I got a pedicure with a design and an eyebrow wax. Upon the design she asked what I wanted. I said a blue flower. She brought over 2 green polishes and I told her before she even started that I wanted blue. She continue to paint on my nail while having a conversation with another worker. The design was horrible, it was dots with lines and not a flower. I told them I would rather have a plain toe with no design than the one they gave me. Thankfully someone else came over and tried to fix it. While paying it was 30$+ tip. She forgot to add my eyebrow wax so I had to pay a second time. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!

I was referred to this place by a friend. The lady who did my nails and toes was rough and hurt me. She also does not listen. Im very particular, and I felt like I had to keep telling her what to do so my nails could look somewhat decent. Also, she was wearing a mask with lipstick stains and food stains......unsanitary. there were times she would touch her dirty mask then me just nasty! Do better!

Professional establishment with quality work. My nails last about a week longer then it normally would if I go elsewhere. I work with my hands a lot so thats a plus for me. Amys work makes my nails last while still looking shiny and Purelux!!

Took my 4yr old granddaughter to get her first time mani/pedi for her birthday. Technician was very nice and patient and did a great job. Nails were still going strong the next day. Also liked that they had children’s chairs for pedicures...made it that much more fun!

Ive been coming here for the past 2 1/2 years and I love it. They never disappoint. My daughter also enjoys getting her pedis in the little butterfly chairs. Definitely recommend.

Don’t waste your money here! They will over book and tell you it’s a 30 minute wait when it’s actually an hour plus. The lady rushes and does not care about your mail work she’s busier looking at the door and seeing who is coming in. I had to point out to her multiple times things she had to fix and she just ignored my concerns. If you really value your nails please stay away.

Purelux is awesome, we went in for four pedicures, two adults and two kids, we were treated very well, Tom was so nice and attentive to my 4 year old, she couldn’t stop talking about how much fun she had! Amy is a true professional, and all there employees work hard and make sure that you are satisfied! I don’t remember the name of our other two techs but they were so nice ! And after a long time we FINALLY found a GOOD nail salon!

I’ve never been less happy with my nails! The woman who did my cut me 4 times!!! 4! My fingers hurt! The shape doesn’t look natural, it’s so thick and ugly. I paid for gel polish which wasn’t applied correctly bubbled and looks horrible. I’m not happy at all and will not be going back.

Get your nails done here especially if you like hand painted designs!!! You won’t be disappointed. For blinged out nails ask for Ken!!!! 🤗

I was referred here big mistake I went yesterday I had a pedicure n manicure. The manicure it was ok could of better but it was ok. My problem was that I did the pedicure the lady ask me if I want it long or short I said not too long n not too short jus in between clearly she don’t kno what that meant. She did it short n none of my nails are the same size. I paid for the service n it was not acceptable I went their with my daughters n the oldest did hers too n hers to is not the same size. If it wasn’t for her begging me not too act up. They would of kno how I felt. So on that note they can’t never get my money again. The lady too me look like she was a new person cause she took for ever too done with my nails n she had too keep add acrylic on🤦🏽‍♀️. I didn’t like u all service I needed a refund I was too mad with that service. I jus walk out the shop. 😔😡.

My actual experience there was great they were respectful and took interest in what I actually wanted my nails to look like. It’s Thursday I got my nails done Sunday and they are already lifting and coming off. The application was terrible and my nails started bubbling like an hour after I left. I also got my eyebrows done and they came out great. But the quality of the nail product isn’t there.

I personally recommend this place ! I came here a few times already and I absolutely love it ! There extremely clean and organized! My last visit I had to work at 3:30 and I got there at 2 and the man made time for me and squeezed me in ! Not Only did he make Time For me but he also did my nails really good ! I went to do my pedicure there and the man took his time and did them So good !

Ana is a wonderful nail tech. I started going to her the end of spring 2019. She is friendly, caring and professional. She does my acrylic nails.I also like the size of the salon so youre not on top of each other.

So my daughter and I have been going to the nail salon for a while now and we usually get the same people every time we go. However the last two times Ive gone have not been so good due to having 2 different people due my nails cause our other people werent able to do them those days I went. This last time I went was may 13th 2020 and I had this woman Ive never seen before working on my nails. Ive never had so much pain during and after getting my nails done up until then. She had to fix my nails 3 times and they are still messed up. And my fingers are hurting so bad cause she got to close to my cuticles and theres part of my nails thats arent even covered. And not to mention one of my nails is crooked, even after she already tried fixing it already. 😠

They did AMAZING on mine and my grandmothers nails. They took their time instead of rushing through and I felt NO sort of discomfort at all. This place is definitely my to go place from now on.

