Do not go here. I’ve been battling foot fungus and toenail fungus! Avoid! They reuse old pumice bars on your feet, and nail bits that aren’t clean. I’ve been battling this fungus for a few months, this was the last salon I stepped into. The lady who did my toes also nipped my skin, not one, not two, but four times! When I said ouch she did it again and again! Go somewhere else. Lesson learned for me, I’ll never step foot into another nail salon.

I have been coming to this salon for two years and have only gotten my gel mani and pedi from EMILY! By far the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She’s super detailed and my nails look like a million bucks every single time. If you need a gel manicure definitely do not hesitate. She might take a little longer but is because she’s a perfectionist. Trust me you will not be disappointed with my girl. Happy customer with every visit!!!!!!

Amanda is hands down the best nail tech I have ever had!! She is sweet as pie and my nails are always shaped perfectly, neat, and last 3 weeks! She always gives me exactly what I want and does an amazing job! The massage chairs are also awesome! Love this nail salon!

Been here a couple of times but the last two sets weren’t great. My pointer nail broke on the left on the first set. And this just happened a week later. Charged me $50 this time because of the overlay on one nail. I will probably go somewhere else next time

Best Orlando experience I have had in some time. Very clean with added covid protocols being followed. The staff was supper organized and very attentive. Donna was my technician for a full mani/pedi and it was exactly what I needed for a great price.

First time we came to this place, a young gentleman did my nails. Excellent skills and quick service, did extra base and color for no extra charge. I was charged $35 for the service. I came again today and the girl who did my nails clearly did not know what she was doing. Didnt soak them or reapply base. She filed them crooked and did so much color, they look chunky and horrible. Very disappointed in her service and she charged $40 for some reason. Not sure I will return.

This a very convenient nail salon I chose to go to after work before going out with friends... And I was so surprised at how nice the establishment was. This place is not too pricey and does an AMAZING job at making sure you look you best. The staff is very nice and the place is super clean. I usually fear getting my eyebrows waxed because it always seems like techs take too much off. Getting my eyebrows done here, first try she perfectly shaped my brows. The pedicures feels so nice and very thorough. Also I later came back for a manicure and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place! My boyfriend treated me here for our anniversary and I have to say Im a huge fan! Such a fan Ill be coming back on a regular basis. My manicurist/pedicurist was awesome as well! Very sweet people and hold great conversation. I dont really need a lot of people roaming around when Im trying to relax. They got a permanent customer out of me.

I highly recommend that you don’t waste your time or money here. The staff is extremely unprofessional and simply have no pride in their work.They’re clearly talking about their clients as they work.

This place is always so busy. Most of the employees are great and are very friendly. The only problem I see constantly is they switch employees in the middle of doing ones nails and they are all constantly on the phone. I thought that alone was pretty rude.

Drove 30 minutes just to get holographic nails ~ definitely worth the drive. I called right before I left my house & the lady on the phone said she could squeeze me in. She is super on top of appointments, as she was doing someones nails, she was also answering the phone and keeping track of the appointments in her book. Super cute place, I dont know why I havent been here before. I got lots of compliments on the nails & I will definitely be back when they start to chip!

This place is very clean and the ladies were really nice. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and it was not busy at all. They paid close attention to detail and made sure I liked my nails every step of the way.

I’ve gone to this place since I moved into the area - going on 4 years now. Nowhere else. I always get a different person each time and I never mind because they’re all great. So sweet. And even if you’re dissatisfied with the way your nail was cut or anything else minor they really work with you to fix that.

Suggested by a good friend bc it was her regular salon until she moved. I did go in during peak time, 430p, so I was well aware of a wait. Took approximately 45 minutes, which is average for a full set with dip powder. I requested a matte finish, it didnt come out right and I was sat with another technician. She then just buffed off the error and sent me on my way, which I thought was weird. In the daylight, my nails looked like they were scuffed. I had the original tech fix them and he was kind and apologetic. Overall, I will personally not be returning. They did seem to have many regulars all in all.

