Based on the reviews, I had pretty high expectations for this nail salon. In my initial research I looked over their website to try and find a services menu and pricing guide, but found that several links didn’t seem to work, including the link that said “book your visit online and save 10%”. Unable to find pricing or book online (and save 10%), my first impression of Lavish Nails was not off to a great start. But with so many great reviews I decided to try it out anyway.I was a walk-in, and expected to have to wait, but they didn’t have any other clients in the whole place so they got me right in! The moment I walked in the door I was kindly greeted by who I assume were the owners, and was offered a beverage as soon as I sat down (I opted for just a bottle of water). The interior was sleek and welcoming with top of the line massage chairs and pedicure basins.I work at a job in which I am on my feet all day, so I was in need of a pedicure to moisturize and scrub/file to help minimize and soften a couple calluses. I enjoyed the light leg and foot exfoliation and massage, I have come to expect this in a pedicure but I have been to places that do not include a massage. However, the rest of the pedicure service was a disappointment. She buffed ONE of my heels for about 5 seconds and that was it. As you can see from my pictures my feet are still dry, coarse in some areas, and even still have some dead skin from an old blister. I’ve never been to a nail spa that didn’t include softening feet with scrubbing/filing as part of the pedicure, so I didn’t think to mention anything and then before I knew it she was putting the polish on. There weren’t any other clients the entire time I was there, so it’s not like there was a rush to get someone else in. Thinking maybe I misunderstood what a pedicure consisted of, I Googled and read almost unanimously that along with soaking the feet, trimming and polishing nails, “foot scrubbing with a pumice stone or foot file” is performed. This part was NOT included in the pedicure service I received, and was the very reason for my visit.Another thing of note was that there were large TVs on the wall which were on different channels but none had sound or subtitles on. Spa music played throughout instead, which isn’t necessarily bad, but having TVs seems pointless if clients aren’t able to watch anything. I also didn’t notice any magazines around to read, but this could be due to covid precautions.Overall, having GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and an inviting, relaxing atmosphere doesn’t make up for inadequate spa/nail service along with the other lackluster amenities I encountered.

I had literally the worst experience at this nail salon. Henry did a poor job, was not what I asked for so I asked him to fix it but 5 of the nails were so crooked they couldn’t be fixed. I paid $60 for a pedicure and gel polish and the next day my feet were hard and the gel polish was already peeling. Henry agreed not to charge me for the nails but when I went back a few days later and checked my acct, they overcharged me $105 which was $60 more than what I signed for.

This is my favorite nail salon. I come in every 2-3 weeks to get gel nails and usually see Henry or sometimes other female nail artists. They are all very talented and friendly, it is always a pleasant experience. They have so many nail color choices, their store is very clean and comfortable, and they even play videos on their TVs that I enjoy. I love this place.

Wonderful salon, very clean. Owners are really nice. Go see Tim, he is such a calming person and pays attention to detail. Can’t wait to go back!!

I drive here from Altamonte/Apopka area because it’s worth it. I never make appointees bc my schedule constantly changes, but I’ve never had a bad experience here. I only go for pedicures; I don’t get my fingernails done. My pedis last so long and my feet stay soft. Only nail salon I’ll go to in Orlando! Love!!

This place was absolutely amazing. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I had acrylics on and never again after coming here. They spent a lot of time getting them off and was great about it. They managed to save my real nails. Definitely worth checking them out. I wont go anywhere else.

I love Lavish Nails! The staff is friendly, courteous & Henry will even give color suggestions if you are undecided. The pedicure area is very relaxing and extremely clean. They have great hours seven days a week. Lavish is an Allergy friendly salon. You will not smell any chemicals or acrylic dust as these are not used. I have been going to Lavish since its opening for pedicures & manicures and i would not go anywhere else.

I love this place! Every color you can imagine in all brands and applications. Super clean. Great staff. Comfy chairs. The owners (Henry and Jessica) are always so helpful and go out of their way to make you feel relaxed. So happy this gem opened and was an immediate loyal customer!!

I took a chance on Lavish Nails based on reviews and they were right! The salon is clean and the staff is so accommodating. The owner and who I think is his wife (who are both nail techs as well) were always checking on everyone and making sure we were all comfortable and satisfied. They even offered refreshments!I got the Deluxe Pedicure and a basic gel manicure. My nail tech, Diane, was crazy thorough and detailed. After she painted my toes, she and I both agreed that the color was underwhelming. She didnt hesitate to help me find a different color and change it over. My manicure was equally satisfying. She was actually wearing the color I picked, so she made sure that it looked as good as hers.Ive been in the area for a while and have been nail salon jumping because no one has wowed me enough to go back. I will definitely be back to Lavish Nails after my experience today!FYI - If you go on the weekend, they suggest calling ahead or an appoitment.

I had my nails done today by Henry, the owner, and I have found my new home for Nail services! I’m a hairstylist who also was a nail tech for 15 years and have finally found someone who pays as much attention to detail as I did. I also had a pedicure and was very pleased with the cleanliness, sanitation and thorough job that was done. I am a local salon owner and I recommend Lavish Nails to anyone who appreciates true professionals. I also want to add that Jessica, who removed my old acrylic so that I could try the new gels that Henry recommended, was very gentle And took her time to make sure that she wasn’t hurting my already very sensitive nails from years of acrylic. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to say hello and make me feel welcome. I love this place!

