I’ve had a wonderful experience, they are very professional and kind. My nails always look cute. I try to book with a specific person due to his speed and quality, however any other person I’ve gotten is still great.

When a 35$ full set comes out to 75$. what do you think?Where did the other 40$ apply to? Besides 5$ for gel top coat.I consider these short coffin/ballerina although I did ask for coffin but I hate complaining and delaying the process as I had plans after. His name is Ky table 4. He is one of the best out of all but practice makes progress so Ill post my next set for holloween or Thanksgiving when I return

Meh. This place was just OK. I got a basic manicure. No towels or anything to rest my hands on was laid down on the table—just my hands and the table. The emery board and buffer weren’t fresh and definitely had been used before (ugh, not sanitary). And, during my manicure, an unmasked woman was seated at a chair within three feet of me. Most of the workers were wearing masks properly, which I appreciated. The polish went on too thick, and the five minutes my guy told me to wait were not long enough—my polish smudged even 45 minutes later! I was trying this place out to see if it would be a good place to bring a group of girlfriends. I won’t be back.

Visiting from out of state and came here with my friend for pedicures. All was good but when used the grater I was cut. I didn’t feel this before I came in and never had a cut there before.

Pedicure came out good enough. Not a long wait, and spacious. Electronic sign in was easy. Hospitable, relaxing, and courteous, employees wearing masks was a plus in this pandemic. A bit pricey since I’ve had better pedis elsewhere, & I wish they had a better selection of regular colors, but it’s nearby so I’ll be back someday:)

First and last time. They will get you in and out but they rush you. The nail tech who did my fill was upset because the nail tech who polished my toes didnt put the nail polish at his station. He asked me and I wasnt sure. I tried to help him locate the color, he was still upset. The lady walking around directing everything found the polish. The man doing my nails tells me its also my fault because I wasnt sure what my color was. My daughters toe nail polish was messed up. The color on my toes is not the same on my hands. They dont santize the work stations after each client. After the tech did my feet, she took the towel under my feet and wanted me to put my feet bare on the pedicure station. They put a new client at that same chair without wiping it down. They have social distance signs on the floor but sat me next to a lady who didnt have a mask on. I will not be back.

The attitudes given after making it know that I didnt like how my sister and Is nails were done was unnessisary and uncalled for. Will not be getting my nails done here again. Overly priced for the work they are doing. My sister didnt even finish her nails because of the treament given. There goes my motherday gift smh. Below is a picture of my nails after one day.

Tony did it! He was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He did an amazing job with my new full set, coffin style. The place overall is very clean and very relaxing. I also did a pedicure which was relaxing and well done. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to come in.

It was amazing. Loved everything about it. My daughter was talked to the whole time. She gave her great ideas for her nails and it turned out amazing! Her name was T.T! Ask for her and make sure you give her a great tip because SHE is worth it!

Went in for a upper lip and eyebrow wax which cost $25 including the tip to have been burnt from the wax strip being pulled over and over in a spot where I know for damn sure werent alot of hair. Which due to that I had skin redness and irritation for going 5 dys looking and feeling embarrassed then feeling confident.Kinda disappointed

Me and my husband are here on our 5 year baecation lol I wanted him to get a pedi with me and we seen this place going to Walmart & decided to try it out usually I’m pretty skeptical about nail salons that I’ve never been to but my feet needed it lol! First thing it’s very organized not a long wait and the people who work there are actually nice! The woman who did my feet & the woman who did my husbands both did an amazing job! The same woman did my husbands manicure she did so hid his hands looked so nice and cleaned up after I was very pleased with our service and the price wasn’t bad either we got 2 pedicures mine with gel & his manicure came out to be $91 definitely would come back if I’m ever in the area again ☺️

The $29 pedicure was too fast,barely massaged my legs. Same for my heels, she barely scrubbed them, she cut open my little toe with the nail file so bad that I had to keep putting neosporin on it and hope that it didnt get infected and she didnt even clean around my nails well. Ive gone to places where I have paid less and theyve done a way better job. The nail polish job is horrible, theres paint between the nail and the skin. Thank God I didnt pay for it, someone gave me a gift card. I will not be coming back.