Definitely recommend this place! I’ve been coming here for over a year and anytime I go somewhere else I’m always so disappointed because no one is good as my nail tech Van. I appreciate her so much and I love this salon. And the prices are great.

This was my second time here and I have been incredibly pleased with their work both times! Today Fi put real concentration and effort into making every detail perfect, fully covering my nails with gel polish, even on the tips of my nails. Additionally, he put glue on a broken nail, and made it look flawless, so you’d never know which one was broken! I couldn’t have asked for more!

I used to love this place and bring friends all the time however the customer service I just experienced was very unprofessional and unpleasant. After coming in and asking for a pedicure the employee sat me down then pulled out a hose and hose the bucket down with water splashing everywhere. Once the bucket was full proceeded to walk off for 10 minutes leaving me waiting around with no menu to select my service, no beverage, in lukewarm water while others who just walked on where getting full service and quality of care. Once the employee came to attend they left the front door open with someone smoking right in the door. The room is filled with the scent of tobacco smoke. This experience was extremely disappointing and far from relaxing or tranquil. Very sad. Poor attitude and horrible quality of care.

Didn’t have the greatest experience here recently. Lots of loud chatting amongst the techs which was annoying...lots of commotion and changing of techs for both me and my daughter mid pedicure. Pedicure looks great...but for the price the experience should be better.

I work close to this location and I stopped yesterday for a fill. The lady at the front desk asked me to seat at her desk and began to do my nails. She was very rude, pulling my hands and fingers like if i was seating in the wrong position. Then she proceeded to file and shape my nails like she was in a rush. I asked her very nicely if she had an appointment after me and she said no but then asked me why, I told her very politely that she seems in a rush. She said that she has been in business for 20 years and thats the way she works but if i dont like her i can go with somebody else. I stayed quite; then with a rude tone she asked me again if I want to go with somebody else. I told her that it was my first time and I dont know who does a good job or not and she can continue with my nails and unexpectedly, she got up of her chair, talking her idiom again with a rude tone, went to the back room and then another nail tech came to my desk and finished my nails. I am not sure if she was the owner or not but she never apologized, she never told me that somebody else was going to finish my nails. I felt really bad at this place and I will never ever go back. They have a bad customer service and rude.

HORRIBLE. Got a French mani and pedi. The white was not straight on the hands or toes. Got it done on a Thursday for a friends wedding on Saturday. Friday night one of my nails started peeling. By Monday all but two nails had peeled off. Was the worst. Would not recommend to anyone.

I will never go back to this place. I do not recommend it. I got fungus on my foot from going to this place. If you care about good hygiene and are a clean person, I recommend you go somewhere else.

I’ve been here many times before and they’ve done a fantastic job but when I went back today I asked my technician to just file My nails a little shorter and keep the same shape, and she proceeded to clip them and file them into a completely different shape. When I asked her to please shape them like they were when I came it she continued to file to the point where there was no hope my nails would look nice and then blamed me for asking for the wrong shape. Extremely dissapointed.

I requested dip and had a light pink. During the manicure the color wasn’t showing up as it did on the sample. I asked if it would get darker and was told it would. When it was done it did not get darker. I explained my concern and was told that I picked the color and that was my fault. I would have paid to have it fixed, but the rudeness from the employee made me just leave. I do not recommend this awful customer service to anyone. Go anywhere else.

My husband so graciously bought myself and my daughter gift certificates for multiple services at the salon. Unfortunately, I misplaced the certificates and was told that they would only be willing to give me half of what we paid for because they dont keep track of what they sell and arent able to go back, even after the receptionist told me that she remembered my husband buying the certificates. After expressing my displeasure Michelle then stated that she wanted to hang up on me so bad and wasnt able to do anything else. I could understand her wanting to hang up on me if I was being rude, but at that point I was nothing but nice. Unfortunately, this isnt the first time I received bad customer service from them, but it will definitely be the last.

