If I could give this place zero stars, I would. There’s no way they should be rated a 4.8 out of 5 stars. I went with a friend to get pedicures yesterday and even though the lady who did mine was nice, the job she did was awful. I asked for French (white tips), which I ALWAYS get. The lady said okay, and then over an hour later says she can’t make them work because my nails are “too short”, obviously I’m annoyed so I don’t say anything. She gave up trying to do the white tips and says full white will look better. What a joke. The top photo is how I always get my nails done, and yes those are really my feet not some stock photo. The bottom is what she did. Mind you, she charged me $57. HOW? I’m currently at MC Spa & Nails in Dr. Phillips getting my pedicure redone and none of the nail techs can believe the job she did or that she had the nerve to charge for it. BEWARE, DO NOT GO HERE.

My daughter treated me to a mani/pedi while on vacation. It was a lot of fun! I normally get pedicures, but not manicures. Im a massage therapist, so my nails really arent supposed to be painted (not a legal issue) and they need to be kept rather short for the clients comfort. The place was very clean and the staff was delightful! I will definitely be going back if Im vacationing here again!!

They always do such a good job! So clean and professional! Ive been going here for 4 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else! 5+ stars there is no other place you want to go!

I am disappointed:/ I came here on my vacation to Florida and loved the people there and it was such a nice atmosphere! I paid for gel nail polish so it would last longer but 3 days later my nail polish started peeling off! Now a week later and half my nail polish is gone. Highly disappointed and wish I could get my money back😕

Im not from Orlando but I felt very welcomed with my family here. They took care of my childrens manicure & even NY fiancée mani/pedi. I am amazed how natural my nails look & feel. The manicurist took her time & made sure I loved the design I choose. I highly recommend this place as a true New Yorker. 👍

Love this place, everyone always friendly and helpful. Moon does an awesome job on my nails and knows what color pink I like and I dont need to tell her the color she goes and picks it out for me and its its perfect. Moon is always funny and we joke alot together. The atmosphere is fun and most of the customers end up chatting together as well.

Stop looking for a trusted nail salon. This is the place to come. I have been getting my nails done here for 4 years. I’m satisfied every time. Tony takes very good care of me. The price is affordable and the quality is supreme. I’m going to miss coming here since I’m moving to Georgia. Maybe I can commute every 2 weeks for my refills. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Got my nails done yesterday with my best friend wonderful experience 10/10! Definitely recommend coming here not only were they friendly but also very clean and gentle! The space was relaxing and calming I felt like I was transported to a zen spa lol! Great job to the guy who did my nails thank you!

My daughter and I had a great experience. We came in to get our nails touched up for her 16th birthday party. We had one woman doing our nails bouncing between us both and we were done in record time. Her name was moon. She was so nice to us both. I would recommend her and the salon to anyone looking for excellent service.

Price was decent, paint job could have been better, one of my nails was crooked, customer service was great.

I made an appointment. I had to wait way pass my appointment time. They finally asked me to come and sit at the pedicure chair. The woman that supposed to do my pedicure left to take care of another client, without any explanation. I was sitting there waiting wondering who was going to take care of me. Finally I decided to leave the place. Very disrespectful staff.

Moon was AMAZING!! She took her time on my feet and nails and was super sweet. The others were also super welcoming, offering refreshments and you don’t really wait long at all in between services! The prices are high, but they are in a tourist area where prices are naturally higher so it makes sense. I have never laughed so hard getting my nails done and it was a totally relaxing experience! They are constantly sanitizing along the way. I can’t say enough great things about Moon though! She was kind, she brought some cuts and stuff I had on my feed to my attention and told me to tell her if the products hurt in any way, she was super attentive to any budget, she brought me a menu for my services and told me ahead of time what I would pay so I wouldn’t be surprised. This salon has a patron for life (or as long as I live in Orlando, lol.) thank you!!!

I have never been to a nail salon that I was absolutely in love with!!! I love my nails, my mother loved her nails! The hot stone pedicure was pure delight! If you want a place that is professional, friendly and provides extraordinary results.. then this is your place! My only regret is that I don’t live here!!! If I did I would be a loyal customer!!!

This nail salon is a joke, the charge 5.00 for the length off your nail for a fill. My nails are short and I had to pay an extra 5.00 for no reason. Rude people and wont tell you upfront its extra for nail length. Dont go they will steal your money

I was able to walk in and get a French full and gel pedicure. Im here on vacation and Im super happy with the fast service. Thank you for providing me a escape from my inlaws for a little while.