John did an amazing job. He was very meticulous and took his time on my nails even though there were people waiting for him. I recommend making an appointment or getting here early to avoid a wait. Everything was very clean and everyone was professional and pleasant.

Asked for thin more natural full set, tech was nice but did not do what I asked. Nails are too thick and bumpy. Wont go back

This is the place I go for dip powder, pedicure, and lashes. I always request Tracy number 11. I did not try many of the other people that work there. Tracy has angel hands and she makes my nails and lashes look fabulous. I always get compliments.

TONY IS AMAZING!! He is the first nail tech that actually listened to me on what I wanted and delivered service above my expectations! I will be back!

So I literally went in just for my eyebrows. Told the girl how I wanted them. She showed me and I asked her to trim them down a little more but she persisted that they were short enough which they wasnt. Im just upset she didnt listen and just trimmed it a little more.

I will not be coming back. I used to come here every two weeks. The last two times I got a gel polish it chipped the very next day. I gave them an opportunity to fix it both times which they did without a problem, however the nails chipped the day after it was fixed as well. I Dont have time to keep going back to get it fixed.

I have visited this place twice in October, and although it looks great and fancy, the job is not great. I naturally grow long strong nails, so I only go to nail salons for manicure with gel. Ever since I visited this place, my nails are weak af. I have to keep them super short because they break easily and get stuck on every fabric. These people charge a good price, but they don’t care about the nail if the client has nice natural nail.

While the people were very nice...i paid $38 for dip and left a $10 tip and this is my nails after less than a week! They started peeling after 3 days! I’ve ever had that happen at any other nail salon... extremely upset as I’m going on vacation and have no time to go back and get fixed

I have lived in Florida for year and 9 months and I had a hard time finding somebody to do my nails the way I like them . I went To DL Today and Ken did my nails and he did a fabulous job I am extremely happy so I suggest this place if you want a good nail job done

I’m new to the FL and especially Orlando area, this was my first time getting my nails done here. There was no wait which is great but made me wonder why. It was all great till the end when Tyler started rushing to finish with me so my dip powder didn’t dry all the way after he told me I was ok to go so when I went to pay it smeared and he also made me bleed. Excellent workmanship and customer service. Tony does a dip that lasts forever and his wifes pedicure will last almost as long as you have feet! It is a beautiful establishment that offers state of the art treatments and facilities. You wont be disappointed with any service that you choose here...including waxing.

I got some simple nails and to much money for no reason .

This place is very clean and very available for me. I have always done gel on my hands and regular on my feets.The past 2 times I have went, the gel on my nails start peeling 2 or 3 days after.The first time I let it past but this second time I went (this past wednesday) I had to go back the next day to get the gel on my thumb redone because it didn’t dry properly and now I am noticing that it started peeling again, my thumb and 3 other nails.I paid 40 including the tip to get such a poor job. It’s really sad for me but I won’t be coming back.

They give you the option or regular polish or gel on your dip....Within 2 days, the gel coat on my nails (which they charge you more for) was chipping off....one week later I had to get them removed they looked soo bad. I was charged for the removal of the horrible job they did in the first place,and decided against better judgement to get a pedicure, because I was thinking you can’t mess that up, however she did cut into my toe, on the side of my nail, So now My toe is red and inflamed and my finger nails are fragile and breaking, Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. 👎🏻👎🏻

UPDATE: I have been back several times since my first visit. I still love this place!!I just left the salon and I am extremely pleased! I had a pedicure and the powder dipped ombré with tips. Mike done my nails and they are beyond my expectations! He was very observant and did a wonderful job. I’m so happy I finally found such a good nail salon. I will 100% be back!

