Totally recommend!!I just moved to Orlando from Miami and among all the nail salons I searched Solace caught my attention for the good reviews and pictures. I made an appointment on their website, which was super practical and efficient. The salon is very clean and bright with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.Ivy was the technician I chose to do my nails she has great reviews and no wonder, my nails came out beautiful! Ivy is very capricious and detailed.Julie was the one who took care of my pedicure gel, she was very attentive and friendly, my toes were very well maintained and painted! Their classic pedicure includes massage and hot towels which is awesome!I had a great experience here and for sure Ill be back soon!

Not only did it take 2+ hours for them to give me just a pedicure. I also got a gel manicure and my nails were cracked and chipping THE VERY NEXT DAY!! It was terrible! I have never had a manicure this bad. I had tried this place per friend’s recommendations, & I unfortunately will not be back.

I havent had my nails done in a while but decided to treat myself. My whole experience was amazing, I got a spa pedicure and dip nails with an intricate design I had seen on their reviews. Ivy was very sweet, knowledgeable and really talented. She did my nails exactly as I wanted and I will definitely go back. The decor is nice, lots of different color options and services and these ladies are on point!

I was offered a glass of water and wine. Received excellent care and did not feel rushed. Definitely got my moneys worth. The chairs are wonderful, getting a back massage as well. I tried the lemon pedicure for $50 and I can not express enough the time spent on my feet and legs, the smell of the fresh products and the perfect polish how absolutely incredible it was.

Tina is the absolute best. Had a great spa pedicure with the best massage ever. Soaked off my nails and got the dip and she took her time and they were flawless. My new nail spit for sure

Ive been doing my nails here ever since moving to Orlando for UCF and Ivy is the best! She does great acrylic and dip work now matter what length or shape you ask for! And her pedicures are amazing! You can tell everyone really takes their time and it makes the experience so much more relaxing and great!

Flex has done my acrylics the past 2 times now and has been great! I’ve tried a couple different places around here and this is the first one to not cut my or hurt my nails. Definitely recommend.

I Really wanted to like this place as it’s very close to home, but I was so disappointed that I am writing this review. The lady that did my pedicure was very friendly, but really didn’t put much effort into the pedicure and the color I got was different from what I asked and don’t match my nails.Now, the REAL reason I’m giving just a star, is the gentleman that did my gel manicure. He was NOT wearing a mask?! (He wasn’t the only one.) He kept touching his nose, which I would find disgusting even pre-COVID. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I felt very uncomfortable. Then, I asked if he would please cut my cuticles, and he is response was, “if it sticks out, I cut. If not, I don’t cut.” Simply unacceptable. I will Not be coming back. Definitely, do NOT recommend.

This was my first time trying this nail spa out and it will be my last. The guy who did my nails was in such a rush to finish and it shows. Mind you, I was the only one there but yet my nails look atrocious because he wanted to add coat on top of coat, without letting the nails dry before filing so naturally the dip powder kept moving around. He had to redo my nails twice because the color would come off when he filed. My nails look cloudy and are a lot shorter then I asked for. When I asked if I could come back the next day and get my nails re-done by someone else since no one else was there who could do them, I was told I would have to pay full price again. Poor customer service and quality, I don’t recommend.

I have been here maybe 4 times now, and I will keep coming back! The staff pay attention to detail and take their time. I first came in with damaged, short, chewed up nails. I started getting dip powder and now my nails are strong and long enough to do cute designs like this marble pattern. Ive gotten a pedicure there and nothing is rushed--the massage lasts forever. I also love the way they wax my eyebrows :) If you live in the area, you should definitely come here. They take good care of you :)

The salon was clean, organized and professional. Mike did a fantastic job on my nails. I moved to Orlando from New Hampshire, chose Solace because they are rather close to where I live and had good reviews. Sure am glad I did. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return

I have never gone to a nail salon and come out with my nails looking like this. Guy doing my nails was in such a rush even though there was no one there. I left and went to bliss nail spa where they fixed it.

Staff is nice, the owner Lynn is very nice she did my pedicure. Helen did a great job waxing my eyebrows. Flex did great shaping my nails and making them thin. I had an issue with the top coat and they amicably fixed it. They take their time, the only down side to that is expect a long wait time when needing multiple services, salon had 4 employees.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming however the young man that did my pedicure cut my nails and did not shape them at all. They were all straight across and looked ridiculous. I had to go home and shape/re-file and then attempt to paint them again myself which defeated the whole purpose of going in the first place. The description of the spa Pedi includes nail shaping. Very disappointed.

My nails seemed like they were kinda fine, but I got them done somewhere else and Im so estatic about how they look now. I realized the lady who did my nails here brought the powder too far up my nail. By the next day I was feeling like my nail was showing ... B for effort, but not success.

Mike was very friendly and did a great job painting my nails even though they were super short. I think Julie was the woman who waxed my brows - took her 3 minutes and I’m very happy with them.

