They do a very good job here. Some employees does more then others, and get all the extra cuticles out! The more you come, the more you will get to know who does a good job and who doesnt.

I LOVE TRACY! Her attention to details in unmatched. I will walk this earth with fred flintstone feet if she is not available. So many colors. Everyone is friendly. I go NOWHERE else!

This place is amazing. I’ve struggled finding a salon that I like and I’m so glad I found this place. I’m forever getting my nails done here. The nail techs are so friendly and so good at what they do.

I use to love coming here before as the service was great in the past. Nobody acknowledges you when you arrive. They are rude and unfriendly. 3 months ago was The last time I got tips here and they were HORRIBLE. The acrylic was not properly placed on my nails. I made an appointment with Monica (no longer works here) and she fixed them for me beautifully.I decided to give them try again today and went in just for eyebrows and I literally stood there for more than 5 minutes until I was asked what I needed. The lady who did my eyebrows did a terrible job: she made them super thin, uneven and made a huge space between eyebrows. As I came out one of the ladies who work there looked at me at said “DAMN!” Rude and so unprofessional!I will never come here again. The service is horrible and unacceptable!

I liked the design and it lasted me a whole month. The only down side was the lady who did my nails. She only asked me what color and what design, i choose the butterfly but she didnt ask for the shape which she started to do a box shape that i had her round out. Im not a picky person but i do mind what shape they are. They were beautiful while they lasted.

I just want to thank the beautiful Jamaican Queen 👸🏻That’s did my mani, pedi. When I mean I was so relaxed and happy 😊. My toes and hands came out perfect. 😍 She even gave me a coke ❤️ I love her.

Very kind people. Great service and the lady that did my mani and pedi did a great job. Older oriental lady very pretty and very nice and older gentleman made me feel very welcome and were very helpful. I got a gel mani and deluxe pedi with design for $90. A little pricey for me but thats because I choose gel and a design I assume. I will be back

I give this place 3.5 stars because I believe that this place is just having a bad day. I waited in the parking lot until approximately 12:15 for this place to open when they say they are open at 12 (but I guess everyone can be late)The lady that opened the door for me was GREAT! She was patient with me and helped me decide what I wanted and I was absolutely in love with my hands. I honestly believe she was the owner or manager.As for everyone else that staggered in late, one actually turned someone away! When it was my turn to get the pedicure this lady did a so/so job. I know my feet arent beautiful but most people have my feet feeling soft afterwards. She did a rushed job, even after I said I was going to tip her and the other worker the price of the pedicure .( someone else was paying for my pedicure. )Lastly, due to miscommunication they never charged the other party for my nails and I still ended up giving them $10 each.The only good part of this service was the atmosphere and the first lady. Id probably only come again to get a manicure from her.Update: Decided to go back and give a second chance 3 months later. The service was way better. Now, i believe that i came on a bad day last time. Will definitely try again later

After a not so pleasant experience at another salon I walked into MJ nails and spa. I sat with Marcia to get a full set and I left very pleased. She was quick and gave me what I wanted, short coffin shaped with a natural color. Oh and she blinged out my ring finger too...I love my nails and will definitely return to her to do them again. Ive been a customer with MJ Nails since the beginning of their business and I have to say that their staff does not do them any justice. They have no loyalty to long time customers and couldnt care less if you stay or go. As soon as you walk in you dont get a hello! you get theres a long wait mam. This is the last time I will be treated that way. I will find business elsewhere.

Horrible place, bad customer service, no hello upon arrival, I have a friend who went yesterday to get her eyebrows waxed and she got a HORRIBLE allergic reaction, and she called to see if she can get refunded or anything like that, and they proceeded to give her the wrong number of who to get in contact with, and also proceeded to put the phone on busy for hours after that as she tried to call back again, no response for hours on end. All around horrible experience. Save yourself the time and spend your money else where.

Please do not come here unless you are prepared to wait an hour before being seen for a pedicure. I understand being busy and short staffed, but no communication isn’t an excuse. I wasn’t helped until 10 minutes after I came in sat down and 50 minutes later I was finally beginning my pedicure. I do not recommend and I will not be back.

