Fun pre-wedding experience for the groom and wedding party, but very expensive, very secretive about the cost, and they were not very nice as they rushed us through in the morning, telling us we needed to hurry up since they were booked up that day and needed us in and out (we booked with them weeks in advance and put down $150 deposit to secure the time with them). The quality of the manicure was quite low too, probably because they were rushing through to get us out of the salon. We would not return.

We have been traveling through Florida and stopped by this fabulous establishment. We have gotten one of the best customer service experiences at a salon since we got here. You should really check them out. Thank you to all the beautiful people at the Bamboo Nail Salon. The services was amazing. The gel nail I got was on my natural nail. I am always in water cleaning and fixing things. The young lady made my nails look amazing by cutting off those unwanted cuticles that I totally hate. My nails look and feel totally amazing. The Spa was very clean. Their services were amazing and just amplified.. Laura gave me the best pedicure I ever had my entire. I ended my visit with lots of laughs and complimentary champagne. Do not go here to get your eyebrows done! The woman who did my eyebrows today dropped hot wax on my arm and burned me. She was on her phone the entire time talking and not really paying attention. She completely ruined my eyebrows. I had thick eyebrows and all I wanted was for her to clean them up and she ruined the shape completely. My eyebrows are so thin and ugly now… 100% do not go here !!!

The perfect place to start would be the cleanliness because of the times we are in this place was so clean I felt you could see your reflection in the floors lol staff all wore masks and made me sanitize my hands before I got in the chair. My FAVORITE part of visiting this nail salon on vacation from NJ was TINA she was amazing so sweet and so detailed the way she did my lashes in 2 layers to ensure longevity my lashes look Amazing 🤩 coming from the city with such high prices the prices here were very reasonable ! Everything was just so warm and inviting including the whole staff i felt like family more then a client I can’t wait to travel back again and recommend this place over anyone else in Orlando

Went in with my boyfriend and chose this spot because of the reviews. My boyfriend enjoyed his deluxe pedicure, but me on the other hand, mine wasn’t so “deluxe.” My nail tech was doing a great job at the beginning and then I started to notice he started rushing and my toe nails are all uneven. I’m not one for confrontation so I just left it. He gave me the exfoliation but didn’t even put lotion on my feet or oil on my cuticles! I didn’t even get a massage :( what’s the point of paying $40 if I didn’t even get the works. I give three stars for the nice ladies and my bf enjoyed his. Mine just wasn’t worth the money.

We were the last customers of the day on Sunday, July 18th and were there until well after they closed. The staff was amazing; they never rushed us and made everything about our experience special! Pedicures were wonderful! All three in our party highly recommend!

Poor leadership thoughYesterday went for nails and feet. 1st time customer got a upgraded package on feet,service was good was offered alcoholic beverage but no ID CHECK to verify if I was over 21 🤨Move on to nails the lady starts soaking hands and cutting cuticles which nails salons perform...up until she was about to polish my natural nails I realized I had no extensions on. The tech then started getting loud and threatening me that I will pay her $20 for hands on top of $50 for the feet. At no point did she want to add a full set. She called me a foreigner because of my accent and then refused service because they do have a sign that states they can refuse service with no explanation so ladies if you are like myself of culture take your business to a black owned establishment. The manager put her hands on my shoulder to shoo me out the door while letting her nail tech run from the back of the store to the front trying to attack me. Yall due better during this pandemic. Again not one time did you ID any of the customers you were poring glass of alcohol for. This mystery shopper experience was definitely fun.

Worst treatment I have ever received, plain classless. That’s why it’s always empty. First I went in and they wanted to charge 95 for the popular swirl design going now and even professional girls out freelancing don’t charge this will real experience and so after debate we settled on the price of 65 full set 5 colors and I’ll show you end result, you be the judge. Same day a nail broke and I go back and they wanted to charge 7 dollars and I told her I would leave a bad review she refused to fix it. She said they even discounted me when they did them in the first place. The work is so mediocre and they’re proud of it.

Call and schedule an appointment. This is the BEST NAIL SALON! It is so hard to find a good nail salon. I have been everywhere and no one came close to the level of service they provided. My nail broke in half barely hanging on and wrapped in bandaids. When I walked in she treated me like her best friend took the bandaid off with scissors. Made sure I was okay. I had dinner reservations so to have time for my pedicure they did everything at the same time. Thank you soooo much! I will be back.

The bamboo pedicure was extremely relaxing. We got a glass of wine with the package and got frozen oranges for the citrus which Ive never had and it felt amazing. The amount of time spent on our feet makes us plan on coming back when we return on vacation! Tina was super nice.

Highly recommend. Mani-pedi was great! Pedicure massage was especially nice, and you can even relax with a glass of wine! They are also super friendly and accommodating - brought my 4-year old niece along and they did a really good job directing her so that her nails turned out perfectly, too!