I would definitely come back here. We live in GA and I called for my daughter a full set and paint gel on her toes. I also got a full set after seeing a client nails. Their really nice and professional. When we come back here I would definitely go back.

I was happy when I found this place on the Google search. I’ve read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I’ve seen people complaining about nasty attitude from the owner/manager but I thought I will give it a try anyway. Well, turns out It is absolutely true what people say about owner being rude to their customers. Unfortunately as a customer you cannot tell them anything if you are not satisfied because “ you don’t know what you are talking about” and they expect you to bite your tongue apparently. The owner gets very defensive, gives you a bad attitude that makes you feel like you’ve done something wrong, takes it out on your nails and rushing to do them. On my last visit my nails were unevenly cut, but I didn’t say anything because I was not in a mood to get an attitude and I’m not a person who likes to argue. The nail polish started to come off the next day too. I’ve been there 3 times, but every time I feel like if don’t like something I’m supposed to stay quiet and not say anything. No, thank you! I am a paying customer and I always leave a very generous tip, but apparently they don’t appreciate that either.And no one who is paying for the service deserves to be treated like that as they are YOUR customers. And if you have an attitude to people who help you to stay in business, then maybe you should re-think how you run your business. There is many many places to get your nails done in Orlando. So I’m currently on the search for a good nail place with the pleasant attitude and I’d rather take my business elsewhere. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and it took me several weeks to write this one but I hope this will help other people to make the right decision when choosing nail salon.

Ana did a phenomenal job on my nails. She took her time and her attention to detail was on point. I’ve been looking for a good nail tech for the past two years since I moved down to Florida from NY and I think I finally found her. amazing

Austin did such a GREAT job I got compliments and had many people ask about them. Super LOVE! I’ve no problems with pop offs with my nails as I usually do from them being long but no issues here!

My daughters went to get their nails done for an activity they have. Anna was unprofessional, rude, and extremely loud. The place was extremely disorganized in their service as well. We pay you to do a job, so it is your duty to do the job and not argue with the customers and get upset. When my daughter asked you for an ombre you said you couldnt do it. She explained she has had an ombre done before at our regular salon and from that moment on you started filing hard and rough on her nails. Totally unprofessional. Needless to say, we will not be back.

They have informative about nails job! And did an amazing job on my nails. Personally, I feel that its better for my nails and shiny. Especially, pricing is great for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely become a regular here :)

Traveling to Florida for a bit of sunshine and warm then found this new germ when shopping at the Florida Mall. My pedicure and manicure were done in no time while I relaxed in the warm welcome of the facility. It has been three weeks and my nails still look as new. And, my son loved the butterfly pedicure chair. We dont have that kind of treatment for kids like that here in Sweden. Ill ask for you, Jackie, if I should come back to Orlando in the summer or any other time

I’ve been coming here for a year a half with new & old management & I must say with new management the experience has been much better! Anna does a wonderful job over all! & all the employees are very attentive!

I went the first time and they cut my cuticles so close they were drawing blood on some of my fingers and also were cheap with the gel polish by not putting enough on.I gave them a second chance and came back but the second time was worse. Cut my cuticles too much in my fingers and toes and I had multiple bleeding areas. The woman who did my fill on my hands was hurting me the whole time. She was way too rough and kept shoving her nail under an already open wound and she knew she was doing it because she kept complaining that the wound was in the way. Give me a break.Today is the next day and I have sore spots around my nails and cuts and scabs healing and it all hurts. They were also cheap and didnt put enough gel polish on my nails again because my nails do not look like the sample nail they show you on the plastic pallet.The point is I went there a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt but I sincerely regret it now!After all that they were still rushing me to pay them before they were even done with my nails.I gave them no tip and they are lucky I paid them at all but I will NEVER go back there!

Visiting from out of town for a wedding and chose this place for the great reviews. My experience however was not great. The massage chair was broken and no one offered for me to change chairs, even though there were several empty ones. I knew it might not go well when she started to trim my nails with the cuticle nippers. I still have cracks on my heels and rough spots that should have been taken care of. Very disappointed ☹️

Well, Im from out of town so I was skeptical about a new place. After calling and speaking to a person named Steven who reassured me and told me to come on in, I picked colors and even though there was a misunderstanding I love my nails!!! His professionalism alone during the time of my spazzing and also with me only having two nails left to be done, he actually wanted to redo them!! They still came out perfect and he is very patient with detail..Update: 3 weeks almost and no lifting... Im a mail lady and this NEVER happens.. Im used to having atleast one chipped and one missing..

