I came in on August 2 to get my nails done and by August 6 my nails were popping off. I get my nails done regularly and the only reason I came here is because my usual girl was booked. This is the first time this is ever happened when I’ve gotten my nails done though. My nail tech (the only male in the salon I didn’t catch his name) was rude and rushing the entire time. I had to beg him to do the nail designs that I wanted on my nails. And before he started the service I asked him did he think that he could do it or should I go somewhere else and he said he could. But the designs are sloppy, and cracking. This was my first and last time going to the salon, and even though the prices are cheap just spend the extra $40 and go to someone who knows what they’re doing and without the attitude.-I also called to try to remedy the situation before leaving a review, and she said since it’s been six days they can’t help me, they only help up to three days. I was in need of a new bail salon & today I finally found one. I love my nails she did exactly what I asked with no problem. & my eyebrows and leashes are fire too. Ill definitely be back.

Do not go here nails tech thy was very rude. Came in to get one of my nails fixed, didn’t like the color that was picked so I asked if she could change it I was told no that she already put the color on. Then proceeded to cut the nail. Nails not good quality they pop off right away.

Got my eyebrows waxed and there was already sticks dipped into the wax. And she used it on me and kept dipping the same stick into the wax. That is the number one thing you never do very unsanitary & disgusting. Never get waxed!

I have ONLY ever gotten my nails done by the same girl because she has the best work and quality for her price. I’ve walked into this salon twice, and haven’t seen her working. I live OVER an hour away and have called this salon MULTIPLE times to ask them if this employee still works at their salon, and I keep getting hung up on.... this is childish and very unprofessional. If you don’t understand me also, then hand the phone to the owner because she knows EXACTLY what every one says when you walk in. Get better with your clients.

I received a poor service by Tom. Linda did my nails once before and did an amazing job. I returned for a fill and unfortunately Linda was off. I gave Tom a try reluctantly as males in the past have not done a good job. My lines were not defined and another nail tech had to come over to correct his work. I was still unhappy with my nails as the acrylic was bulky. I called and the lady answering told me to come back in. I reassured her that I did not want him to do my nails again because I was not satisfied. I returned and three ladies came over and was asking me what I wanted. I shared with them to reshape and make the acrylic more natural. Of which I did not mind paying for. They told me my nails are fine. I repeated that I was not satisfied. And they all including Tom RUDELY began speaking in another language about the shape. Which was already established that I wanted a new shape. Terrible customer service and will never return. Sadly because Linda does great nails!**UPDATE**I returned because I really like the quality of Linda’s work. As I was getting my nails done by Linda. The owner/manager or whomever she may be. Approached me with her cell phone and asked if it was me that left this review. I promptly responded, “Yes it is!” She then (as unprofessional as many of the other reviews stated) started to raise her voice and say she tried to help me and I walked out(which they were not helping me). This is amongst a salon FILLED with clients. As I was attempting to explain why I walked out and why I left this review she continued to be rude and yell that I walked out. I equally in volume responded I walked out to prevent my this unprofessional scene as you’re causing right now. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I wish Linda would find a better salon that would reflect her kind demeanor.Note to the owner/manager or whomever you are. You should learn accountability, professionalism, respect and business etiquette. This is coming from a stylist also in the service industry!

I came in, there was no wait. I told the lady (who was the owner) what I wanted she told me to pick a color. I showed her the design I wanted and asked her to show me the colors that best matched she said she didn’t know. How don’t you know what colors you have?! If you were more organized and professional you’d know and maybe I would be able to find the colors I wanted. That lady told me to just get nude when I wanted a design that had shades of pink and yellow. Pure laziness! So because I had a hard time finding the colors she decided to bring another lady to the table and just had her standing over me waiting for my seat. She didn’t communicate that she wanted to start someone else while she didn’t help me find the colors which was not necessary. I’ve been coming here for over a year! I left and will never come back. Rude, impatient and unprofessional.

