Dont pay attention to the bad reviews... I went in for a fill and gel.. I had went to a different place and the experience was bad... I came here and the nail tech fixed and the nails are on point!! The curves are perfect...

I got my nails done last week from today I don’t remember the ladies name but I asked for white acrylic nails coffin shaped when she was going to color my nails she had to put alcohol in the nail polish which I do that too but when I got my nails done not even 30 minutes passed and bubbles were in my nails from how old the nail polish was and on my fourth day my nail had already came off today just by washing my hands another nail came off today as well just scratching my arm acrylics are not supposed to come off that easily it hasn’t even been two nails and now I have two broken nails really sad about this, this was my first time here and already experiencing bad stuff with my nails 🥲😭

First time here now that I have moved from Weet Orlando to East Orlando. Honestly I only knocked down one star because of the wait. It’s a cool little salon if you just need something simple. Staff was polite.

Once again always doing a great job been going here for years was doing acrylic but then they suggested gel because of the work i do best decision ever...... gel last long and drys sooo much quicker.....

Nice place until you call to make your nails asap, they are telling yes we have a spot for you. 5 min later i showed up saying i just called and ohhh now i have to wait 35 minutes ????? Bye!!!

Kathy did an amazing job! Had a dip powder full manicure and had to soak off prior dip. Never seen someone work so well with a drill. Everything came out so amazing!!

It was a Saturday afternoon and I was given service fairly quickly. My feet were in need of a good scrub as pregnancy hasnt allowed me to do my routine foot care. I was well taken care of and treated with the upmost care. Thank you!

I got French tips on my nails and feet and they said that is was regular price but they actually charge exra and the lady that I had she didn’t even clean around my nail and she barely put nail polish.

Not friendly when she was done with my nails just walked away wasn’t sure if she was done or what. You could tell they use the same implements without sanitizing. With COVID 19 as it is I will never go back nor recommend. Terroble

If I can give 0 stars I would. THE WORST PLACE EVER! Do NOT COME HERE! They close 40 mins earlier than they say they do. And open late! Appointments are not real. They are cheap and unskilled individuals. They do not care about you at all. They just want the money and for you to work on their time. They are always talking about you in Chinese too. Warning don’t come!

I visited this salon because it was conveniently located across the street from me and its safe to say I wont be returning. Only reason Im giving it any stars is because my eyebrows came out nice. The salon was dirty, the utensils used to do nails look like they werent sanitized between clients, and I had to ask the lady doing my eyebrows to use a new stick to wax my eyebrows. The price I paid to change my nail polish and wax was outrageous. Save your money and go to a salon where they take their clients health and money seriously.

Love this place!! Came here with some friends and had some AMAZING manicures and pedicures. The waxing here is great too! And everybody who had taken care of us were so friendly. Definitely will come back again and would recommend

They are not cleaning the chairs every time a new customer sits down. instruments do not sterilize. They charge you for the plastic that they should put on the chair. If you dont ask, they dont put it.

Today, I asked the nail tech not to use the drill on my natural nails because the drill makes my nails weaker and they will eventually break, but she used the drill anyways because she was rushing to finish fast to get to other customers. Now they lost a long term customer, because I wont be going back. When doing a manicure on natural nails, the drill should never be used, only the manual buffer!

Been coming here for two months now to Kathy and Nina and those ladies make my nails look blessed! Not to mention I got a fill with gel, and two designs, gel for my toes and it only cost me $58.00. Definitely going to keep coming back !

Only do my nails with Kathy she is the absolute best! She is only by appointment but totally worth it.

I been going to this salon almost a year, I was a walk in customer until I decided to start making appointments, it didn’t matter because still I had to wait like 30 minutes, plus they overcharge you, I did a Brazilian wax they charge me $40 and on their price list it say $25 to $35. My daughter made and appointment for a specific day and time and they didn’t take her because they said she was not on their book and they are very busy, by the way when we call to make an appointment they don’t even ask for your name. When my daughter went back for her rescheduled appointment they didn’t do as well as they could, it was like it was a favor for them. The prices change most of the time, they charge you not based off on what they have written down inside the salon. When I called to speak to a manager, there was no manager there, and the people were very rude, and they hung up the phone on me. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend going.

These people do not know how to do nails! I wanted a french tip manicure and the person that was doing my nails put the white line with a wide brush! first and then tried to put the pink color I picked second trying their hardest not to touch the white line... who does that? Everyone knows you need to put the bottom coat first then the white line! So not professional and had the nerve to ask for a tip. Goodbye! My nails looked disgusting. It looks like they got painted by a teenager

Customer service here is such an improvement compared to the other places Ive gone to. And especially ask for Tammy. I had came over here multiple times after closing but she never minds and is always so happy to help with no extra fees

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. I went there Saturday (January 26th, 2019). I received a pedicure. The nail polish is chipping already. On both feet at that. I’m not one to complain.. but I’ve had my toes done at many places and nail polish on toes does not come off quickly. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Don’t go here they have roaches. I came in for a pedicure sat down & a roach crawled on me. I got up and they lady tried to ignore it & tell me I can sit back down. This is crazy

I was in town visiting family and needed a fill in. They were very friendly, and did a great job! I would highly recommend them! I went back two days later and had a pedicure and got the same great service!!

I never like giving low score reviews but this place was awful. Everything was dirty, full of dust and overall unclean environment.Against my best judgement, I stayed for a manicure. After she was done I watched her dump the manicure bowl back in a bowl with sterilizing. The cuticle cutters she sprayed (with what I hope was at least alcohol not water) rub with her bare fingertips and dump back in tool box where she took out to use on me.