Came two weeks ago. They charged me $40 for a pedicure and they did not scrub my feet or anything. Legit only did a polish change and tried justifying the price by rubbing my feet😒. I came for a pedicure. My feet were rough. I would have happily paid the $40 and tipped had I gotten what I paid for. A signature pedicure which should have been the works. Then when they started drying my feet without performing the service asked for and paid for, they had the audacity to say that it yo feet, the cracks yo haf to scrub everyday at home ... seriously?!? I just freaking paid you $40 to scrub my feet!!!Also, they try to be sly by not having a price list available or posted anywhere.If u go here, b armed with the price list on their website or demand to see one and what exactly it includes. Otherwise they will take advantage of you.

I went here to get my nails done on my birthday. The man got the colors wrong, and while telling him this in a calm tone, because I was going to keep it as is, the manager got really loud and unprofessional with me. She said, oh well lady too late he cant redo. No lady he cant do nothing else its too late. Luckily Ive matured in life, so I advised her several times I wasnt talking to her and he was able to finish my nails. The fact that he offered to redo them atleast showed me that he cares for his customers. The manager doesnt at all.. I even got a pedi when he was done and she made a smart remark about it.. if possible, find another place.. if Steven is there cool, Ana hell no... Smh

The girl that did my nails definitely hates her job and she didnt pay attention to what she was doing. My nails now so thin that it hurts. Previous owner was much better, dont waste your money here.

Absolutely love this nail salon!!! Stopped by in desperate need of a mani/pedi and had an amazing experience. The salon is just four months old and very clean and comfortable. They have tons of really awesome gel colors and and matching polish for toes is available for most colors. Kayla was my manicurist and she is absolutely wonderful. She made the shape of my finger nails exactly the way I wanted and gave me quite possibly the best pedicure Ive ever had. I took a chance on this place because of how few reviews there were but I am beyond happy I did! All of the ladies were absolutely lovely and I will definitely be back again!

The manicurist here are all extremely professional, friendly, and provide consistent service. Overall look and service of the place is clean and modern. This is what I expected for a nail salon.

I went in today for a SNS refill, because I liked the way their nail tech did my nails the first time. She told me her name was Ana. So when I called to make an appointment I requested her. When I went in a different girl sat me down and was about to start on my nails. I told her that she wasn’t “Ana” (the one that did my nails the other day) and rudely she told me she was the only Ana that worked there. It turns out that I miss heard her name (the nail tech that did my nails the first time was Annie) and she was on Vacation. Rudely Ana asked me “So do you want me to do your nails or not?!” I said yes and as soon as she picked up the file drill she cut my cuticle. It hurt badly and I started to bleed and her excuse was that I moved. She didn’t apologize, she was to busy trying to blame me for her mistake. I asked for a Bandaid, and told her that i did not want her to do my nails she replied with “next time get our names right because, I could of taken another appointment.” If I could give this place no stars I would. Please DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANA!!

Best nail salon on Sand Lake! My nail tech never rushes, takes her time, always asks me about my daughter, and is super sweet! And she always does a stellar job!

I go only for one person who (in my opinion) does manicure and pedicure great but I just cant stand her attitude, its rude and impolite.. as soon as I find better service, bye bye!

Was my favorite spot, I showed them a pic and they said they can do it. When they tried the man had no clue what he was doing and you could tell because he took a whole nail and redid it. When i told him i dont like it and its not blended he got mad and had a attitude. Had the manager come do my nails and was super unprofessional, rude, and speaking over me yelling because i wasnt sure what i wanted for my nails now. Mind you these were my birthday nails so i wanted them nice. Told me i have her waiting but it wasnt my fault her nail tech told me he could do some he didnt know how to do and now i needed a new idea. When she did my nails they were so rushed with the ombré affect its not blended at all and looks sloppy. When she shaped my nails she wasnt gentle at all and was clearly taking her anger out while shaping them because of another customers complaint and mine. Ive been going there for a while and 2 times i gotMy nails done and hated them and they told me to never leave unhappy to speak up. But when i spoke up they want to be angry. Never coming here again.i have 5! Friends that come here because of me and im for sure telling them better luck somewhere. AUSTIN is the only nail tech there that can do ombre nails between :).

Im very disappointed. I come here more then often for wax, lashes, Mani and pedi. And today I went in to see if they would fix my to broken nails (not to mention its only been a week since I got them done) and I was informed that I would have to pay $30 to have them done again, when all I wanted done was to fix it. And I was laughed at and told nothing is for free. What a way to treat a regular customer 😔