I understand is always busy they always trying to get everyone on time. I love my nails every time I come is perfect. The wait time is a little long cause I can understand from ther perspective..., there is no way to tell how long it take to finish a set of nails. The nails are amazingly cheap but very nice

I always go there to get my nails and eyebrows done always been treated right. But today this lady, never saw her before got my eyebrows done it didn’t even take 2 minutes so I was like how fast it was when I went back to my car and looked at my eyebrows it was messy. One was clean and the other was just like it was before I went there. I was nice I ask to talk to her nicely so she can fix it for me. She was rude talking about eyebrows was like this way before I came in. Like why do you think I wanted to get them wax ? I am not paying just for them to look the same. Do you know how people trust you and let you guys do their eyebrows just to get poor customer service. You guys did the same thing to me with my nails for my birthday I let it slide because I was like you guys are busy even though I was the first customer since 8AM. More people working and you guys getting worse.

I used to go to this shop regularly. I used to love them up until yesterday. As I started going there more often I noticed how lax they became with the service that was provided. I’ve had a few experiences where my entire nail would pop off. So I would go there to have them fix it. Mind you sometimes this happened the same day as my service. I only got dip or gel on my nails and feet but yesterday I just wanted regular nail polish. They had plenty of regular nail polish but I brought my own and advised them of how important it was that I got the same color for my toes. They spoke in mandarin and discussed my nail polish. Then she made a comment to me that’s why I always come back because I choose cheap nail polish. I advised her of my comment above I come back when my nail pops off. After that interaction they continued to speak in mandarin and discuss me as if I wasn’t sitting there. This is not the first time either they have spoke about me or other clients in mandarin. I will never go to this nail salon or refer anyone to them anymore. I don’t recommend them at all. Don’t go unless you want to support people who lack professionalism and respect for you as a client. Remember Thy’s nail without clientele you won’t remain in business for long. Learn how to treat your customers and don’t speak about people in their presence. I wish I could give you a zero rating. Furthermore I’d like to add they try to strong arm you into getting the most expensive service they offer. They hover around and keep offering it even when you tell them no.

They are following cdc guide lines very safe and professional everyone that walks in has to have mask and wash hands it’s better to call ahead or make an appointment for quick service love this business and have been a Loyal customer since 2010.

First, I came in because they had amazing reviews and it’s just down the street. I didn’t wait at all. Though I was told after sitting down that it’s normally really busy and always a wait. T was great. And wonderfully patient as I still tried to narrow down my design! Quiet relaxing, and while my nails dried I even got a little shoulder massage.

Very average place. I read all the great reviews and was excited to try a new nail salon. Pedicure was good, but dip powder manicure very disappointing. Not the color I wanted, nail tech used only 2 coats of color powder and the nails look almost grey, while I asked for a warm pink color. Several of them have bumps and not filed evenly.

This place needs more organization. I had been waiting for an hour just get at fill, but I wasn’t mad because they were clearly busy. I’m eventually told that I would be next and I continue to wait. Another customer starts being loud and belligerent about getting her nails done and to appease her they literally ask me out of my seat to accommodate her. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I was beyond irritated. They should be giving out numbers/tickets to keep better order of what’s going on. I’ll never step foot in there again.

They always do a great job. Whatever you need done they got you. Gel,powder,acrylic or just a regular mani pedi they do it all. Hundreds of designs on Facebook and pinterest. If Im feeling like a plain Jane or extra jazzy that day I can always find a design to fit me.

I went there and got individual lashes and the lashes were not placed on neat, they were messy and placed wrong. The lashes were also placed too low to where it in was in the way of me seeing. They also came off easy. Not only that but, the customer service was horrible and the lash tech was being rude. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.!!!!

This place did a really good job on my nails.

This was my 1st time getting lashes done at this salon, I normally have my strips done by a personal MUA. I went there yesterday to get them done for the 1st time and it was bad. The eyelashes were not place on correctly. My own eyelashes are in clumps and full of glue under these lashes. I went back 10 minutes later so they could be redone. It was sooo painful getting it removed and replaced. They still look really bad. I am afraid to take them off because I dont want anymore more pain. I would not recommend getting strips. Im here crying because I dont want to take our family pictures like this.

I was a walk-in. There was no wait, my daughter and I were seen right away. The customer service was Phenomenal! I couldn’t even get to do Pedi. I went in and asked if they are taking any walk-ins they said yes let me sit down and made me wait an hour not telling me when they will start with me. The place is not so clean, no wiping down the seat after every customer. Very bad not even thinking about going there again.