This place is pretty new & full of staff so a long wait is nearly impossible. They took me right after I walk in and gave my feet a wonderful treatment. I had Nuskin Hotstone + Paraffin Pedicure, I can say it s the best pedi I ‘ve ever had, my skin feels amazing. That’s all I need for my Pedi! Thanks Dl Nail 🙂

The place is clean. Ive been there twice and was not impressed. The last time I was rushed out as the last client and ended up messing up my manicure. Think Ill look around for another place.

Ive been coming to this salon for about 7 months now, but for Christmas a friend got me a certificate to another salon for a fill and pedicure, since I needed it done, I went. By the time I needed a fill again in about 2 weeks, my nails were a wreck!! Normally, I get an acrylic overlay with gel polish and they stay perfect for about 3 weeks until my next fill. This time, the fill (from the other salon) was lifting and misshaped and just horrible! Mike, my nail tech, is a MIRACLE WORKER!!!! He really takes his time, but works quickly too, hes kind if a perfectionist! Which is a great trait for a nail tech! He fixed places that were lifting, and reshaped my nails all over again. These are my natural nails so its important to me, and the polish job.....perfection!!!! Ive never tried matte before, but the are gorgeous!!! Thank you DL Nail Spa for always making me feel so important and thank you Mike for saving my nails!!!!

Never have I felt so stressed while doing my nails and feet than today. This is usually my “me time” but today was definitely my last time at this salon. I had been a customer for a very long time from when the salon was next to the barbershop and never did I walk out so dissatisfied. I walked out with nails I had to go home and file my way because the tech would not file them as I asked being that I am the customer paying for the service. $103 later I can most definitely say I had horrible customer service and not the final product I was hoping for.

It was a great experience. Tony was very patient and artistic. My SNS with design was $50. It was beautiful. A little pricey but very much worth it. I didnt tip only because I also had to buy my son his birthday gifts and Halloween costume for my daughter aswell. as soon as I have some extra cash, a nice tip is very well deserved. Ill be going every 3 weeks. the atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. I had a very happy moment.

Beatifully decorated. However, not all staff here are trained on the services they provide. I experienced poor gel polish application, being cut several times and the service took entirely too long ( my friend that I arrived with was done almost an hour before I finally chose to suspended the service and leave). The owners dont seam to care about the quality of work given, if you are satisfied with the service or if you come back ever again. I dont recommend this place for those reasons. However, if you must, get a named recommendation. Its a roll of the dice on the skill that your technician will have. Only pretty on the outside, terrible customer service.

I’m the pickiest person ever and I drive an hour and a half just because they are that good and I want it done correct. Not only do they do amazing nails but I just got some laskhes that are extremely natural looking and I have non stop gotten complements. I absolutely love this spa and Susan is the best.!!!

This salon is sooooooooooooo nice! Its super clean, everything is new and sparkly! Its well ventilated- which means none of those cheap nail salon fumes. Its a bit pricey, but if you get a good nail tech its worth the $100+ youll spend.

They provided exceptional service. The staff was friendly and the ambiance of the salon was relaxing. If you are looking for cheap this isn’t the place, but if you are looking for quality this is the best place to go.

Only giving 1 star just to write the review! Needless to say never going back! The gentleman that did my nails did an awful job! This is my second time here and both times same problem. He left my nails bulky and unshaped! The color I wanted was white and he didn’t even paint my whole nail, the sides weren’t touched and he didn’t bother to file them or at least shape them nice and even. After I paid them and even gave them a tip I went RIGHT down the street to get my nails fixed. As soon as the other establishment saw my nails they were like “omg tell me what happened” so I ended up paying to get them fixed at this other place and they did an amazing job and took very good care of me. Never going back to DL nails!

My wife just got her nails done today. When she got home her finger was bleeding so much. Her nails looked like someone did a bad job. She was really upset because it cost her 80 bucks for a bad job done. She says they kept making excuses about her nails and they kept telling her that her nails was fine. She was too overwhelmed because they wouldnt listen she paid and left.