Really POOR pedicure from a man, I still have cuticle... next a lady did my manicure and she was better .. I will try her again, but definitely dont choose the guy...I have notice poor disinfecting and cleaning in many Asian salons. so I keep trying all in my area

It is a little nerve wracking trying to find a new nail salon, but after reading the reviews and seeing pictures I decided to give Solace Nail Spa a try. Ivy was absolutely amazing! I went with her suggestion of trying the ombre nails and was not disappointed! They turned out beautifully! I am definitely a new client!

We called in an set up an appointment for 4:45 today. The receptionist that we talked to confirmed the appointment. When we got there at 4:40, we were told that it would be a 20 minute wait. We were fine with that. When we came back 20 minute older, the receptionist then said sorry, come back another day. She wouldn’t offer an explanation for what time or what was going on, she just said come back another day, even though they close 2-3hrs later. Poor customer service.

The women here are extremely nice and understanding. ivy even stayed after closing to finish my nails.my nails look amazing!!! 10/10 recommend

Ivy the owner was so sweet and hospitable. Both girls that did the pedicures on myself and my son today were amazing. Their techniques were comfortable and so soothing. The temperature on everything used was absolutely perfect. Tiffany was hilarious, helpful and made our afternoon that much better . This will definitely be my new favorite place ✨

I have frequented Solace Nails Salon for the last year. This place is wonderful for pedicures! Nice length on massages, clean equipment, lovely atmosphere, and wonderful people. They go the extra mile to ensure comfort. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went in to get a pedicure for daughter and I. Decided to go ahead and get the dip powder nails too. First problem was that they didnt have the same nail color as my toes. A lady picked put a color that looked similar but was way too dark once applied. Nails are lumpy and thick now. Some of the sides arent painted all the way and she never treated my cuticles...just used the electric sander. Just I just wanted them to take it off at this point. They did try to fix it seeing that I was really upset but its not clean or professional looking at all. And I dont have time to fix this because Im going on vacation. Wish I just stayed with pedicure only.

I had an amazing pedicure with a great massage and the polish has yet to chip! I got coffin acrylics done with a pink and white ombré, they’re still looking great! Thanks to Tracy she is amazing she took her time and gave me amazing birthday nails that exceeded my expectations! Salon was clean and beautiful!

I went to the salon to try a new place for my nails. After 9years with the same place, I was not happy with my treatment. So, it was time for someplace new. The atmosphere at Solace was great. Warm, inviting, and everyone spoke English and we were all able to understand each other.Precious did my nails and toes. She was professional, kind, gentle, and very caring. I could not be happier with the outcome. THIS IS MY NEW SALON!!!! Ladies, I highly recommend this place.In addition to nails, they offer the whole package. The only thing missing is a message, but I hope that will soon be added. For sure it will then be my home away home. Dont forget to make an appointment and ask for Precious, Youll be glad you did!!!

So I stumbled upon this place after being frustrated with my typical nail salon. I was given Emily (who I was secretly excited about because I read awesome reviews about her) to no surprise she did an amazing job. Honestly I felt like I was getting a reflexology massage on my feet. Not only is she amazing but she has the sweetest smile and just a great heart!

We scheduled an appointment for first thing in Saturday morning. The shop opened a few minutes late, but not a big deal. We requested 2 spa pedicures, but were told ( by the owner?/manager?) that they didnt have enough people but we could have a regular one instead. We were disappointed because we scheduled our appointment in advance but moved forward anyway. The technicians ended up giving us the spa pedicure without us having to ask again or pouting about it. It was lovely and we were very appreciative. They even gave my granddaughter (4 yo) a very mini pedicure. She loved it and we all left very happy. :)

Amazing! I came in for a pedicure and decided to treat myself to an updated hair color after noticing that the spa also offered hair services. Ivy took the time to explain my options and give me the cut and color that worked well for me. I’ll be back for the lash extensions soon.

This is my 3rd time coming to this location. I have gotten the deluxe pedicure which includes the hot stone message, manicure, nail dip, gel with design and other services. Kim is excellent at what she does and is very detailed with her work. Its a very friendly environment, the staff makes sure you are comfortable and ok while performing their services. In all my visits, I have been a satisfied customer and has been a great experience. Totally recommended!!

Flex is the best! I always ask him to give me a dip powder manicure and he always does a WONDERFUL job. I’m super picky about my nails and I get them done frequently so when I moved to a new area I was nervous about trying new places. The staff at Solace made me feel so welcome and they always remember me. They offer you beverages and genuinely care about their business. It’s a clean salon too! I highly reccommend this salon 😊

I always have a good experience. Flex will make you laugh and ask how you have been. I am a repeat customer and I am pleased. When my dip nail cracked a few days later, I returned and it was fixed with no hesitation and cost. Since then he knew just what to do to prevent that from happening. It’s never too thin or too thick.