I advice everyone to just go somewhere else, customer service is trash, they stay packed, they pick and choose who goes first.

I want to say the WORST nail place I’ve been to EVER. I came in town from Texas and was recommended this salon by a friend. My nails or lashes did not last a week. Furthermore they tried to charge me $15 more when I went to checkout. I came back today just to fix my lashes and I have been waiting for over and hour FOR THE POOR QUALITY of work. I explained to them that my plane leaves in less than 3hrs and she still decided and proceed with helping other customers. Furthermore there is NO SOCIAL DISTANCING or SANITATION going on at all in the building at all.

Thysnails is my go to nail salon. They provide the best one on one service. It always feels personal when you can go into a salon and they actually remember who you are and how you like your nails done. They go out of their way to make their customers feel at home. The salon is clean & beautiful. I love them friendly,recommend people come here and try how they work, have been with them for a few time now and there is no other place I rather go to. I let Tee do my nails & one I didn’t really like the quality because she made them too thin. Then I needed a fill in before 2 week and paid 30$ just to put glitter on it ! But one of my nails came fully off after my fill in which wasn’t a WEEK later (6 days) and she told me a have to pay again. I said I shouldn’t be loosing nails if I JUST had a fill in ! IF I WOULD HAVE WENT TO LINDA At OBT nails (My Regular Nail Tech) I would NOT have had this problem! And I wouldn’t have came out of pocket all this extra money !!! I WILL NOT RETURN !!! Poor quality nails !!

Anyone reading this review. I noticed a bad complaint recently posted from “Jenna” who use to go there and it’s true. They ended up making a fake profile to comment after the woman’s review.... stating “They have great service.” They do not have great service. You can also see a previous client who posted her nails. It should be pink nails! There’s no excuse for a poor service like that and they still had the audacity to take her money and let her go with her nails like that. Terrible service and liars to make a fake account “Kimberly Kimberly” to write good comments about themselves.The service is bad and not worth your money.She is right.

They have horrible customer service and they lie to you on the wait times. Would not recommend this place at all at first they were good and then after they started to lack in a lot of aspects. My nails also did not turn out the way I wanted to and was very disappointed in them.

I wouldn’t recommend going here. I’ve been here a few times and I’m now getting around to sharing my review after speaking with others who had the same exact things to say. Let me start by saying that the customer service is horrible. They need to take customer service courses because it is at an all-time low. Their skills from a 1-10 is a 5! Don’t let their Instagram / pictures fool you! The nail technicians are very selective about the style of nails they would prefer to do! What I mean by this is— if you ask for coffin, they’ll do a decent job because coffin is “Easy” from what I was told by the one who runs the nail shop... (Lady with short hair)! If you ask for stiletto, almond, oval or square... That’s when the BS starts!The first few times I went to them I got square and they did a terrible job! Terrible filing, there was acrylic under my nails and little pieces of left over acrylic on cuticles... The nail polish was also applied terrible! It’s not worth the money at all!The other few times I came, I asked for almond !She tried to give me coffin and said “Oh I thought you said you wanted coffin” that’s her favorite line when people respectfully correct her. “You said you wanted...” Don’t let her fool you with that! And when you correct her nicely AGAIN! She will raise her voice, as if that’s suppose to scare you! ...........uh ok!She did a terrible job! Again!I don’t expect perfect but they are not passionate about their work at all and it shows!The last time I went she raised her voice at me and I left! Again! That’s terrible customer service & very unprofessional! Especially when I was very kind.Please don’t go here unless they treat you good.I like to give people chances but the customer service was my last straw.

I checked reviews on nail salons close to my location and I liked the reviews on Thys. I enjoyed my experience here and the service was fast and extremely affordable. Whenever I am in Orlando I will certainly visit here again.

I did like how my nails came out but I had to keep snatching my hands back because they were getting to close to my skin with the drill and the man kept saying oh you’re so sensitive very sensitive after it was done I saw I was bleeding and even a day later majority of my fingers are super sore I can barely do anything with them like it’s not being sensitive if my skin being ripped by the drill not even to mention we were there for an hour just sitting around like they didn’t even have our feet soaking until they were ready to do us which wasted more time