I came here to get a fullset was told on the phone that it was $25 and I came here to get it done and they were short and square with regular polish nothing special and got charged $35 because it was a long fullset. They always overcharge and are never on time. Very unprofessional.

When I called before, they told me $30, when she almost was finishing I asked her for a design that I wanted and she didnt know how to do it, she offered me a sticker and I chose a super small one at the end of the manicure, the same person who did it, charged me $40, I told her that they had told me by phone $30 and she said no Then she insisted but then asked her colleagues, they affirmed what I said, but she cant find how to charge me more until she told me that there were $5 more for the sticker. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I would never come back o recommend anyone to come to this place. It was a terrible experience and waste of time!

I came here to give it a few tries and everytime I come they always charge me more and more and today I got a pedicure and the polish had bubbles so I asked if we could change it to a different pink I saw but then she just picked a different color without asking me and put it on.

Just got a gel manicure yesterday and its already chipping because my nail tech decided to use 4 layers of gel. Ive been attemtping to call all morning to see if I can come in and get it fixed. But they just the phone ring & ring with no answer. Super unprofessional and terrible.

New fave nails salon! I recently moved fromNYC and was looking for a new nail salon. The owner was very kind and took the time out to explain their services in depth. Salon was very clean and took all proper protocols to insure you felt safe given the circumstances of covid. I had my nails done by Natalie, she was super sweet and not to mention did an amazing job. I’m super picky but would definitely recommend this place. I got acrylic dip nails.

I highly recommend! Everyone was so kind and sweet!!! I asked for a Last minute same day appointment and they were able to help me right away! The place is clean and is taking Covid-19 precautions. I was very pleased with the place! I’ll definitely be coming back!!!!

Perla @ Mj nails and spa is amazing. Love how my nails come out. They last about 3weeks or so and still look good. She’s great helping pick designs and ideas for my nails. Salon is super clean and employees are very friendly. Prices are great for the work that is done. Have recommended all the friends that I have that so there nails! GREAT PLACE!

Even though they started on my nails right away they had to do my nails twice and I still wasnt satisfied. Then to make matters worse before I left my cuticles were bleeding and the owners response was just to apply pressure to stop the bleeding. No refund available, no apology or nothing. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Beautiful and clean atmosphere. Lovely music, nice and friendly staff. They give you a complementary drink as well. There’s a wide variety of colors to choose from, prices are very good for the quality of work that you receive. I walked in, and I was immediately accommodated to a chair and a nail technician. She made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and welcomed. Wendi did an amazing job, everything was perfection. Thank you for the great service, even though it’s not the closest nail salon to my house, for the quality of work that is given, I have become a loyal client.

Amy was great! My friend and I walked in at 6:00 pm and the door said they closed at 7:00. Amy asked if I wanted a pedicure and I told her that I didn’t think she’d have time. She said they stay as long as they have customers😊 I got a shellac manicure, a pedicure and a brow wax. What a great place! We are from out of town but we’re treated like “regulars”. Thanks for a great evening!! Definitely will return if I am in the area.

I love this salon. I have been going there for over a year and the owners are friendly and very nice. If you go, you may want to call ahead to get a specific tech, but all of them are talented. I recommend if you cant get Jenny, ask for Perla. The atmosphere is nice and calm and they even serve wine, water, and soda!

Been going to this salon for about a year now. At first I used to go and be taken by the first available nail tech and had a couple techs damage my nails... but Perla is the BEST! She helped me get my nails healthy again and is super creative with her nail designs. Overall, the salon is clean and everyone is friendly.

I got my nails done on New Years Eve and I wake up the next morning to the Gel nail polish chipping. It is coming off on all of my nails. It’s very unprofessional and a waste of money. I will not be going here again

I have gone to this salon for over a year. Unfortunately, depending on who does your nails is how the experience will be and there is no consistency. I have had negative interactions with a few techs, as they are primarily on their phone and just complain they are tired while doing my service. I had very long nails and asked for half of the length, now more are at my finger tips, I was cut from the drill twice and once in my toe with scissors, and half of my nails are crooked. I was also over charged with no explication on why this occurrence was more, to which I got no valid response. There are a few very nice girls there, but as to how many chances and not making things right when necessary, will not be coming here again.