Im new to Orlando an this is the 3rd nail salon Ive been to in two years. The employees are friendly and attentive but I gave a 4star because of the long wait time. Not a bad thing its just I have a busy schedule an being in nail salon hour half/two is not ideal. I got gel tip nails Oct 26th an they are still intact and shiny today Dec 1st. Headed in today for refill. They are good with pedicures and eyebrow wax! Check them out!

Well all this people saying they got charged $38 for a full set dip powder and complaining, you guys are lucky!!!! I just got charged $40 for refill.... I asked for dip powder refill and they ended up taking out all the dip powder and put acrylic and gel color. The full set cost me $42 and the refill $40..... and not even dip powder. They just lost a client!!

John is great! All of the nail techs are really nice and the new location is absolutely gorgeous! Nail care at its finest for reasonable prices. Can’t beat that!

My husband and I have been regular customers at DL Nails & Spa for several years. We always receive the Deluxe Manicures & Pedicures. We enjoy the 1 1/2 hours of pampering, and have never been disappointed. The new location is beautiful!

This is one of my favorite nail spas of all time! The staff is warm & friendly. They greet you immediately upon entry. The salon is spacious and very clean. The chandeliers are beautiful. My pedicure tech was Kelly and she was the sweetest! She took so much time to make sure that my feet got the proper care. Their chairs have leg rests! Omg! I’ve NEVER seen this at a nail spa. Not even in Georgia. So when they’re doing the callus remover, instead of holding your leg in mid air, you can gently rest your calves so that your feet get that extra bit of tlc. I will absolutely return. They’re by far my favorite in Orlando. Keep up the good work! #ashsaidit

Went in to get a gel manicure. The manicure is sloppy. Its uneven in color and is all over the sides of my nails/fingers. The man was rough and rude. He actually told me This color looks terrible on your nails. You should pick a different one next time. Gee thanks... I wont be going back.However, they were quick and got me right in.

I lost my nail tech as she moved to Miami. I was really distraught as I needed to find another place to have my nails done. I am really picky about my nails and found this company online with excellent reviews. I called them and explained that I needed someone very good and they gave me John. Never had a male do my nails before but it was wonderful. So kind and caring and did a fantastic job! He and his wife run this salon and I cant tell you how nice and clean and peaceful it was. This is a very well run place, computerized for appts. so no problems on scheduling. What a difference from the last place I was at. Would recommend them very highly.

My nail tech was rude, did not speak enough English to do her job & didnt try to get help or use a translators. When my thumb nails didnt cure properly she huffed loudly and made it clear she did not want to redo them. The cherry on top of this experience was that she was on the phone or FaceTime through our whole appointment. The manager pretended to care when I went back and tried to fix them but you cant save trash. Dont go here. Dont waste your money. Any business not willing to go above and beyond to correct a bad experience clearly does not care about customer experience in general.

Ive been getting my nails and pedicures done here for years and was always very pleased. Lately theyve had a huge turnover of staff. For years Lisa did my nails and I never had a problem. One day I went and Lisa was no longer there. Now every time I get someone that does a good job, theyre gone by the next time I go. I had never removed my acrylic on my own but the last time I went they did such a horrible job that I removed the acrylic and cut my nails. Not sure Ill go back.

I went today and I think her name is susan, she did a horrible job on my nails. I don’t understand what was the rush if I was the second person as soon as they opened so it’s not like they were busy. Told her to take a color off one of my nails that was glitter because I didn’t like it and last time I checked I’m paying her to do them the way I want and she didn’t like that fact that she had to change it and kept telling me “I don’t see what’s the problem I like it”. Then once I actually had a chance to look at them they were all lumpy and way too much acrylic was put on my nail and they weren’t even straight or even. I made a complaint about it but of course still got charged at the end of the day instead of someone at least fixing it then and there so I didn’t have to waste all this money. Was told by John who was very nice to come back next week and he would fix it but I don’t think I will be going back there again.

Went in with my nails looking HORRIBLE from the place that did them 2 weeks previous. They reshaped them perfectly and Tina was so nice. I will be back. Thank you ❤