The environment is always very relaxed and peaceful. All of the staff are really friendly and welcoming, Im really happy I found this place and will continue to come here for my escapes from the real world.

This place is horrible. They pulled on my nails and fingers, made me bleed. I hope this place closes down. Parking is the worst, only great thing target and Starbucks after near by. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve came here off and on for years but the most recent time was a bit unhappy with the treatment. The guy who did my nails was very dismissive when I was explaining my wants and borderline rude. I’m used to tech speaking a foreign language around me and never take it personally, however this time, it felt clear as day they were talking trash about me. Then on top of it they severely over charged me after I did the math later. I also tipped him well because it’s my nature, but when I did he was very surprised. That leads me to believe he knew he was being rude and over charged me and was shocked I tipped him as well as I did. I would like to go back because I’m a creature of habit and they are clean but idk. I hate bad customer treatment.

STAY AWAY!! If I could give zero stars, then that would be the correct rating. I have gone to this salon several times over the last few years and yesterday was a horrible experience. But what made it worse was how it was handled. The male technician (did not get his name) repeatedly burned my nails with the dremel while removing the gel polish off of my acrylics. I told him several times and he continued to be rough. When it came time to file my nails, he was so aggressive with the nail file that I have cuts & nics several places on my cuticles and swollen nail beds. I spoke with the owner and all he had to say to it was put some lotion on the cuts. Then another woman came over and interjected that it was an accident. I reiterated how I told the tech repeatedly that he was burning my nails and then he was being too hard with the nail file. She laughed and said it wasn’t on purpose. I sure hope not! I’ve had my nails done for over 20 years and can count on one hand how many times I’ve left with this many cuts to my fingers. Their technical is horrible and their flippant attitude was worse.

I honestly dont know whats so great about this place. Maybe I got unlucky and got the bad staff. In any case, the woman who ended up filling my nails did a terrible job. I asked her to shorten my nails which she did fine. Then she proceeded to file and shape my nails like she was in a rush. My right hand came out okay; one nail was a little misshaped but it was something that could have been overlooked. My entire left hand was crooked and I was cut three times. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Nail techs do not take pride in their work. Nail salon is very nice but Id rather paint my nails at home and do a better job in 15 minutes than spend money on someone to do a mediocre job in 45.

Would never go bad. Did not paint my whole fingernails and my toes got painted along with my toenails.

This place has a beautiful setup, but when I walked in a worker sitting in customer chair asked me what would i like. I explained to her what I wanted. The worker that did my pedi and fill was horrible. She kept pushing my toe down as she was polishing it. I asked her did she need me to flatten my foot so she wont have to push my toe down. Then she started my nails and I noticed she kept throwing my hand down like she rushing. Then she began twisting my arm while doing my nails, at that point I asked her not to twist my are because I have a recent injury to my neck & arms & she responded ok. Then she continued to twist my arm and she jerked my thumb which sent a sharp pain to my neck. I instantly told her you are hurting my arm and im not going to let you continue if you continue thos nonsense. I ended up raising my voice because she smiling telling me i understand. I told her slow down. Out of all the years of getting my nails done at several nail salons, this was the worse experience. That place is horrible!!!

Dishonest. If you are looking for new SNS nails that is popular on YouTube then be sure they use they use the bottles labeled SNS not a knockoff brand ANS with acrylic powder. They put an awful color knockoff on me that was extremely thick. They then removed it to put on the real stuff (however they tried to sneak it back in halfway). It turned out looking great on most nails. She put a 3rd layer on two nails and they look like a pool of gook. All steps should be SNS even the color dips. For $40 you dont want something thick that will probably crack. The product started lifting after 8 days. It was really dishonest how they tried using something else. They were practically laughing at me with each other. They smile but lie to save money. I have never had a salon problem before anywhere else.

One of the best places for a pedi/mani. Staff is super nice and actually holds a conversation with you instead of talking among themselves. They speak English so there is absolutely no awkwardness. I will definitely going back for all my pedi/mani needs.
