The smell of the tea tree is very aromatherapeutic. Destiny dried my hair and added leave in tea tree conditioner followed by a shoulder and back massage. Let me just say I didnt expect the hospitality that I was treated with. For the price I paid of 29, plus the 10+ dollar tip I left, money worth the treatment and hospitality I was treated with here. My stylist was Amanda, I think she’s the store manager, professional courteous tentative asked me my needs and my wants for my hairstyle very professional .The day that I came in she had problems with two of her people not showing up on time and then when they did show up they took a good 15 minute maybe a little longer break before they service the first person, when your sitting room had customers, I’m hoping she has the freedom to reprimand or “Fire “if needed without repercussion against her, she’s trying to run a facility not a daycare.Jeff Rightler

I have had my haircut here about ten times and never in my life have I had such horrible haircuts, and Im in my forties so Ive had a few in my life time. A simple buzz cut cant be too hard to achieve... Apparently it is for three of the four women that Ive seen here. Amanda, Melanie, and the heavy manager (cant remember her name) all need to find a different line of work because these women SUCK!!!! The only girl in there that knew how to cut hair has recently left and is not coming back so stay away! Anywhere is better than Sport Clips in Simi Valley!

The lady that was going to cut my hair asked me how I would like it, I simply said that I wanted an average haircut, but I would like the top part a little longer. She said she would start with a high number clip and she would switch to shorter clips until it looked good. She mustve forgot what either of us said, because she started with a number 2 clip and went around my entire skull. All I wanted was a trim and now I have a shaved head. 0/10 experience, only come here if you want to look like a skinhead from the 1960s.

Being going here for over 2 years and have seen the quality of the stylists dropping. IT WAS AWESOME...now it is a hack shop. My last cut there they butcher mine and my sons hair...only way to save it was to shave our heads...never going there again!

Kasi did an awesome job on my hair! I found Liquid on google and saw some yelp reviews and gave them a try. Kasi was really nice and she knew exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend this place if you want to do fashionable colors.

I know I came 20 minutes before closing, but that doesnt mean you cut my hair poorly. The whole thing felt rushed and because of this my hair was cut uneven, but I didnt notice at the time. I come to Sports Clips to get a quality hair cut for $20 plus the $5 tip I left for the lady who cut my hair. Worst $25 Ive ever spent. Its not every Sport Clips location that give haircuts that felt like came from a monkey, but just this one specifically. Ill just stick to my usual Sport Clips location I got to, where I know for a fact an actual human will be cutting hair. Thanks once again for the poor experience, now I have to go to my usual Sport Clips location and pay another $20 for a touch up for you locations horrible hair cut.

Hair stylists dont listen to what you want. I had a full head of hair to work with, told her not to cut the top and my cowlicks cuz my hair will stick out. She cut the top and buzzed my cowlicks. Second time Ive gotten a bad cut. Never going again.