When entering the young lady was already working on another client. She asked me to wait 30 minutes and she would be right with me. After 30 minutes she began on my signature pedicure and it was amazing!!! She was very professional and completed my services in a timely manner! I will definitely be back if I am ever in the area!

But when I leave my appointment with Eva, I feel like they are presentable ;) Not only does Eva seem happy with her move to Bamboo Nails & Spa, but I am too! Not only is it a bit more convenient for me to visit, but its a spacious, clean environment with plenty of polish selection, massage chairs that work well, and fair prices.I am sure you can pop in anytime for a quick mani / pedi, but if you want to see Eva, I highly recommend calling ahead of time to make an appointment as she does get booked!See you all next visit, which probably wont come soon enough.

I keep trying new nail places around town and always end back up at Bamboo Nails & Spa. They do a great job with reasonable prices. The only thing I dont like, as many other people have said, is the wait time. Sometimes you get right in, sometimes its an hour wait, even with an appointment. Tam is the best nail tech there hands down. Everything is very clean and doesnt have that overwhelming nail salon smell. Theres always plenty of parking. They usually have good music playing too. The little bottles of water they give you is a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful service and people- poor manicure. Within 5 days of a gel manicure the polish is chipping off multiple nails in chunks. The atmosphere of the place is wonderful and the people are great- just dont expect your polish to last longer than a week.

Ive been to this salon twice now for a pedicure and both times Ive been blown away! On vacation and I walked in with my cousin and they took us quickly. I got a fresh set of acrylics with gel polish and they look great. They didn’t have the exact color I like but they helped me find one very similar. Eva did my nails and she did a great job! Overall very satisfied with my experience.

I reviewed in 2019 but just went back and they’re still amazing! They recently upgraded their facilities and it’s absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. They can always fit you in with or without an appointment. So friendly and affordable! So appointments work best but they usually have many nail technicians working with lots of seating and chairs. There are a lot of color options for regular and gel polishes. I will keep coming back again and again.

Ive been coming here for about a year now and dont see myself going anywhere else. They do such a good job and my shellac manis always last at least 3 weeks. They have tons of color choices and I like the way the rooms are split up. If you go with a friend they always seat you together in the same room. You usually have to call and schedule an appointment cause they book up for the day.

Just because it was my first time coming here with my sister for her bday spa day. Quan did such a beautiful job with my nails, he really took the time to clean and do my nails. Quan took amazing care of me, with a few laughs, and a BEAUTIFUL dip set.My previous nail salon jacked up my nails so viciously, and Quan had me walking out of there with my nails looking like a lilac pink snack.Took my friend back for pedicures, she loved her, I loved mine. Clean and friendly! They pulled out a sealed packet of new scrubbers and tools (the non-metal ones you cant sanitize) for each person, made me feel safe to know it was new! Prices do change if you use credit versus cash, but its shown on their menu clearly. Kim was wonderful!

Called and got right in on a Friday night at 5pm. In Orlando for my Granddaughters All Star Cheer Competition and needed my nails done while she was at a cheer bonding event. Yenny is completely awesome! Shes the whole package! She does my pedicure flawlessly over and over again. This time I also needed my eyebrows done and WOW!!! I just moved from out of state and everyone else that has tried to do my eyebrows has failed miserably.The salon itself is very clean with lovely relaxing music and they even burn what smells like incense sometimes. I just left one of the BEST nail salons in Orlando. I am a local... so anyone that is reading this knows that visitors/tourists go where the locals go! I have been living in Orlando for quite some time... However, I moved from the Hunters Creek area a couple years to my current residence. I had been going to the same Nail Salon for 5 years prior to moving. Unfortunately, it is 35-40 minute drive from where I live now and sometimes longer with Orlando traffic. I have tried at least 5 different nail salons since I moved to this area... and Bamboo Nails & Spa is by far the cleanliest, friendliest, fairly priced, and calmly inviting nail salons on International Drive! The interior decor is chic, modern, and cozy (the complimentary wine, bottled water, or soft drinks are ICING ON THE CAKE) . More importantly the quality of the service they provide is EXQUISITE!!! I KNOW IT WAS ONLY MY FIRST TIME... BUT Bamboo Nails & Spa just won over a regular!

Happen upon this place today... Quan was absolutely meticulously amazing!!! Have probably easily had mani/pedis in over 25 states and the pedicure by Quan was the best pedicure Ive ever had in life. Typically when you pay for the more expensive pedicure, the technician focuses on massaging and not on whats offered/needed for the specific customer. He took his time during the entire pedicure - hit every dry spot and didnt rush at all. Got a gel manicure with matte finish and it was an as expected finished product. If you have a chance Id suggest stopping and getting Quan to change your life!