I popped in without an appointment and I was taken right away. I asked if they do gel and they had hundreds of options. The salon was clean and smelled very nice- not chemically at all. Windy did a great job- way better than I had expected! Will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Worst nail salon ever!!!! The lady used nail drill and filled of my nail bed and made me bleed. There were bubbles in my nails. After I paid I asked for the things to be fixed. They told me I would have to wait after I already waited an hour for messed up nails. While I was waiting outside the nail tech came and yelled at me. She called me all sorts of names bc I said her work was not the best. After that I asked for a refund. I was denied my refund. Don’t ever come here.

Very professional, cut all ingrown toenails and no pain! Very pleased with amount of detail during entire experience. Regular paint medicure was $25.00 (without too). The girl who painted my feet were Emily. Ask for her!

Very nice, clean place. Friendly staff and nice options. As a guy, not used to nail salons, I liked that it was both easy and pleasant. On the rare occasion I want to get another pedicure, Ill definitely come here.

This is the most disappointing salon I’ve been to in the past few years. I was looking for something closer to my home and decided on coming here a few weeks back. They were so busy and when I asked how long the wait would be she never responded. Being that I was desperate to get my nails done I waited…..a whole hour before I could even sit at someone’s booth. When I sat down with the technician, she made multiple mistakes on how I wanted my nails shaped. And I am not one of the typical women you see complaining about minor things about their nails. In fact, I’ve given other stylists free range to create designs and so forth by being laid back.I went there just today because I needed a fill and am off for the day. When I went in, they were so rude (not even looking up when I spoke) telling me to pick a color so I got the color reel and sat down. 10 minutes passed and there were only 3 stylists working so I figured they’d be busy. I asked if I can make an appointment for a later time the same day…..they told me they don’t take appointments! Very unprofessional and I have never heard of a nail salon not making appointments. Also, they are overpriced and due to their poor customer service I will NEVER return here. There are other places in Orlando that are much better, do not waste your time.

Everyone is so kind and sweet but the dip manicure did not last more then 2 weeks if that. It was really pretty but not very smooth on my nails and one completely chipped the other the clear coat came off.

No one ahead of me, 5 people getting something done, and a 2 hour wait....ridiculous... eh nails

Did my nails in PR and it was time for a fill. Googled what great nail salons are near me and MJ Nails popped up. Look into it and read all the reviews and saw most were 5 stars and specifically suggesting Ms Perla. Went there for the first time and asked for her. Sadly she was overbooked but she saw I really wanted her to do my nails because I had seen the reviews and she made my day by making some space for me, yey!! Super happy for the results, she did awesome and her neighbor nail tech was super nice too 😄. Overall great spot do get your nails did!! Highly recommend!! 🤗👍

Make appointment and when got there the manger was doing someone else. So I waited for 30 minutes and another young lady started on me. Then she had to stop after her Client got there foot was getting a pedicure in the water. She apologize for having to leave me .I waited for 2 hours and 30 minutes because the manger came back to me to do my nails. I should have walked out but she had put foil wrap on my nails I ended up not getting a pedicure that was bad business. Unless u have the time to wait after getting pass over.Bad service.

I just fell in love. Was looking for a new place to go since I have been having issues with the other place I been goin to. Google searched my area. Envy popped up and a lot of the reviews I read raves about a lady named windy. I was into the salon and the owner was very nice told her I needs a pedi and fill. She spoke to a young lady and I directed to her chair. I get pedis once a month along with my nails filled. Anyways she gave one of the best pedis I’ve had in 10 yrs no lies no jokes. She took her time shaped them lovely didn’t cut me or gab me with the tools like most times happens. Then when it can to my nail omg perfect! I forgot to Mention I’m a hairstylist and have l been doin hair and nails for 18+ yrs. and can be very picky. But nope she got every annoying thing before I could find it.Thank u so much windy. I will b seeing u in 4 weeks

Went in to get my eyebrows done and had to wait over an hour while they took everyone else that go there after me. They didn’t seem to care when I mentioned that I have been waiting. They do not care about their customers and would not recommend back to this place.

Sat there and watched every other customer get served before me even though I was there before the store opened. Will not be returning.
