I have been on many vacations but this by far was the best to date... I wasnt ready to leave WestGate Lakes in Orlando.. My family thoroughly enjoyed. Everything you need is on the property. The best 7 days ever... Clean and nice, bed was comfortable, the Villa style is how Im riding every year from now on... One day I will own a time share...♥️♥️♥️

We came from outside the hotel. There were no signs anywhere. The outside is essentially a maze with numerous entrances and no signs indicating where the spa is. Once inside the main building, there again were no signs until you actually get close to where the spa is. It took forever to figure out where we were supposed to go. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful; only providing vague general directions. Then, once we finally pieced together the clues to locate the spa, we were late, and were told we either had to accept a 25 minute spa or the remainder balance of our time. We went with the 25 minute option. The quality of the massage was okay, but nothing particularly special. The masseuse was very nice though. I don’t think it was worth it for 25 minutes for two people for $200. If you are staying at the hotel it might be worth it for a longer session, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone coming from outside the hotel.

I’ve gotten a acne facial here before and never did they literally POP all my pimples aggressively till I started bleeding. My last facial did not include this. But yesterday (8/5) at 10am before my flight I booked a facial and was not relaxing at all. I spent about 20 minutes flinching and tearing up because of how bad it hurt and the lady doing the facial said it will hurt a bit. You can see all the scabs and scars I will now have from this service. Don’t waste your money here tip was included in the price and trust me I didn’t want to tip her. Never should anyone pop pimples. It’s unsanitary and causes harsh effects to the skin such a bleeding and bruises. You can visually see the swelling and redness, don’t know how this is relaxing?

Couple messages was amazing cbd oil and my massage therapist was great she knew all the areas to work on..

This place is beautiful there is plenty to do for both children and adults. I injured my ankle while on my getaway and they were all very accommodating and concerned. They kept checking on me and making sure I was doing well. I have been here many times and its pleasant every time. Very affordable as well.

This is the ultimate facial and massage spa!! Ask for Suki. She is the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. Everyone here are very very friendly and covid conscious. I will definitely return here when I return to Orlando.

Spa was great, however the clientele in the lobby were loud, tacky and ill mannered. The facial was wonderful, massage average and the pedicure was okay, it left me feet rough and dry.

The best facial I have ever had in my life. Marlene did an amazing job; She used amazing products that did not irritate my skin at all. Her hands are the best! Loved the conversation with her. Sweet lady! The staff is super friendly and welcoming.The location is great and they have a free parking garage.

Wonderful massage

Came with my girlfriends for a spa day after the half marathon. It was a little difficult to find, but we enjoyed the amenities. The massage therapist were awesome and they did not overbook allowing us to enjoy the spa, sauna and steam room with just our small group.

Had the greatest Mothers Day experience here. My sons father bought me a gift card for $300 and I received a body scrub (staff recommended), a body massage, and the European facial. The hostess gave a detailed tour of the facility, all the staff I encountered greeted me and others, and overall a nice facility.

Lovely facility and staff. Got a couples massage, so I know its designed to be more relaxing than therapeutic. However, my massage therapist forgot the front s of my arms, barely massaged my feet and the fronts of my legs, didnt touch my hands. I also said that I was having some pain in both hips and she didnt even address my hips. I dont think Id come back for a massage here, all the extra amenities dont make up for a poor massage.

Excellent experience - we have had two couples massages here and both times the therapists have been professional and attentive. Had gel manicure and technician was a joy. Full access to sauna, steam room and jacuzzi as a spa guest.

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I got a body scrub from Lin and a massage and facial from Liz. Both women were very sweet and helpful, as it was my first time going to a spa. Liz gave me great skincare advice, and recommended a BioFreeze product that has done wonders for my back pain. I would definitely go back the next time Im in Orlando!

Dont advertise a male masseuse when you never have one .. other than that awesome.. but would be nice to have a male once in a while..But i love the team and will go again and again... would be nice to get a discount tho for repeat business for Florida residents..

Definitely a five star place. Very relaxing and very friendly staff. My husband and I did the couple massage for 25 min. Def not long enough so we are booking another one tomorrow for a 50 min one. We will def be back over and over again.

I always love my time spent at Serenity Spa!!! I usually see Alicia for my deep tissue/pain focused massage but got to see Pam this time too! She is the BEST for lower back pain and leg trouble. Alicia is absolutely phenomenal for shoulder and neck pain. Lin does super relaxing facials and mani/pedi’s. And as always Sharon is the most accommodating and helpful manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. All in all, still one of my favorite places to visit!!

The message was great! However there was an older man who was creeping around the womens locker room. He did not have a robe on so I assume he was not getting a service done. I asked if I could help him find someone he did not respond just left. He came back about 10 times, so I explained to him this side was only for women. Again, no response just left. I reported him to the staff and they explained to me he is autistic, which tells me they are familiar with him and the situation and are not doing anything about it! I came here to relax I was terrified sitting in just my robe. The spa needs to handle this situation!

I was pretty excited for our couples massage after reading all the reviews... However, once we got there i was highly disappointed. Liz talked the entire time and along with having her phone talking while she was working... I had to mention that someone was talking (trying to be nice) of course I was the only one that heard it... once she realized it was her phone she appologized. Liz also straight out asked if my friend was in jail bc of his scar... When he asked her to repeat what she said... She rephrased to a question.It literally felt like i we had a 50 min lotion appointment... I dont think they deserve the tip that rec. However, it was already worked in.I gave them 1 star bc the front desk rep was professional.

I had a great experience getting a Mani-Pedi. The staff is fantastic and the facility is very relaxing. I loved that I had a steam room and sauna available for my use.

What a waste of time! First, you have to go through a security gate, show your ID and they register your car just so you can park in their parking garage. Take the elevator down to the first floor, walk over to a different building and go up to the 3rd floor. When I walked in at 8:44 am, there were two girls behind the desk and another one I could hear in the back, but no customers in sight. I asked for a simple mani-pedi as a walk-in. They told me Id have to come back at 3:30 pm, and said they suggest you call and book ahead because they get so booked up. Ridiculous. Wont be coming back here!