I used to LOVE this place. However, after my previous experience with the I assume female owner or manager I will never go back or refer anyone. One of their newest techs wasn’t experienced enough to do the design I wanted for the Holidays so she “attempted” it was atrocious. I asked to have it redone with a more simple design, she caught an attitude and just walked away. Then remainder of my time there she just gave me dirty looks and tried to discreetly take a picture of me, however left her flash on! Needless to say it took over 3 hours for a standard gel pedicure and I wasn’t satisfied to say the least. Will Not being going back as long as she’s employed or owns this shop!

Went once, they took me right away but my appointment was never confirmed...nails came out very ugly and the worst the guy who assisted me didnt speak English and i guess main person not much...was very frustrating and so difficult to communicate...left very disappointed,...unfortunately cant recommend this place 😕...

When they first opened they sent coupons out for 20% off for grand opening! This has been one of the best places around! Great prices, very personable, and offer you a drink. Wine, soda. I know most do this but barely even offer. I get a gel pedicure. Lasts a long time!

I love this place! They do such a good job and the SNS lasts longer than anywhere Ive ever gotten it done. My last set lasted three weeks, but I only changed because I was bored of the color. I could have easily gone another week at least! Love coming here :)

This is my favorite spot in the city. Always leave with a perfect mani/pedi. They trimmed them to the perfect length. The women are so nice and very friendly which can be hard to find. This will be my new regular spot.

Do not go here! This was worst experience I have ever had at any nail salon. My pedicure was nice; however when getting an acrylic fill and cut down, the gentleman that took care of me was in a rush, extremely rough, made me bleed and also almost cut my skin when cutting my nails short. The polish job was also terrible. While sitting at the dryer I noticed how uneven and crooked my nails looked. I have been to several nail techs in my day and never had a job this bad. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. The gentleman did try to talk to me and justify the reason why my nails looked like that but I wasnt hearing it, I just wanted to leave. They did give me a $10 discount and acted as if they were doing me a favor....what I wanted was for my nails to at least look descent. The other younger man was also unprofessional and thought that my situation was funny. Worst experience ever...I wish I would have read some of the bad reviews instead of just going by the overall rating. Clearly those who love this place have low standards.

I am 1200 miles from my home salon. Solace took me in for a gel manicure and pedicure without an appointment. Both technicians were excellent and very professional. I recommend them fully.

Flex is the best! I have been going to him since I moved back to Orlando. My SNS lasts a month with no chipping, granted I wash dishes 2 times a week. We actually converse (not forced conversation) while he does my nails. I highly recommend.

I recently purchased my first home in the Avalon area. I have given this nail salon 2 chances to win my business and they have failed. Today is my birthday and in an effort to treat myself, I decided to treat myself to the “fancy” salon on Colonial and Avalon parkway. I am not wowed. I arrived after two patrons, but my pedicure was over before they even had nail polish on their toes. My toe nails are crooked and I can see through the polish to my nails. They do not do a quality job. I would not recommend.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Do not go here unless you want your nails to look crooked and sloppy. Asked the manager three times to shape my nails evenly and he refused. Told me that’s just the natural shape of my nail. But no, it’s because he glued the nails on crooked and didn’t know how to properly shape them. My ombré looks like a child just glued some press on nails....absolutely no blending involved. Plus he was rude! You couldn’t pay me to go back!

The service that was provided was very outstanding and reasonable prices. They take their time and are very gentle with your hands. They do offer drinks and discounts. Come on out and check them out itll be worth it!

Overpriced, the guy that works here needs to learn some customer service skills (flex) not even a hello, looked like he was in a rush. Asked me what color I want without even showing me the colors!??? My nails are also all uneven, mind you they charged me more for a fill in- than a full set for shorter nails? What the.. not coming back here

I first moved to the Avalon area in January 2019. My first two sets of nails were done by Ivy, the owner and my nails were fabulous! After two months of great service.. I met Flex, the manager. My nails of choice are SNS and I like to wear them long, I’ve been getting my nails done for YEARS now and have never paid over $50. Flex kept the same set of acrylics on my nails for three months causing my real nails to become dead.. my main purpose of wearing nails is to grow them. So if my base isn’t being replaced.. there’s no point. I figured this out from the nail technician who has now parted from the business.Don’t get me wrong Flex did some amazing work on my nails but his attitude is atrocious! I’m never one to complain however if something isn’t right and I paid good money for it.. I want them done right! I went in today for Flex to fix a broken nail and I was literally going back and forth with this man. What happened to the customer is always right? I’m not asking for all of my nails to be replaced but If I paid $50 for nails that lasted 6 days? I’M COMING BACK! Flex said something along the lines like “These are the best nails in the area maybe you need to find another area.” No worries, I will😉

I’ve been going to Solace for the past 7 months and I’ve never been disappointed! I’ve been consistently getting dip and my nails always look amazing. Anytime I’ve broken or chipped a nail(I’m clumsy) they fix it no questions asked. I’m extremely satisfied with their services and customer service that I will continue to visit frequently :)