This is the best nail salon in Orlando! Henry is the best! The nail salon is beautiful, organized and very clean. The staff is very accommodating and friendly as well. They also have a large selection of top of the line nail colors. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been getting my nails done with Henry for years now since he was working on Sand lake in Orlando. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Lynn yesterday! Not only was she so patient with me and my particular nail shape and insisted on making sure I was happy. She took the time to compare both hands to make sure they looked the same and to me, little details in taking your time make such quality work. Thank you for making the decommissioning part of my day so much more enjoyable, can’t wait to see you all again.

My mom and I love our manicures! This place has so many colors to choose from, and absolutely no harsh acrylic smell. They have great attention to detail and a careful touch. I absolutely love this nail salon. It’s clean, the staff is inviting and they do an amazing job! I’ve gone twice and had two different technicians and I’ve been super happy both times. They don’t do acrylic which is great because the salon doesn’t smell like chemicals (no headaches!). So happy they opened in my neighborhood because they are much better than others in the area!

I was in town for a short vacation three weeks ago. I didnt have an appointment. I just happened to walk in and asked if I could get a new full set of eyelash extensions. The lady at the front was very nice and talked to her fellow employees. They were able to get me in and I didnt even have to wait 5 minutes. The appointment took a little long but it was so worth it! They even gave me a discount because they went a little over the normal time frame. JOYCE thank you so much!!!!!! You did such a beautiful job on my lashes and if I lived in Orlando Id come back every two weeks to Joyce to get a fill. The eyelashes stayed in place never twisted or turned, looked natural, I couldnt see any excess glue, and still looked great after two weeks when I went to get a fill in my town. Ive had them done multiple times and in various different states and cities. And i must say this was truly the best job i have ever recieved. I wish yall were in PCB Florida!! I dont live in Orlando but I HIGHLY recommend this place! Such amazing customer service i felt very comfortable and seriously top of the line work from Joyce. This salon is brand new and beautiful! Very organized and clean. I was greeted kindly upon my first visit by the owner and staff. I left very happy with my nail! They had a large selection of colors and were patient when I had trouble deciding what to choose. Jessica did an amazing job! She was meticulous and so nice! The coffin shape was perfect and the dip was thin and natural.Of course I made a second appointment! This time it was with Joyce and she was a perfectionist! My nails have never looked so good! So natural and literally perfect!You can really tell there’s a lot of talent and skill at this salon. I would be happy having anyone here do my nails! Maybe I’ll try a pedicure next! The massage chairs look sooo comfortable!Love this salon!

Beautiful, clean new nail salon in the Mills 50/Ivanhoe neighborhood next to Fresh Market. What I believe were the owners (husband and wife) went out of their way to thank me for supporting their business which showed their genuine gratitude. I agree with the review below where she says the staff is very friendly and talkative, they dont just take your money and avoid social interaction. Kim did a wonderful job on my gel manicure and pedicure - and she was a joy to chat with. Highly recommend!

I’ve never been a big fan of getting my nails done but this place makes it a very relaxing, comfortable experience. I come every three weeks to religiously upkeep my manicure as this place helped me keep my nails long and strong. I have also brought friends - both male and female - to come enjoy in this experience. The salon is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

I received a great pedicure from Lam today. Ive been to quite a few nail salons in the Winter Park area and havent really been thrilled with any of them. Lam was thorough, attentive, took his time, and gave a great massage! I will definitely be back.

Always an amazing experience coming to lavish nails. I have been coming here since they opened. The staff is always very friendly and eager to help anyone and everyone! I drive 35 minutes to have Henry do my nails. The Salon is kept very very clean and doesn’t have the chemical smell like most nail salons. I would recommend lavish nails to anyone who enjoys a nice relaxing, clean and friendly environment. They have gained a customer for life!

First time trying this Nail & Spa. Got polish changes just to test them out. First impression was a 10. I had the CUTEST young gentleman open the door with a huge smile and warm welcoming. The staff was sweet. Somewhere I’d definitely be returning & it’s close to home. Very very very clean location and the massage chairs are big and cozy. I definitely recommend especially while they still offer 20% off !

I’m not sure what the ladies name was but she was younger and so kind! She also did an amazing job on my pedicure, and it was very quick and easy to get in!

First off, the shop is brand new so reviews are very important.I wondered in there before their actually grand opening hoping for great service, since I’ve been having bad experiences at other salon since moving to Orlando.Prior to getting serviced at Lavish Nails, I went to Tispy Nails right up the street. My husband, stepdaughter and myself all ended up with horrible nails, so I was on a hunt to find somewhere new. My first day at Lavish Nails went excellent!!! The shop focuses on great quality, custoumer service and all around satisfaction. No Acrylic so there’s no strong smells in the air. Organic and some Vegan products. They will fix any issues with your nails without charging you because they REALLY want you to be happy and the atmosphere is SUPER CLEAN!!! One of my favorite additions is SNS sets. Each dipping powers has MATCHING gel, powder and polish so no more having to try and find a color to match your toes!! That matters to me!! LolAlso, everyone is friendly and talkative unlike other salons where they just take your money and say next. At Lavish Nails they make you feel comfortable and more like family than a paying ticket.I have now had my nails done by multiple staff members and honestly, they have all been good... but my favorite is Jessica! ☺️Even the most pickest person will leave satisfied. You will not be disappointed choosing this salon!!
