Absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had.. I paid for the deluxe..the entire pedicure was done in less then 20 mins. No massage, she skipped half the process. Rosa was in a rush and was very rude, my toes look like a 5 year old painted them.. very disappointed. The lady at the register even agreed with me and said yea wow I’m sorry but Rosa is new…Really I should have figured it out when the place was empty on a Saturday afternoon.

I love all the girls they are all super talented and my nails are always amazing 🥰. I have been coming here for two years now and there is no where else I ever go .

Megan & Gigi were amazing. I was having my acrylics taken off. I’ve done this many times before but NEVER had such a great experience. Megan took her time, was precise, caring not to damage my natural nails. NO PAIN afterward as I had before. Gigi did an amazing job explaining to me how to get my natural nails back to healthy. She was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Gigi also did my brows and was spot on. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Absolutely blown away by miss Gigi!! First of all she was very clean and showed amazing attention to detail, which is AWESOME!! My nails needed some TLC and she gave me just what I needed. Gigi was super patient, as i wasnt sure what look i was going for, i just knew i wanted red. She gave me red and we blinged it up a bit too! I cant wait for my next appt with her & to see what creation is next!

Worst eyebrow waxing I’ve ever had. Especially told her I only wanted to have my eyebrows cleaned and asked her not to do them too thin. Guess what? I HAVE NO EYEBROWS!!! I want to cry, I’m going on vacation tomorrow and there’s nothing I can do. You are better off with the eyebrows you have, do not make the mistake I made. Go somewhere else, anywhere else!

Not only is she extremely caring about her customers and try to get to know her clients, her artistry is amazing. The best nail artist I’ve had in Orlando and I’ve lived here for six years. I can’t go to anybody else because the services are never as good. I always always always have lasting nails and beautiful designs.I came to Mia today out of the blue and she was immediately ready to take my service. Not only was she extremely kind and funny, but she is extremely experienced and good at what she does. The massage I received was second to none, the care she took on my feet was amazing. I will definitely come back!

Personally my experience at this nail salon was amazing, but made it even better is my nail tech Tia! Wow! She’s phenomenal, easy to speak too, and a forward friendly personality!!! My nails came out so smooth, the acrylic was so even, and my polish was SUPER Glossy!!! I’m definitely coming back to visit Tia!!!

Great pedicure.Ask for the deluxe with stone massage. Has a facial too and it was great. Beverages and comfortable chairs big enought for me to be comfortable. Karen does a great job but it looked like all the technicians knew what they were doing. English and Spanish speaking.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been too in my life. I came at 12 o’clock they told me to come back in an hour. She started my Nails at 1 o’clock I got out of there at 4 PM. In the beginning I noticed her putting the acrylic on way too thick didn’t even spread it out. I told her I don’t like it she said it’s OK the machine is going to fix it. I seriously think that the lady that did my nails don’t know how to do nails and she’s doesn’t have her license. Because my nails look so horrible I didn’t even want to get a pedicure anymore or my eyebrows done. She Charge me $45 and I left there with my nails shaped weird and too thick. Never again

Horrible experience the employees arent rude but they simply cant do nails. My nails are different shapes and its so thick. Never coming back oh and they are over priced for some horrible nails.

Horrible experience with Tammy !! I had shellac done. She only coated with clear shellac one time. Everywhere Ive had it done before has done 2 coats. Polish uneven and specks throughout! Filed uneven. Nails were catching on clothes and polish lifting within 2 days. When I came in to have it fixed Tammy argued with me that somehow it was my fault. That she had only done a polish change. Which was incorrect. She then said I only paid $15. I said I paid what you told me shellac costs. I gave her a 20% tip and was referred by a co worker. Then she said it was because I didnt do a manicure. I do a manicure every other visit and has no bearing on the quality of the work. The quality is terrible and you get treated disrespectfully. I explained i didnt have all day to argue with her. I just wanted to know if she was going to correct. She said yes. I said ok. Thats all I needed to know. She then proceeded to talk about me to other employees and her current client. I had to tell her I would appreciate it if she didnt talk about me. Never been treated so disrespectfully in a nail salon.Tammy made me wait 30 minutes to then ignore me. When I asked if she was going to fix my nails. She ignored me. I left. Will never return and will never recommend.

Came in here around 11 witj my boyfriend for two delux pedicures and it was great. The ladies really take their time to make sure your pedicure is well worth it! It came with a lime and sugar scrub, leg mask, hot towels, and a hot stone! It was just so good. The polish is so close to the cuticles withiut over spilling. Im so pleased. VERY sanitary, they use the liners in the tubs, brand new files and buffers, and sterile tools. However, downfalls, the massage chair was no strong, and they were kind of busy so I waited until my boyfriend was done before they started mine but I should of made and appointment. Minimal english but sweet faces. I felt very pampered will come again.