One of the male employees was extremely rude. After I asked him if he could change the color of the design (we had not started applying colors yet), he refused to continue working on my nails and claimed that “I was changing a lot.” I waited for one of his colleagues to finish my manicure. I felt very disrespected and sad about the situation. As a customer, I don’t get to decide the design of my nails?? I simply asked a question and even said to him “ I trust you. Let’s go with your way.” At that moment, I thought because he knew I was Chinese, he was rude and impatient to me. He was nice to the American customers coming into the salon later even though they also requested changes. I really wanted to storm out the salon this morning after what he did but I didn’t want to cause a scene.To manager/owner of the salon: please let your short-haired no-beard male employees know that he should treat everyone equally. It’s sad that customers of your own race feel discriminated.

Ok so let me first start off by saying the care that gave me and my 4 yr old daughter was top notch! The pedicures are better than any pedicure I’ve had, the oils and fruit they use really were elegant! Of course we can’t have the 4 yr old get her nails done without Mickey Mouse designs! Moon took care of my Mom and I! It was very relaxing! We got a pedicure and the polish stayed on for a long time. They also have massage chairs and we got free water.

We were in town visiting the park from out of state. Our hotel is a street down, and this place is the BEST walk in salon Ive ever been to. My daughter got her first pedicure and I got a pedi and wax. Employees were so kind and stayed late without complaining. My overall experience was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for good quality work!!

Came from Indiana and needed a pedicure right away. Was able to get in quickly and get a pedi by Moon. Salon is clean and pedi was done thoroughly without rush. Recommend. She offered cold drinks like water and coke products.

I always come here ever since I discovered them about 8 months ago. I have been to many salons throughout Orlando and this is by far my favorite. Everyone gets along well and they always try to make their guests laugh and have a great time. They offer drinks as well and are very polite and great at listening to you when you voice concern, have a question, or want to change something. These beautiful nails were done by Ms. Lee and I absolutely love them! If you go see her, which I promise you won’t regret, ask her about baby cow 😂😂😂

This is my first and last time here. This is the first time I was told that they would not remove dead skin from my hills. For regular pedicure, they just scrub the hills and if you pay $10 more you will get your dead skin removed. My hills are not bad at all but I have some dry skin... Daaa, that is why I came to get a pedicure done. Basically, you pay $27 for soaking your feet in warm water and toe nails shaped. I think it is ridiculous.Maybe it is a norm in Orlando 🤷🏻‍♀️

I made an appointment for two people at 12 noon... they did not even acknowledge one member of my party until 1pm.. that’s unacceptable.. if you don’t honor your appointments why have that option?? I am a local and always looking to establish a regular salon and I’m sorry to say it won’t be this one

I went to Elegant Nails while visiting Orlando. It was probably the worst nail salon Ive been to! My nails are unevenly shaped, and the tech did not clean my cuticles properly, she even cut my skin.. I would not go back to this place! Avoid it if you can.

I came in for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. Tina did a great job, I am very happy with how my nails look. The pedicure was $27 and a gel mani is $30, but I wanted a glitter accent nail (ended up doing glitter on all) and they charged a bit more for that. My total was $60.I would come back next time we’re in town. Recommend!

First off the employees were nice. But The pricing were ridiculous to get a design on my tips. They wanted to charge me an extra $20! There was no social distancing. The work they did on my nails were so sloppy, uneven, and not the correct shape. Not even worth what i paid.

Had a mani-pedi, it was ok but, far from the best I have ever had. My husband and I both had the basic pedicure. They did not clean under the nails. My fingernails were in bad shape from having fake nails. One person did the soaking, filing, cuticle trimming and prep, then someone else did the polish. That person left polish on the skin, didnt even try to clean it up. They were very nice but, I will not go here again.

I arrived just as the nail salon was opening up. There was two other customers in there, and they took me right away. The person that did my nails, a gentleman, did an amazing job I had gel done and it is still on 2 weeks later. Would absolutely recommend this place as they took their time for my manicure and pedicure.

Zero customer service skills. I went in needing a gel polish with cuticles cleaned up, she took this nasty used tool, not sterilzed to cut my cuticles, and my polish was a joke. $15. I gave no tip cuz none deserved. These are my nails 2 days later.