I love coming here. They have good prices and are friendly. Every time Ive just walked in with out an appointment, Ive never had to wait. Someone was always able to help me. I get a pedi, full set, and eyebrows waxed. Since I started coming here I wont go anywhere else. I have no need to!

Amazing the guy who did them will be my new nail tech guy he is amazing I love my nails, came back today Sunday lol and got my first ever pedicure never had one in my life lol and the lady did such an amazing job she had a burgundy shirt on and pink glasses my French set came out beautiful I love them and my feet came out beautiful will definitely be getting pedicure more often lol I have been missing out for real but I love this shop the people are great, always great customer service, and came in and out great timing come here for mommy’s time away from my kids and it’s so worth it come check them out my only nail shop in Orlando that I will go to prices are great also ❤️🥰😊 always satisfying always ❤️🥰

Walked in the door and no one spoke. When one guy finally answered, it was evident that the four employees who were lounging on the pedicure chairs would much rather go home than take two walk ins. I wasnt comfortable enough to have a full set & pedicure with them based off of the facial reactions, the vibe, and laughter when we walked in the door.

They were the sweetest people working

My only advise: you should observe if they sterilize the instruments between each client. Because I just notice that they do not clean any instruments after one of them punched my toe and started to bleed.

Got a pedicure, the polish was an ok job, but she filed all my nails after she put the gel, obviously its going to chip much sooner. Noticed countless dirty things, saw someone get in a pedicure chair that had dead skin in the bottom but they just filled it with new water anyway. Lastly they dont offer basic things like a sparkly clear coat, tiny selection.

Big open space with plenty of friendly helpful employees. Though crowded got us in rather quickly due to many staff.

Wouldn’t go back, bad customer service and I felt very uncomfortable. The nail tech didn’t ask what I wanted and when I tried to tell her she kept screaming “whaatttt” so the other tech coached her through it. And yes she spoke perfecr english. When I went to the front to pay we stared at each other for a while until I had to ask how much do I owe you?? I still decided to tip 25 percent. When I told her to keep the change she snatched it from my hand and walked away no thank you have a good day or anything.

Im a fluent customer for years and never had a problem. Perfect service, respectful and I love my nail tech Nina she is great....Kathy as well....I drive all the way from Poinciana to do my nails with Nina no body like her.....

The first lady [tall slender with curly hair and dresses nice] did a great job and wasnt messy. The second lady [short with dark hair] she did good with the dip except with the stuff caked under my nail and she didnt even do lotion...i thought that was standard with a manicure and if i didnt even ask she was just going to do the color and nothing else.

I had an appointment at 10 30 with Tammy. I liked her right away. She was really nice and did a good job doing my eyebrows, mani and pedi. All good prices Looking forward to going back. Ask for Tammy 😁

I come here often, never had a bad experience. Customer service is always wonderful and my nails always look great.

First I called being im from out of town, I was told 5-10 minute wait and it would be $32 for gel refill but when I got there being I was 3 minutes from the place I was told they were backed up and now had to wait 35 minutes. That wasnt the biggest issue but after doing my nails the next day I noticed being I asked for a black gel polish that once I was out in the daylight its almost a midnight blue thats really dark but not black and when I went to pay I was told they were $40. Then I explained what I was told on the phone and she explained my nails are long. Now my nails are pretty standard where Im from in Miami and if they were so long then I shouldve been informed of the upcharge. Now again thats not the main issue, the main issue is that a day later my gel polish started chipping and peeling. I called and they said the lady who did my nails was off and the owner wasnt there so if I could call back tomorrow. I asked being I paid $40 for my nails and theyre chipping a day later can I just come in and they fix what clearly they didnt do right to begin with and was told no cause of the reasons I just gave above. I asked if they could call the owner and was declined and said being they dont know if the owner will answer to just call back later tomorrow. I informed her im not from here and in town for work so I dont know where Ill be and when. None the less she said they couldnt as a business fix my nails which ultimately is a gel polish touch up.I have never had to pay that much even In Miami the home of overpriced services and not be able to have something fixed that wasnt to my satisfaction as a customer.Definitely dont recommend!!!

I paid 35 dollars to get gel on my nail they came off 2 days later. I told them my problem and they asked me how they came off and I explain to them when you have curly hair and your nails arent done right your hair gets caught and she told me next time dont do my hair . Like the service sucks theyre roaches every where and theyre rude

Will never go back again.. Horrible Horrible Horrible service everytime i tried to go there.The owner charges extra for things that should be included in the services that were rendered to you. For example they tried to charge me a extra 5 dollars to scurb my feet during a pedicure, then when i refused i was given half service. My nails were not fully polished, the polish job was sloppy, and to top it off, the guy who gave me the pedicure could not fully service me so i was told i would have to wait a hour and a half for someone else to finish me.. WTH..

Dont give these people your money. They are extremely rude. I went there recently and the lady that sits by the register told me the price for what i wanted. There was an older guy that did my nails (for 2 1/2 hrs) then upcharged me 5 more dollars. I didnt argue, they will just NEVER get business from me friends and family EVER AGAIN! Beware!!!!!!!

I have been coming here for many years they have always done a very job. The only complaint i have they really need to clean and sanitize everything. Especially when you ask for a pedicure they dont sanitize the tubs they reuse the same equipment that someone else just used. Amoung many other things too that i see.

I went in on a Sunday to get a BASIC french manicure and it was terrible. The lines were not straight and it took her no time to do it. It is now a Wednesday and 6 of my nails are chipped already. Not worth even the cheap prices.
