This has been the worst experience ever first coming in to a hot building like no AC is on just hot air. To later leave to see my nails and toes don’t match. Broke 2 nails after the first week. I can say for the cheap price and rush service was a joke. Never again will this place get my money a JOKE. Shame on you the person who worked on my nails tells me I have to pay for you putting the wrong nail polish on my nails when I said something you said no right color and I break two nails it my fault! Please if you think about coming here for Service I’ll suggest if you care about what you pay for nails keep driving! And do better following CDC guide lines for COVID and wipe and clean down your area and change you towel you used on the previous customer NEVER VISIT this place Needs old staff back very unprofessional

I walked right in and got a deluxe pedicure. Very nice atmosphere, good customer service and great prices.

No!No!No! I go in to get my nails done cause I saw the good reviews. Its my graduation day I have my hair done,makeup,dressed like a model. I go in get greeted I asked if they do gel nails and how much; got price seemed good then showed a picture of nails I wanted plus (design$5). Was told price jumped $10 cause I wanted stiletto shape. I was like fine I didnt want the design then,I sat down picked a color black and a few moments later guy comes back asks me to pick again cause he didnt have the color. I walked out! First of all I asked for gel nails not gel color! So bye would never send my girlfriends there!

First I would like to say that everytime I go to have my nails done I am welcomed at the door. The staff is very professional, friendly and approachable. The service I receive and the work performed will continue to have me as a faithful customer.

This place the worse‼️It looked like they put clay on my nails. I asked for the owners to come look at my nails I could bend them they were so thin. He stated you want me to put 10 coats on your nails I can’t do that. I never asked for anything other then to get my nails done right. Well they didn’t try to fix the problem. They cut the nails off & I left their business never to return. We I couldn’t rate a 0

Called yesterday to see if they were open today, he said yes we open at 9:30. Show up and waited a little bit and still at 10:00 no one was there. 2 weeks ago had a fill done and he made me bleed twice. Also did a very poor job at filling and shaping my nails. To rushed and no one waiting.

Send my teenage gis to go get their nails done ..they were very happy and the pricing is awesome.. beautiful talented nails and design..it was worth my monies..they did came in so happy said they were gonna post pics of their nails made by lena on their social media accts..thanks lena!

I normally dont do online surveys, but Best place. Provide great customer service and the nails last very long. Very cheap as well. Ill recommend it to anyone. Try them!!!!

I was not happy with the shape of my nails. They charged an extra$15 on top of $20 for a fill in. Too much and it looks horrible. Also just like most Asians they talk about you and laugh in your face while you are sitting right there. Dont waste your money.

Lena’s nails is amazing, they do beautiful pedicure and nails. Also they do beautiful designs. They have great customer service and are cheap. Lena is Amazing.

I visited Lenas today for the first time. She was at home and left just to do my nails. She did a great job and definitely took her time. I will be visiting again soon.

The service I get here is decent and they move pretty fast. I would suggest pushing your cuticles back before hand though because I’ve experienced painful scabbing from the nail techs just hacking at mine with the electric filers

I called beforehand to ask if they had gel acrylic, there was a language barrier and after telling them no not a full set and they said 20 bucks so I zoomed over. I walk in, theyre all sitting around eating and talking didnt notice me even though the chimes rang as I walked in. I told them I called and wanted to get gel acrylic with polish and the lady says No I dont do gel, no then they all resumed to ignore me and talk in an Asian tongue. I just walked out and went to another one near by.

I love this place its very laid back lena is like family and she always do good when i see her thanks lena.

That was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in 17 years of getting my nails done. Worst customer service, place was absolutely filthy and the nail tech literally had me in tears because of the pain she caused with the nail drill!!! Im literally sick over how awful that experience was and hope that others make a better decision than to get their nails done there!!!

This was a convient place to go at the time, it was very clean n everyone was very nice .. Although i felt like the man rushed doing a fill n gel color ... When i called n asked how much it was i was told 25 when finished went to pay 28 i just paid it n didnt give tip ... I will not return to this nail salon

This place has gone downhill since Andy left! They play musical chairs with you having one person start your nails then send that person to do a pedicure on someone else while you wait for someone else to come do the rest of your nails, the place looks overcrowded with the set up of furniture and very dirty! While the water as filling up in my pedicure chair slimy looking stuff started peeling of the side of the tank. I was so disgusted!! I wont go back and its sad because Ive come here or almost 9 years while Andy and his family owned and operated. Oh what a pity!!

I go every time for my feet..I usually get it done by the skinny dude witch he does a amazing job..he make sure your feet is on point..but I got left a today she did a half job and rushed out the salon and drove off before I can even pay her..I gave it to the other man who doesnt touch feet and is bad at nails

Worst place ever, i have been doing my nails since I was 16 and i been to alot of nail salon and never never felt this way. The lady send a whole hour doing my fert until i had to say something. How in the hell i just did my gel full on Friday and my nail just broke. Plus the place really needs an up grade. Please, please dont go there or entry at your own risk.
